My family and I love staying here when we go Skiing at Perfect North! So much to do around Cincinatti. The view of the skyline from the back porch is amazing!

I have sensitivities to scents and reached out prior to arrival with the question of what sort of cleaners/laundry detergents are used and while they do use products which are scented, they cared enough to purchase new linens for master bed/bath. Without their support I would have had to mitigate 4 days of headaches and nausea but instead their generous provision for me as their guest made for a good 4 day stay! This level of support is unprecedented, I was and remain super grateful!!!

From start to finish my experience with Ken was top tier. The house is beautiful and was perfect for my leadership retreat. My business partners are still talking about it . This is also great for a family getaway.

They were super responsive and provided everything we needed to stay in communication with them. Even when we had some questions about anything or concerns, they were beyond helpful with our group! And they provided a few things as part of stay such as some drinks and snacks! We loved staying here as a group and would recommend it to anyone! The communication is the best!!!

This was a perfect house for our family. We were meeting up from different states. Everything was so lovely and well equipped. There was a nice, big back yard, fully fenced which my dog loved. The children playroom was awesome, my 2 yr-old nephew loved it! Great location in between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend.

My stay was peaceful and loved the property. Fire pit was perfect as the weather was nice and mild while there. Overall great experience.

9 of us (5 adults 4 kids) Stayed for an annual trip to the Aquarium and Cincinnati zoo. Bungalow style house with loads of room and charm. Perfectly appointed. Lots of extra blankets and everything you need to make home cooked meals. Loved the back yard and a charcoal-grill is available. There are toys for younger kids. TVs in downstairs bedrooms. We loved the house plants. Located close to shopping and attractions. Host Bertha was responsive, but we weren’t lacking anything during our stay!

DO NOT hesitate to reserve this property for your next trip to Cincinnati, Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, or any other attraction in the vicinity. Photos do not fully reveal the beauty and spaciousness of this property. The hosts are incredibly responsive and did much forward thinking when designing this house for travelers. You will not be disappointed.

We were very comfortable and warm (which is a lot because Winter Storm Blair 2025 was brewing) during our stay. We had everything we could possibly need and enjoyed our stay. I’d stay again for sure!

Husband and I just wanted a simple getaway and this place was perfect. Place was clean & cozy and we felt right at home. At night we saw a few deer out and about and the hot tub was just perfect. The bed we slept in was comfortable. The homemade cookies were a nice touch. My husband ran out telling me I had to try them as we started to unload. Check in and out was easy & Ben and Heather were great hosts. If you're looking for a quiet place for some R&R, this is it. We will def be back. We really enjoyed ourselves.

This was a great stay for my big group. Plenty of beds. Big living room for the group to hangout in. Lots to do around. Paycor right across the bridge. Would absolutely recommend!

The Academy was a delight! From the fully stocked kitchen to the toiletries and chic design, this was the perfect retreat for our girls weekend. Thank you Sarah & Paul this is a really special place that we will recommend to our friends in Cinci!

Such a beautiful space! I immediately fell in love as soon as I came across it on Airbnb, everything was perfect and we felt right at home. The kitchen is to die for. It was a little tricky to find, but we really appreciated having a parking spot and not just street parking. Once we found the spot, it was super easy to access! There’s lots of stuff to do in the nearby areas as well. Loved everything about it! I hope to be able to make a trip back when it’s warmer so we can use the rooftop as well!

I highly recommend Ken’s Airbnb for your stay!! Very comfortable stay with gorgeous views! Home was clean and spacious. Had everything needed. Very close to restaurants, coffee shop, pizza shop and things to do in Mt. Adams. Ken was great to communicate with!

great spot near many of the best places in cincy. convenient to uc, downtown, etc. walkable neighborhood with lots of green space…basically next door to cincinnati art museum, playhouse, and seasongood pavilion. excellent communication and fun, funky, throwback architecture and appointments. quite a swinging pad.

Our first time to Cincinnati. It was a great place and quaint little neighborhood. The neighbors were very welcoming and offered recommendations of places to eat. We had a great time and plan to make this a regular stop when we come for our sports tournaments. And hopefully to see a Reds game this season!
