“Perfect Beach Getaway!” I recently stayed at Cecilia’s condo and couldn’t have been happier with the experience! The condo was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, of course, was the breathtaking ocean view from the balcony—it was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and stunning sunrises. The location was ideal—just steps from the beach, and close to great restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure everything was perfect for our visit. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled vacation, this condo has it all. I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Licia was an amazing host! She was extremely responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. I've stayed at the Sapphire before, but my family and I truly loved her place. It was extremely clean, had a fantastic view and was comfortable. I would highly recommend Licia and her condo for anyone looking to visit South Padre Island!

I took my mom and my 3 boys with me on this trip. we had a wonderful time. The condo was wonderful. my youngest son is autistic and felt right at home there from day one. Amazing views, friendly staff and other guests. Loved the adult only hot tub. Make sure you take the pirate cruise was definitely a family favorite.

This place was a beautiful place to enjoy with my family 💕 The experience exceeded expectations. The place was very clean, spacious and well decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped. The sea view is the best and the beach in this site is very clean. When we arrived they notified us that there was a problem with the bathroom, but they quickly fixed it the next day. One of my best experiences on AirBnb!

Loved our stay here. Sylvia & Rey sent multiple messages from warnings about possible traffic, to reminders upon check in & their favorite restaurants/spots. They had a wagon cart to use for luggage & the beach, as well as plenty of beach towels. Kitchen was very nice & Keurig a plus (we always travel with our own Kpods) vs traditional maker. This was our first time in a high rise condo (we normally stay in a house rental) & we loved the balcony. Great ocean side breeze, no mosquitoes reach you on 26th floor & we could enjoy the live music at Margaritaville. (But you can’t hear the music inside the condo for those worried about that.) My 16 y/o & his friend loved the game room at night for pool & foosball. We didn’t use the theater room but if we had a longer stay we would have. It was so cool! Had an issue with our key cards not working but that was the front desk not programming the right check out date. All in all we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time on a last minute and much needed getaway. The walk to the beach was just steps away and could not be more convenient. There's a cute little side balcony with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. Nice area to have your morning coffee. The condo was spacious and had pretty much every thing we needed. They answered any phone calls right away without having to leave a message. They were super understanding of the Tropical Storm that went through the day we were leaving and took away the stress of trying to drive through that mess and were just super helpful. Would definitely stay here again. It was also nice that they had stairs and an elevator, which made things easier.

Amazing hosts, super responsive, and an amazing Airbnb!!! Everything was so great and clean and the location was perfect for tons of activities to do nearby. ❤️

Enjoyed a weekend getaway with family. Gabriela’s house was beautiful, cozy and everything we needed was there . Gabriel was always a phone call away . Love this place

This was one of our favorite stays yet. Spring break can be a little crazy in the South Padre area. We loved staying a little ways away from the action. The house was very private and extremely relaxing. It truly felt like a get away. They provided everything you could think of and everything we did not think of. ( A super cute area for our doggie family member). The house was organized and clean. The kids loved the games and sitting on the dock. Erica was very responsive with questions and helped when we needed to make a change in our reservation. If you see this property available I would jump on it!

Sea-Esta was a peaceful home to sit, watch the cranes, read, sit in the clean hot tube or pool, explore interesting places to eat, and visit beaches on South Padre Island. Amanda provided thoughtful touches as a gracious hostess. We would stay at Sea-Esta again.

Exactly what we were looking for on this trip - boat slip, near SPI, pet friendly, deck to fish on, and a public boat dock at the end of the road. The pad looked liked the photos online, so no disappointments there. It had quality items in the kitchen - cookware, real plates, silverware, and glassware. None of those cheap appliances and plastic plates. We like to cook and make cocktails, so a blender, colander, and an outdoor grill would be appreciated. But not a deal breaker. We baked, roasted and pan-fried and was good. The master bath was huge with a tub, although the shower stall was a bit tight and challenging for my 6'4" husband. If I needed to write a downside, it'll probably be lugging bags and groceries up the stairs. But it did give us a workout and on the second day, our leg muscles were pretty used to the climb. LOL. The area was quiet, private, and we felt safe. It had ample parking for our trailer and truck, and another vehicle in front. Tim & Vanessa are great hosts.

We enjoyed the house very much. Peaceful neighborhood and lovely back yard. Maya is a great host and I highly recommend staying with her.

Location, location, location! = 10/10. WiFi is reliable. I worked remotely from the condo and had zero problems with WiFi connection and speed. The work station I set up on the table with an ocean view was great. The bed frames are on risers which create a lot of space to store luggage and other things. The secure parking was nice and easy to manage, and the people at the front desk are pleasant and helpful. The host is very responsive and provides clear communication in advance to help prepare for your arrival.

We loved staying at Lee Ann’s place! It was clean and convenient. Very easy to find and awesome beach access. The pool are was very clean and inviting as well. The lock to get in was a bit quirky as we sometimes had to enter the code multiple times before it took but we managed. Shops and restaurants are close by and the sunrise on the beach was stunning!!

Great Place, good Location! Very comfortable and tidy. Pool is amazing with an even better hot tub. Night time star gazing a plus. This is a must stop, one stop location. You will get all you need!

Amazing view, and an incredible stay! We were fortunate to go during the off-season, so we got to experience the place with the “Winter Texans.” Check-in was smooth, we always felt safe, and we enjoyed that there is on site staff 24-hours a day. The pool is heated, and the hot tub is great! We walked up 20 minutes to go to various restaurants, and even walked to the Southern Wave lunch cruise. We enjoyed all the amenities the place had to offer, and felt right at home. We were able to turn off the A/C and enjoy both patio doors open to a comfortable 68 degrees. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise, and even experienced it sitting on the beach one morning. There is on-site laundry that you can even use a smartphone app to see the status of available machines and time left on your loads. We highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys peace & quiet, and being able to walk to the beach or area restaurants easily!

This is one if not the best location I’ve stayed at on the island! The place is a perfect walking distance from Wannas & Kelly’s. It has an amazing balcony view with a spacious living/kitchen area! 12/10! Laura was responsive to all of my questions very quickly which I appreciated, and they had extra little things to help make sure you had everything you needed (towels, makeup wipes, a foot cleaning station) Would highly recommend and stay again!
