Willa jest cudowna, duża i przestronna. położona w cichym miejscu z pięknym widokiem na winogronowe drzewa, góry Toskanii. Jeśli chcesz w pełni poczuć atmosferę pięknej Toskanii, ta willa jest idealnym wyborem. Byliśmy tam rodziną z trójką dzieci i dzieciaki nie chciały wyjść z basenu który był podgrzewany do godziny 18. Gospodarz był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Dziękujęmy i już nie możemy się doczekać kiedy znów wrócimy !

We loved Bernardino's place. It was super cozy, the garden and whirlpool were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. And Bernardino was super helpful with tips and answers to all our questions. Highly recommend if you're looking for a remote place to enjoy Tuscany.

Incredible stay at Beatrice’s place. From booking to exit she had helped my group and I plan our stay in Tuscany finding wineries and vineyards to explore. She was so kind and pleasant to work with I would suggest her place to anyone! The kitchen was cozy and perfect for our group to spend time in while at the bnb. Every room was exactly as described. Perfect stay!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Vila Di Geggiano was everything we were expecting it to be and more. We simply loved the place, quiet and very comfortable, set in the middle of a beautiful Toscana. The guest apartment is located by the side of the Main House, a historical summer palace with a deep history behind it. Andrea, our host, gave us a personal tour of the main house, filled with great stories about his ancestors. The house has been in Andrea´s family since the 1500s! If you are looking to spend some quiet days enjoying the great food and wine of Toscana in a relaxed, unique and comfortable space, Vila di Geggiano is a great destination for you.

A beautiful, peaceful spot in the heart of Tuscany - perfect for a relaxing getaway! Riccardo and Kate are wonderful hosts who made everything easy and made us feel right at home. The house is cozy and well-equipped with everything you could need, from a comfy bed and a fully stocked kitchen to a sauna and an amazing open-air hot tub. Also, one of the bonuses of this location is very low air pollution, so stargazing at night was a real highlight of our trip. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Tuscany.

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful Tuscan house! The location is stunning– nestled in the rolling hills, surrounded by olive groves. Waking up to such breathtaking views every morning was a dream come true. The house itself is full of charm and character, with traditional stone walls, beautiful windows, wooden beams, and cozy, comfortable furnishings. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the ‘tower bedroom’ with view to Siena ‘skyline’. Only downside is that you can hear the ‘Autostrada’ when the wind is ‘set wrong’.

A truly stunning place with incredibly welcoming hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior is filled with beautiful historic furniture, details, paintings, and books. The cozy fireplace in the living room added a special charm. We loved making pizza in our very own wood-fired oven, using the outdoor BBQ, and dining al fresco surrounded by breathtaking views. Every moment at Poggio del Fattore felt special, offering the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Tuscan countryside in style!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

Le seul chose que je pourrais dire de négatif c’est le manque d’éclairage pour la cuisine et salle à manger . Pour le reste tout est parfait si on aime le décor de la campagne:-)

Un borgo meraviglioso immerso nel verde ma con tutte le comodità per trascorrere giornate all'insegna del relax e della tranquillità. Il borgo è stato ristrutturato in modo perfetto, lasciando intatto lo stile delle strutture. Gli appartamenti sono attrezzati con tutto il necessario e appena si mette piede fuori da casa si gode dei colori e dei suoni della natura, con la possibilità di fare anche un bel tuffo in piscina. Molto buono anche il ristorante e piacevolissima la compagnia dei cinghiali che si affacciano di tanto in tanto per un saluto. Davvero una bella scoperta!

Our stay at the villa felt like living in a postcard- breathtaking surroundings! The historic villa was charming and comfortable for our group of 5. The area is idyllic and the onsite winery is a fantastic plus. We enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor areas. Great laundry facilities as well . Vicky was very helpful and gave us great advice on local sites. We would definitely return !

We booked Villa Montechiarone as part of our wedding at Montechiaro Organic Winery to house a group of 7 guests. The property sits around 500m from the winery itself, with views out over the Tuscan countryside, it's a breathtaking location and the villa itself is an incredible space. There are 2 huge indoor living areas, a well equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms and an outdoor covered terrace, as well as the garden and pool area. There is real character in the property in the way it is decorated as well as the imposing facade of the building itself. The pool area is spacious and well placed to take in the most of the view, and there is a car port with parking for at least 4 cars covered, with plenty more room if required beyond. Overall perfect for housing our guests who had a great experience and were very thankful for the help whilst checking out also!

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i Casa Uliveto med hele storfamilien på 7 voksne og 7 ungdommer, og kommer gjerne tilbake. Både huset og eiendommen var nydelig og velholdt, og området var fredelig og trygt. Andrea var en strålende vert som svare raskt og ga oss god informasjon både før og under oppholdet. Vi fikk mange gode anbefalinger fra Andrea om lokale byer og restauranter, og vi brukte dagene godt til mye sightseeing i den vakre regionen. Høydepunktet var nok likevel kokkekurset som vi hadde hjemme i huset. Vi bestilte kurset gjennom Andrea, og de tre blide kokkene som kom, håndterte vår mangfoldige gjeng på strålende vis! De snakket kun italiensk, vi svarte på en blanding av engelsk, norsk og spansk (!), men jammen forsto vi hverandre godt likevel! Det var mye latter og gestikulering, og maten (4 retter) ble nydelig! Både store og små hadde en fantastisk kveld! Anbefales varmt! Takk for et nydelig opphold og flott vertskap!

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Heidi's apartment is situated in a larger complex on the outskirts of the village, just a short walk from the town center where you can find a church, a mini supermarket, bars, and a popular restaurant that is always fully booked. The village is ideally located in the heart of Chianti, making it a perfect starting point for exploring the region. You can drive along one of the scenic, winding roads to a wine tasting event, enjoy a bike ride through the picturesque countryside, or visit nearby cities like Siena or Florence (Firenze). One of the highlights of the apartment is the spacious swimming pool (1.35 m deep), which is perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days, especially if you have kids. The apartment itself is well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. Communication with Heidi is easy and friendly. She provides detailed information on the check-in and check-out procedures, as well as instructions for using various amenities in the complex. We enjoyed our stay!

The villa exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Excellent amenities. Beautiful surroundings with olive and lemon trees. Cute little village nearby with an excellent restaurant. The host was very responsive. We had a bit of trouble finding the place but that might be more us than the directions.
