We stayed at Fabrizio's Finca for an extended holiday weekend and loved the place! It is a wonderfully historic home and I truly look forward to staying there again into the future! It is a perfect place for a group to 4 - 6 people! Five Stars!!!

Der Check in war gut kommuniziert und sehr einfach. Die Unterkunft war sehr groß und sauber. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können nur eine Empfehlung abgeben.

We spent a wonderful few days with the whole family in Salvador's beautiful villa with a stunning view of Port Pollenca and the bay. It is a perfect place to relax, explore the stunning area around Pollenca and the Tramuntana and just to have a good time with family or friends. Salvador and his team were extremely helpful, discreet and very responsive and made us feel at home. We are very much looking forward to coming back.

Des hôtes très agréables, disponibles, sans être intrusifs! Hyper réactifs, souriants, prêts à aider si nécessaire! Nous avons fait une belle rencontre et la barrière de la langue n’a pas posé de difficulté :) Le logement était très propre, très agréable et calme. Notre fils de 4 ans a particulièrement apprécié la salle de jeux (la sortie de la propriété devait être négociée 🤣) et l’espace extérieur pour la plus grande! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument PARFAIT chez Toni. La maison est très bien située, dans un cadre champêtre entouré de moutons. La maison est très bien équipée, et idéalement placée pour découvrir l'île de Majorque. L'extérieur est vraiment l'atout de ce logement et le jacuzzi le petit plus qui fait vraiment la différence. Toni est un hôte très agréable... nous avons été accueillis avec une très belle corbeille de fruits, une bouteille de vin rouge et une bouteille de pétillant ! De quoi commencer les vacances en beauté. Nous ne pouvons que recommander !!

Marias zu Hause war großartig. Wunderschönes Haus, geniale Ausstattung (Pool, Whirlpool, Grillplatz, Veranda mit Essbereich, Spieleecke für Kinder), herrliche Aussicht, vom Flughafen in Palma mit Auto gut zu erreichen und an Ausstattung blieb kein Wunsch unerfüllt. Maria war auch ein super Gastgeber. Immer gut zu erreichen und sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Immer gern wieder.

We really enjoyed staying in the beautifully authentic place amidst orange trees. The place has a lot of character but also comfort. Even in March we enjoyed a swim in the pool and the jacuzzi. Also the tennis court was great fun, and there are many books and movies for colder nights. Tommy is very kind and helpful. The environment is absolutely stunning and the location is quiet yet central near Sòller.

We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement van Mirjam. Mirjam zelf was altijd heel bereikbaar: ze gaf regelmatig tips over wat we konden bezoeken, en ontving ons met veel warmte in de zaak van haar echtgenoot en zichzelf, nl. Sapori in Can Picafort (aanrader!). We voelden ons echt thuis. Bedankt Mirjam!

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

Jolie maison, nous avons passé une belle semaine de fin de saison. Nos 2 familles ont trouvé tout ce qu’il fallait dans la maison.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Drei Erwachsene Personen und trotzdem ausreichend Privatsphäre für jeden möglich. Bis zum Strand waren es nur wenige Gehminuten. Antonia war jederzeit erreichbar für uns 😁 Danke!

Antoni war ein Super - Gastgeber, Check In und Check Out waren flexibel. Haben die Wohnung in den kühlen Nächten im Dezember schön warm bekommen. Bei unserer Ankunft waren auch zB Kaffeekapseln vorhanden - sehr schön.

La casa è come nelle foto, se non meglio. Dispone di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un’ottima vacanza. L‘appartamento è molto spazioso e perfetto per un soggiorno di gruppo. Francina è stata disponibile fin dal momento della prenotazione, fornendoci molte informazioni utili sulla zona, e sempre reperibile, in generale un’ottima host. La casa si trova sul lungomare di un paesino molto tranquillo e silenzioso, ma non per questo privo di servizi (ristoranti, locali, ecc.). Inoltre, alcune tra le spiagge più belle di Maiorca si trovano proprio nei dintorni di S’Illot. Nel complesso, consiglio questo soggiorno perché ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Wir haben hier eine Woche mit der ganzen Familie verbracht und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das haus sieh aus wie auf den Fotos, der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer aufs Meer hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für uns auch super, da wir immer selbst gekocht haben. Die Lage des Hauses, am Meer aber fußläufig vom historischen Zentrum von Alcúdia war für uns auch ein Highlight. Isabel war eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin und hat aktiv und schnell mit uns Kommuniziert. Vielen Dank!

Carmen’s house is so special! We were a few girls staying in the off-season and it went far beyond our expectations. It was so nice to stay in a house that felt authentic, …we would love to come back :) The town is an also a great stay for a relaxed environment!

Salvador (der Besitzer) begrüßte uns herzlich mit einem vollen Obstkorb und einer süßen Spezialität der Region. Es wurde uns alles ausführlichst gezeigt und erklärt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Bel (ist von Salvador über eine Agentur beauftragt) hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Das Haus ist traumhaft - viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig, ohne Mietauto kommt man aber nicht weit. Restaurants und Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten sind mit einem Auto aber äußerst gut und schnell zu erreichen. Der Pool kann durch ein Gitter abgetrennt werden, was für uns mit kleinen Kindern perfekt war. Salvador oder sein Sohn kamen regelmäßig, um sich um den Pool zu kümmern. Das Grundstück ist riesengroß und wunderschön. Die Schafe des Nachbarn nebenan vermitteln zusätzlich ein Urlaubsfeeling. Es gibt in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage, die Küche ist top ausgestattet und wir können nichts bemeckern! Wir haben schon viele airbnbs besucht, aber dieses war das Schönste! Danke!!

Miquel is a wonderful host, super responsive. We had a couple of minor issues and he resolved them immediately. Stunning property and peaceful location. The table tennis table was a nice bonus too.

Super logement très au calme. Joli cadre et logement très propre, je recommande si vous chercher un endroit calme où vous ressourcer.

Lilja has a beautiful home in Fornalutx. I would suggest meeting the caretaker to be shown to the house for the first time. The route down the mountain is preferred vs coming to the house from in town. The house was perfect size for six adults and a baby. The pool was a great spot to relax for the day or after a day of adventuring. Walking to the village for meals was convenient and fun. We would definitely return.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures, we couldn’t believe our luck. The local area is relaxed and friendly with restaurants and bars only a 10 minute walk away from the villa, though we loved the villa so much that we were also happy to cook for ourselves and enjoy as much time there as we could. Cala D’or is an easy 20 minute bus ride away if wanting some time in a more tourist/shopping based area. Daniel was an excellent host who made us feel welcome from the first second we arrived. He responded promptly to any questions, explained everything clearly and went above and beyond for us which was very appreciated. We really didn’t want to leave- a week was not enough! Thank you.

We had the best time at Na Burguera. The house and the surroundings are beautiful and Sebastiana is the best host. She even had a homemade tortilla, snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival, which was so thoughtful! Our children loved the garden and all the toys. We did not walk into town as it was a little too far to walk with young children, but for adults it is certainly doable . We highly recommend staying at the house and would love to come back again!

Die Finca liegt sehr zentral und dennoch schön ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in Palma, wenn man es doch mal ein bisschen „aufregender“ haben möchte. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und einfach wunderschön. Wir haben die Zeit in Mónica‘s Finca auf alle Fälle sehr genossen und können einen Urlaub dort einfach nur empfehlen. Mónica ist eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin und ist immer da, um zu helfen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We wanted a family place with pool since we were taking our son, his fiancee, our daughter and two year old granddaughter for a week in Spain. We wanted a place where we could relax as a family and do our own thing. Josep's place did not disappoint. It lies about a mile and a half outside of Pollensa which is a beautiful little town with main square and little streets with bars, restaurants and local shops. The villa itself is located down a very narrow access road and the property is gated. It feels fairly isolated with one other place adjacent to the property but others further away so there was no risk of noise from others. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Josep visited on Wednesday to replace towels. He lives locally and answered all of our questions both prior to and during our stay. We could not fault this villa in any way. The one comment from everybody was how relaxed we all felt at the end of our stay, there.
