This is a wonderful place! It was perfect for two couples celebrating the birthday of one of us -- with two separate bedrooms, each with its bathroom. It will also be great for a larger family. There is an upper deck from which you can see the ocean, which is perfect for a relaxing morning coffee and/or cheerful happy hour. We were steps away from the water and did not miss the spectacular sunsets from Tower #9. The well-equipped kitchen allowed for the preparation of fully cooked meals, and the dining table was beautiful, which allowed us to fully enjoy those meals. We love Oceanside and really hope to return soon and stay close to Tower #9 again!

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

We spent six nights in the cottage. The longer we were here, the more we appreciated it. It was set up with guests in mind - things like bedside lamps, full sized refrigerator that was clean and empty, a new stove, lots of storage space, a great shower, and small garden spaces outside each entry. If you're looking for sleek and showy, this may not be the place but if you're looking for a comfy, cozy, and extremely clean place that's only a block or so from the seawall and walkable to the village, this cottage is for you.

Perfect for one or two people to relax and enjoy San Clemente. Had everything I needed.

Our third extended stay with Gloria and Mari. Great hosts and excellent location - less than two blocks from the beach and easy walk to the Village. Lovely area, friendly folks with lots of fun shops, restaurants, or just walking on the beach. Apartment was great for the two of us, everything you need, clean and comfy. New improvements made during the last three years are nice and off-street parking is a bonus. Our winter home for sure!

We enjoyed staying at Robyn's place for the weekend. It was exactly like the photos and had plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was very easy to check-in and Robyn was great at responding to us.

We came to Roy and Stella’s place 3 years ago, since then we always wanted to come back! It’s a magical place, fantastic view, diverse weather, so close to the nature! Lots of plants, trees thoughtfully planted around the house, many hummingbirds and other birds came to the feeder, unbelievable sunset everyday, we like to take a private and quite walk after sunset then soak in the hot tub to stare at the valley or stargazing. Kitchen has everything we need, we usually eat on the deck with very colorful plates. We took the private mile long trail as well, its well maintained especially considering its a private trail with limited foot traffic. During the day i like to sit on the deck (plenty of shade) and experience the breeze from the valley. A few times fogs came all the way in, if thats the case morning is gorgeous at sunrise, the mountain will gradually shows up when fog subsides. The water fountain runs during the day, it’s so tranquil, time stops. A superb experience!

This was a great space, Mark thought of everything! He had toiletries on hand, charging cables, beach towels, extra blankets, laundry pods, and instructions for everything. The location was perfect… a block away from the beach and a few blocks from downtown Carlsbad and all the delicious restaurants and fun shops. Would definitely stay here again!!

Luis’s place was lovely bin a great location with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Luis was very helpful when I left some items behind. It is in a noisy spot but it was fine with the windows closed. Close to so much!!!

My kids and I had a wonderful stay at Zinah’s! The place was beautiful, and stocked with everything you need, and literally two blocks from the beach. The pool, which is right outside, is heated which was a nice option over the cold ocean water. Even with the very clear and detailed instructions I had some questions and got responses right away! Would 10/10 recommend Zinah’s place.

Great spot for a weekend getaway! Dawn was helpful and responsive to all my questions. Perfect little cozy fireplace inside, first room you walk into is wonderfully welcoming. and the space is split into a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette style set up. Loved the beautiful tile mural in the shower. Clean bathroom! Just 3 helpful notes for curious travelers: 1) Dawn gave perfect instructions for arrival, use them! I would advise arriving during daylight hours because the last mile on the farm is a bit of a narrow wraparound. 2) We ran into a few other folks on the working farm, no big deal! Be advised that there are multiple units on the property and animals that like to say hello! Specifically, whimsical unit has three units attached (each private) but if you’re looking for absolute isolation just note you have neighbors upstairs and might have some on your left. Not a problem for us! 3) If cooking your own food note you’ve got a smaller compact fridge not a full commercial!

Easy walk to the beach, simple check in and good location for our needs. However, only one bed is really comfortable. The other beds are good for kids. But the complex is very secure and such an easy walk to beach. We drove to nearby restaurants but that didn’t bother us-we still thought it was a good location.

This was the perfect place to stay, especially to visit Legoland. The host was always super responsive and helpful, and can even help you get discounted tickets. We definitely would recommend to others.

My husband and I stayed at Doug’s place for two weeks while we searched for our next home in a new state, and Doug’s home was perfect! The place is beautiful, just as depicted in the pictures, super clean, perfect for both of us to work remotely, and peaceful. Doug is such an amazing host - he is responsive, friendly, thoughtful, and provides a welcome packet with clear instructions and local restaurant recommendations for guests. Looking to surf but also traveling with an infant? Look no further! This place had everything and was just so great for our family of three. The hut tub was amazing with views of the water, it was truly wonderful. This place has renewed our faith in Airbnbs, so many are a bust. Not this one! It was so well equipped and The beds were so comfortable and Even the complimentary bottle of wine was delicious. We will for sure stay again!
