Staying in this home was comfortable and relaxing. The entire place was extremely clean and we had everything we needed (plus more). I appreciated the easy, quick communication with Kate, and the ability to check in early. The pack n play and high chair were very helpful too!

This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

This is our second time to stay at this place. I am Airbnb super host myself. I highly recommend this beautiful house. It is located at a quiet neighborhood. The house is furnished with high quality furnitures and comfortable beddings. It has good enough cookwares and kitchen supplies to make proper meals. Sufficient plates, bowls, wine glasses and more to set up dinner table. The house is very clean. I will definitely stay there again whenever I am in town. In fact I already booked our third stay in coming months.

Great location right by Heavenly (Stagecoach) and main area of South Lake Tahoe. Beautiful views of the lake throughout the house. Spacious stay for our group of 6 with a toddler and 2 dogs. There is a small pet fee that wasn’t disclosed in the listing, but not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay and we would book again.

Jess’ place was both incredibly well designed and cozy at the same time. It was immaculately clean, had a well stocked kitchen and was a perfect distance to the main drag in town. In addition, Jess was the most responsive and flexible host - answering all our many questions and asks for local recommendations (we were staying with a big family and kids over Christmas). Would 100% stay here again!

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family and it was perfect! Eve was so helpful with all questions I had which made it that much better. Would stay again! :)

This house was absolutely stunning. It was even prettier than the pictures. It was located centrally and close to restaurants and in walking distance of stores. My kids had such a blast in the hot tub… swimming in the pool and getting to visit with our family in California. They had plenty of blankets and towels, which was a huge plus. The washer and dryer were brand new and we love them very much. We had so much fun playing with all the gizmos and gadgets in the house. Not to mention the grill patio and fireplace. This place absolutely has it allwe plan to come back in June for my son’s birthday and rent the entire house out and we can’t wait to return.

Carolyn and Ryan made our extended stay so comfortable. The space is large and well-appointed. The parking and entrance are nicely private and the neighborhood is wildly walkable. Downtown, parks, coffee shop, it was a wonderful place to base from. You feel right at home and being able to have our dog with us so easily was the cherry on top. We would come back in a heartbeat.

For my extended month long stay I decided to stay at April’s place in South Lake Tahoe. The unit was very clean and private for any solo travelers or couples. The location was a stones throw away from many of the creature comforts you would expect of a town (fast food, groceries, and outdoor gear) and heavenly ski resort. It was also a great location to quickly access hiking trails (van sickle was a 5 mins drive from the house and emerald bay/north Tahoe was 20 mins). Really enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend.

Fantastic spot, would stay here again. David was friendly and flexible. The flat is cozy yet spacious, and in a safe neighborhood with easy street parking on the weekends. It was also within walking distance of fun stuff, like Bueno Cafe. Great value for the money!

Peggy's place was a charming getaway. The garden area was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing under the stars in the hot tub at night. The town itself is beautiful and looks like a fairytale suspended in time. Peggy was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

Modern, comfortable space that was well-appointed and clean. Great location and neighborhood. Erica was a good communicator and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sacramento.

Loved this cozy little spot! A very short and charming walk to downtown, and just on the outskirts enough to also feel peaceful and quiet. Easy access to many trails. The space is small but the way Carol arranged everything it didn’t feel tight or crowded - the name “The Nest” is so appropriate. With Airbnbs the plumbing, water pressure, and heating can be a gamble - no complaints on plumbing, even in the midst of winter the water heated up well and had good pressure, and the heating was excellent (I cranked it up night one and had to step outside to cool down it got so warm!). Carol checked in a few times to make sure I had everything I needed, and was so sweet. Absolutely loved this stay and would 100% stay again!

Kathy's place in Tahoe City is AMAZING. The condo is right across from the local bus to ski resorts and a short walk to Lake Tahoe. It was peaceful, quiet, cozy, and really nicely equipped. Beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and we found it super easy to be there. I wish we had stayed longer and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic stay at Monte’s place! Strong heat in the winter, clubhouse with great community staff - hot tub, ping pong, and pool in the summer. Washer/dryer and full kitchen with essentials was great. TV with a boomin’ Sonos speaker too! The electric cooktop was uneven on some burners which caused some delays with cooking. We moved this neighborhood which was so close to Stateline. We easily found Ubers back and forth when we needed them.

We had a great time staying in this one-bedroom condo right on the lake in Lake Tahoe. The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from Heavenly for skiing, and walking distance to groceries and restaurants. The condo itself was cozy, well-kept, and had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with Dolores was quick and helpful. She was just so lovely and pleasant throughout our stay! We loved being able to head out for skiing during the day and return in the evening to enjoy the peaceful lake views. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy all Tahoe has to offer!

Perfect little condo! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Great, quiet location in the village.

This place is an ideal location, right in the Village at Palisades. You go downstairs and you're in the middle of the action, with restaurants, shops, and skiing all right there. It was also great to have an underground parking spot included, which made it really easy to get in and out on a busy weekend. There is a king bed in the bedroom, and a comfortable (double?) sofabed in the family room. Also a kitchen with everything you might need. The balcony that overlooks the Village is also great. We did run into a little bit of a noise issue from some of the raucous folks having fun below at the Pub, but I guess that's to be expected during a holiday week. Matthew and Katie were super responsive, helpful, and generous in trying to help us during our stay. Overall if you are looking to be close to the action and like having super responsive hosts, then this is the spot!

awe had an amazing stay at Mihai's place. The parking spot to the door was close and easy, the fireplace was such a nice touch to feel cozy and warm, and the distance to all the things we needed were close by. Diamond peak is about a 5 min drive, and Susie scoops ice cream was a short 10 min walk from the unit. We're looking forward to staying here again!

June’s place was awesome. Every little detail was carefully addressed. The pictures used in instructions for various utilities were very helpful. Fireplace was so nice after a day on the slopes. Nice to have a single level ground floor unit.
