I absolutely loved my stay at Kate’s house. Everything about it is beautiful. The views of the ocean are stunning and the huge windows let so much light in. The furniture is comfortable and there’s plenty of seating. I loved the decor in every room. Both bedrooms have great views. The place was immaculate upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked. I loved that beach towels were provided. Kate checked in daily to make sure everything was going well. The neighborhood is quiet, and it’s only a few miles to town. What a great experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location in a cute community. Easy walk right out to the beach, got to see gorgeous sunsets daily from one of many decks, and ample space on the interior to not feel like we were on top of each other. Justin is also one of the most responsive hosts, which we were so appreciative of.

We had such a fun Memorial Day weekend at Christiana’s beach house! The water was surprisingly warm for the time of year and the house was perfect! We cooked all of our dinner’s in the house and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools. We went out for our lunches in Surf City and found some really fun places to eat. The house is located 8-15 minutes from multiple grocery stores which is really nice. We were so comfortable at the house, with plenty of room for us all to have our own space but still enjoy game nights in the common area. The couch was comfy, the table was spacious and the bar provided extra space for the kids to sit. We really look forward to returning!

Absolutely beautiful view from the house. Right on the beach. You can sit on the deck and fills like you are out on the beach.

Great place to stay just a block from the beach!

Beautiful beach vacation! Can’t beat the location, with coffee on the deck over looking the ocean every morning. We all had our own space and decks to hangout on. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to eat in. Why leave when you have ocean front!? The beach chairs, boogie boards, and kids toys were great to have. The elevator came in handy bringing up our luggage and groceries. We ran out of toilet paper and hand soap, that was unexpected so make sure you bring some! Also, Steep cleaning fee to do laundry before we leave. But it was nice not having to bring down our own sheets and towels. Barbara was great communicating with anything we needed, thanks for a great Surf City vacation!

What a great week we had. The house was wonderful. Being able to walk down stairs and be right at the shore was beyond amazing. Krisha was such a great host. We chatted several times before arrival about restaurants that would be open Christmas Day. We arrive on Christmas and Krisha was able to have someone grab our grocery order and already have them in the house for us. It was more than helpful. I could go on forever about how wonderful this stay was. Highly recommend, would definitely return.

Jeff and Julie's place was exactly as advertised. We were on the island over the weekend (March) and they were extremely communicative and flexible before and during our trip. Jeff even came out to increase the temperature for the heated pool so that our toddler could swim. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and it was great to stay within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping as well.

This was the perfect spot for our two families! The house was very clean, there was plenty of pantry space (huge amenity for us!), room for everyone to spend time together and apart. The kids loved playing in the game room too. Communication was on point! Deanna really thought of everything. Thank you!

The house was beautiful and serene and Dawn was a fantastic host. Super responsive and helpful. I wish we weren’t here for work and got to enjoy the area more!!

Matthew's place was a wonderful home away from home. Matthew is a very responsive host and attended to all my questions in a timely manner. The home is very big and the kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking that you want to do. A prefect place for a family gathering. My favorite part is the view of the ocean and proximity of beach access. The home is also in a very quiet neighborhood. That said, the home is next to the community pool which was closed for the winter so I'm not sure what that would be like in the summer. It has been said in other reviews, but know that the home has 3 flights of stairs to reach the kitchen, main master suite and living room. I got my steps in! I really enjoyed my stay and would book again in the future!

If you are looking for both serene views of the sound and easy access to the beach this is the best place. This home has both! The hot tub & pool are an added bonus along with a fence to not have to worry about kids or pets. Really enjoyed the fire pit and grill as well. Plenty of room for family or friends. Kitchen was fully stocked with needs like spices, oil, foil and Tupperware which is always a great thing to have.

Hot Mess was a fabulous place to stay. It was very clean and it looked exactly like the photos. The elevator made it very easy and convenient to move bags and groceries to the 3rd floor kitchen. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The baths were huge and the showers were amazing. The pool, even though it was small, was very relaxing and enjoyable. We had all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable stay. The views were great and access to the beach was easy. We will for sure be back!

Renee was quick in responding to any questions we had, the house was right on the beach, beautiful views and the house was spotless. We did have an issue getting into the elevator at arrive but it was resolved relatively quick. Our only complaint was the location. There was not much to do, other than the beach, without a 20-30minute drive. Overall I give Renee 5 stars, the house 5 stars, location 3 stars.

This was a great place to stay for Spring Break. We got a lot of use out of the heated pool and loved all of the different sitting areas. Many thoughtful touches by the host that were much appreciated - plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, laundry, basic spices, plastic bags/saran wrap and television packages, just to name a few. The proximity to the beach was perfect and there was a disc golf park, ice cream shop and restaurant all within walking distance. Lots to do! We would definitely stay here again!

Family of six enjoyed our stay on the sound side. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, we cooked in breakfast and a couple dinners. Joyce was very responsive and flexible when our travel plans changed a little. Emerald Isle was a great vacation spot - thanks for the memories

We love this area. The beach is an easy walk. So close to Publix, restaurants and other things to do. Parking available, daiquiri shop, bottle shop and pizza place make this the perfect beach rental!

This place served three family's well. It is close to the beach and in quiet area --which we enjoyed. And of course easy access to grocery stores and other town places. Only downer was we stayed four nights and not two. Items such as needed for kitchen and bathroom lasted for two days but not four. Perhaps that was a slip up., because Michael did a good job otherwise --making for a great place. (Just a reminder for those who stay longer.) I especially enjoyed the large front balcony that had ocean view. Nice to sit with family out there. AND a hint. Sept. and Oct are lovely times to go (in between hurricanes!!!)

Loved the rain shower head in master bath. Double sinks are a nice addition. Master bed extremely comfortable. Overall, very spacious accommodations!

Michelle home was beautiful!! I didn’t read the description correctly so when I saw the 4th bedroom I was blown away! She let out 3 dogs come and they had a blast on the property! Everything was extremely clean and the home decor is 10/10 highly recommended staying here!

An awesome space for our group of 7 that afforded some privacy with great common areas. Loved the views of the marsh at a location within walking and biking distance of the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking and outdoor space too. We would definitely rent this space again!

Joan's place was very neat and clean. The location was great, close to the center of the island but far enough that you are away from the hustle and bustle.

The home was comfortable and inviting with a great view of the Sound and only a block from the beach. It was exactly what we needed for a short getaway and some R&R.
