Renta de casas vacacionales en Campaegli

Carmine und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten haben wir uns sehr gut verständigen können. Das Grundstück wird von beiden super gepflegt, jede Ecke ist sauber. Es gibt kein Unkraut. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind auch sehr schön angelegt, sehr viel Platz. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank. Anja und Familie

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

il nostro soggiorno nell'alloggio di Giorgia è stato stupendo si trova in un area molto bella e tranquilla, le indicazioni dell'host ci hanno permesso di trovare facilmente l'appartamento. Abbiamo passato uno splendido e spenzierato finesettimana circondati dalla natura e dagli animali e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla splendida vista che si gode dall'appartamento. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Un endroit magnifique ! La maison est très bien équipé, toutes les commodités mises en place en font un confort exceptionnel. L'hôte est très gentille et à même tenter de joindre des restaurants pour nous vus notre arrivé tardive. Cela à été très apprécié. La vue est magnifique ! C'est un endroit de rêve ou nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Les enfants ont adorés avoir des jeux à disposition. C'est près de plusieurs magnifiques endroits à visiter. Je recommande plus plus plus cette maison Surtout en ayant fait d’autre maison avant …. et surtout Francesca Elle est aimable , gentille, bienveillante La maison est extrêmement bien équipée avec draps torchons farine sucre …. Tt ce qu’il faut La piscine ,les ballons ⚽️ les bains de soleil le calme ,le beau jardin est très plaisant et reposant J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et les enfants aussi Merci pour cette belle semaine 🙏

De villa was nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Paola is een geweldige host, nog nooit heb ik me zo thuis gevoeld. Paola is super behulpzaam, ze heeft ons zelfs meerdere malen naar de supermarkt gebracht. Ook hielp ze met het reserveren van restaurants en leuke hotspots in de buurt. Zwembad is prachtig en schoon. Supermooie buiten ruimte, prachtige kamers, fijne airco en mooie patio waar je in de ochtend en in de avond lekker in de schaduw van de parasol kan zitten. In de keuken is alles aanwezig: keukengerei, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat en meer. Fijne douches en fijne bedden. Castelnuovo di Porto is een rustig dorpje, een auto is wel aan te raden. Zelf gingen we met de bus vanaf het dorp (4 minuten lopen) naar Saxa Ruba en vanaf daar met de trein naar Rome, super goed te doen! Al met al willen we Paola bedanken, we hebben nog nooit zo’n vriendelijke host meegemaakt. Zij, haar man, de prachtige villa en hun lieve paard hebben de vakantie onvergetelijk gemaakt!

Simonetta è stata davvero gentilissima, la casa è fornita di ogni comfort, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche l’acqua e qualche snack. Veramente una bella esperienza, se dovessi ripassare da Roma sicuramente mi rivolgerei a lei

Большое спасибо Бруно за предоставленные апартаменты! Жилье полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Очень порадовало наличие собственного дворика. В двух шагах от апартамента есть продуктовый магазин. Автобусная остановка до центра также в 2 минутах хотьбы. До Ватикана всего 10-15 минут пешком. Бруно очень отзывчивый, ко всему прочему, он дал очень подробную инструкцию и по ресторанам и по магазинам, а также по пользованию транспортом. По нашей просьбе он вызвал нас такси до аэропорта, большое ему спасибо! 🤗

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Sabina's place in Pigneto was the perfect home base for our trip. She is a responsive and generous host, and always available to help! We were very comfortable in her spacious and inviting apartment, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Everything was very convenient--the Metro station and a good grocery store are two minutes away, and Pigneto has bars, restaurants, parks, and a lovely neighborhood feel, away from the most intense tourist zones. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Rome! Thank you, Sabina! I hope I can return, someday!

Unfortunately the "LOVELY BLUE" apartment was not available due to a breakdown however our host provided an alternate location that was very nice, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of rooftops in the surrounding area. The apartment was very affordable and a good location (walking distance to the Metro Subway Station, close to a Grocery store as well as a few restaurants in the area). The one bedroom / sofa bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and hot. Our host was excellent in addressing the numerous questions we had as well as offering tips for travel and restaurants in the area. We would stay here again!

Paula's place was amazing, so light and airy and very clean. The amenities were really good and there was some little snacks left out which was greatly appreciated after flying and arriving quite late at night. The location was good, we used the train service mainly to get in to the centre of Rome which was around a 20 minute walk from the apartment so nice and convenient and the local supermarket is very close. There was a nice bakery a couple of minutes walk away from the apartment which was nice for a pastry and coffee. We always received a quick response to any of our questions which was lovely. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

il Sogno si è rivelato un posto confortevole, con molto spazio, accogliente e pulito, ben riscaldato, con una cucina attrezzatissima. la signora Susanna è stata gentilissima con noi e i nostri cani. lo consigliamo vivamente

La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

Voto 9.5/10. Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Host superlativo, casa d'altri tempi da lasciarti senza fiato, paesaggio, scorci e posti da visitare meravigliosi. Consiglio vivamente tappa al ristorante Zarthman, mai mangiato così bene, cibi preparati con amore e solo con l'utilizzo di materie prime del posto biologiche di prima scelta e vini biodinamici. Una spanna su tutti i formaggi gourmet, gli arrosticini con carne di pecora locali e la tenerissima pecora dei briganti tenerissima. Grazie, torneremo appena possibile

Posto fantastico a due passi da Roma .. tranquillità e relax abbiamo fatto cena con brace esterna enorme !! Appartamento appena ristrutturato bagni fantastici cucina rifornitissima..Lavinia molto reattiva per spiegazioni e consigli !! Abbiamo giocato a pallavolo e a calcio su campo in erba che pare wembley!!!! Toppp ! I bambini sono stati felicissimi con mille Cose da fare . Il signor Silvio (il guardiano ) è molto premuroso e pronto in ogni occasione per consigli ed aiuti ( ci ha aiutato ad accendere la brace esterna e ci ha portato le uova appena covate dalle galline !!! ). Ci torneremo sicuramente !! Grazie

Me quedé en el Airbnb de Emanuele para poder visitar Roma. El Airbnb está un poco alejado del centro turístico pero es muy tranquilo y acogedor. Pasé una buena estadía sin ningún inconveniente. Emmanuel fue también muy comprensiva con nosotros en el momento del check out así que puntos extras por eso! Lo repetiría nuevamente! Y recomendado 10/10

Recensione a 5 stelle Abbiamo trascorso una notte di Capodanno indimenticabile in una casa che sembrava uscita da una favola, immersa nella neve nel meraviglioso borgo di Santo Stefano di Sessanio. Una vera bomboniera, curata nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e perfettamente inserita nel contesto magico del paesino. La posizione è stata perfetta per esplorare due luoghi iconici: Campo Imperatore e Rocca Calascio, dove abbiamo fatto due giornate di trekking spettacolari, circondati dalla natura incontaminata e da panorami mozzafiato. Un plauso speciale va all’host, gentilissima, professionale e sempre disponibile, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente e consigliamo questa casa a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza unica tra natura, storia e relax.
