Our 4th visit to the flat. We feel right at home here and spent lots of time at the beach - even in the rain at 8am! We will definitely be back.

The location is stunning, amazing views, quiet and idyllic for outdoor adventures. Great for kids and adults. We were very lucky to spot dolphins, walked along the coastline to the lighthouse, short drive to visit the seals and had a very reasonably priced meal with large portions at the hotel about 1.5 miles along the road. The property has bags of traditional charm and is definitely o e of the best locations on the island! Loved our time here!

Had the best stay on Arran with family and this was the perfect place to stay. Close to ferry, beach, shops, cafes, restaurants,bus stops and the beach bar!Clean, spacious, well equipped and good communication with owner. Can’t wait to come back.

Mary was an excellent host, really responsive to queries and flexible and helpful whenever she could be. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds comfy. Only small negatives were what some previous guests have noted before: the master en suite sometimes lacked hot water (luckily not on occasions which bothered us) and the pressure and temperature of the shower isn’t great. The other shower was, however, too scalding hot to use! But none of that was a disaster, so we didn’t report to the host. But wouldn’t hesitate to recommended this stay to others. Location is great and beautiful, house was spotless and comfortable, host was excellent.

This is a great place, and we had a great stay. The location is very convenient to visit distilleries and to walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. It is also right next door to an amazing whisky bar for a quick nightcap. We love Campbeltown, and Donna has a great place to stay!

This is easily the cleanest, most comfortable, best equipped Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The apartment was immaculately clean and everything was lovely quality. Throughout the apartment there were lovely touches from gorgeous crockery and good quality coffee to sweet lamps and comfy beds. This is even before we mention the outstanding view of the harbour and the fabulous location - everything in Rothesay is walkable. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay for our weekend!

Great couple of nights at Paul’s bnb. Apartment is clean and tidy with all amenities. Really comfortable beds. Short walk to the ferry terminal. We arrived after dark so the steep staircase was slightly more of a challenge but we were aware of this from the previous reviews so not a big problem.

Good value place to stay. Effective electrical heating radiators. Host had prepayed electricity for duration of stay with ample funds for our November stay. Well stocked with kitchen utensils etc and effective electric shower. Very clean and overall a very good place to stay, would definitely stay again. Handy for bus and local shop very good.

This flat is beautiful and perfectly located for the ferry, great cafes, a deli and shops and buses. There’s a fantastic book shop on the corner. Not far from tourist information either. The flat had everything we needed for a weekend trip with our son, and would be lovely for a trip as a couple. It was quiet and cosy and everything was nicely designed and thought through - from the wall colours to the kitchen layout and the blankets. The host was very helpful with local tips and we absolutely recommend Bute Yard on a sunny day - it’s just a 5 minute walk. We would definitely come back.

Simon and Dawns accomodation was lovely. Spacious, comfortable and right in town which made it easy to walk to places. Highly recommend.

Second stay in this great Campbeltown apartment in a traditional building. Ideally located for exploring the distilleries, with Springbank just out the back and even Glen Scotia visible from the front windows.

Second stay at this property in Tarbert. This flat makes the perfect base for a group / family. Modern and clean, helpful host, brilliant location, fantastic AirBnB! Would recommend!

Four golfers stayed here, one of us brought a blow up bed and stayed in living room. Plenty space and only 10’ drive to the courses. Central location for bars and restaurants. Excellent all round

A beautiful cottage right near the beach. Super clean and tidy, plus super comfortable bed, linens and fluffy towels. The house is peaceful, and with the lovely store below it was perfect for a few friends staying. Easily walkable to the Shruig pub and The Shore for lunch. Great location!

Beautiful homely place that really incorporates the essence of what Airbnb is! Felt right at home and very responsive and helpful hosts. The pictures do not do this place justice, large living and dining area and a very comfortable bed! Great location too, wonderful views of the loch and hills. Hot tub is a massive plus!
