Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

One of the highlights was the well decorated plants across the house and the items on the 2nd floor. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near to the beach (as advertised). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housing complex has some very specific rules about the swimming pool which is a little bit of inconvenience, but nothing that can't be managed by paying close attention to the rules that are sent before hand. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to book this again during our next vacation !

Great place. Love the vibrant colours of the house. This place is for those, who love quiet & peaceful surrounding. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Sunset Beach is 5 mins drive. I would love to stay here again. ☺️

Our stay at the villa was fantastic! The location was excellent, with general stores nearby for convenience, yet the surroundings were peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation was comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms and washrooms. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely welcoming and provided us with great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to others!

The place was amazing, actually better than what was depicted in the photos. The surroundings were great, peaceful which made our experience even better. Will definitely come back to this place again, when possible!

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

Anshul's place has everything you need, it's ideally placed in Cavelossim, easily walkable to the beach, there's a nice restaurant just at the end of the estate along with a small supermarket for essentials. And you're very close to other amenities. Friendly cleaner visiting every day. Anshul's recommendations were great, as was his communication. The complex was well maintained, though the pools in the complex (which I'm sure the host doesn't have any say in the upkeep of) weren't cleaned as frequently as we would have expected. But this is a very minor thing, you were better off going in the sea a few minutes walk away. You won't find a better place to stay in Cavelossim. Book and enjoy!

Loved the place. Such a beautiful home with lush green surroundings. It had all the right amenities that one could ask for. We had a early checkin at 5am and Esha was responsive and proactively arranged for it for us. The experience was seamless and the peace and tranquility of the place was mesmerising. It’s very close to the beach and the house gives a very authentic Goan feel. Esha also recommended great eating places to go to which were totally worth it. Will definitely visit again.

We booked Sunflower Villa for a relaxing, fun weekend getaway with just the girls -- and it was perfect. Having already stayed at Louisa before, our expectations were high and we're happy to say that they were all met. Peaceful, relaxing, full of lovely plants and birds, and adding to that, the super helpful staff made this the best weekend trip we've had in a while.

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

Shoba and Thomas were great hosts. felt like home and as if with family. Had a great stay and the place is peaceful whilst being on the main road. Can go anywhere if you are druving. The kitchen, bedroom, balcony, amenities and all else were perfect for the stay. Enjoyed our favourite joints, beaches, food and were treated to amazing home made local cuisine. Had an amazing and relaxing time in South Goa. Different experience from the usual hotels or resorts. Our first time...and will be back. Highly recommended if you are not fussy and not after frills. NOSTO - run by the couple adds to the experience and convenience.

The place was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed the stay and the house was clean and as per the photos shown and the host was friendly and proactive from the time of check-in to checkout process was so smooth. Really enjoyed the stay.

This is a villa inside a gated community. the place was quaint, clean and spacious. there was a fully functional kitchen, clean washrooms and useful amenities. the linen was clean, towels and toiletries were available. the checkin was easy. we didn't get to use the pool as time was short. there is a very good restaurant (The cargo) nearby within the locality where they seve nice breakfast. there's also a bar (sogo), which we didn't try out. the host suggested a place to rent a self drive car which made our entire trip easy. if you have a car or two wheeler exploring south goa easy. overall would definitely recommend the place to anyone who want to explore south goa.

We had a wonderful stay at Cora Homestay near Talpona Beach! Our family of 6, including 2 children and 4 adults, found the place perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is ideal – close to a quiet and beautiful beach that let us enjoy the serene side of Goa. The property was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable for all of us. We chose Casa De Dona Telma because we wanted to stay in a Goanese house. High ceilings, large rooms, tall windows—this place had it all. The location was perfect. It is in the heart of Madgao yet situated in a peaceful locality. We could easily visit South Goa, North Goa, and interior Goa from there. The house had all the basic amenities required for cooking. We enjoyed preparing our breakfasts, sitting in the very large dining room, and chatting late into the evenings. Savio, the host, was exceptional. From the day we booked the homestay, he stayed in touch, answering all our queries promptly and helping us with local transportation. Whenever we needed something, no matter how small, he arranged it without delay. Thank you, Savio, for your hospitality. I would highly recommend this place.

It is a great place to have a nice peaceful time in south goa. Beaches are at walkable distance. The host was very helfpul and accomodative. They were reachable throughout and helped us with everything including checking, to recommending places, rentals and lots more. A must recommend place for all planning to visit Majorda and looking for cozy clean stay.

Our stay at Julie's place was absolutely wonderful. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, providing all the amenities exactly as described. Narayan prepared delicious breakfasts for us on both days, and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. The neighborhood is serene and peaceful, with essential services conveniently accessible. My friend and I had a wonderful stay a Vishals place. The house is even better than the photos and it felt so freeing to be in our own space, prepare our own food and do everything in our own time. Diljit, the house manager is nothing short of a super star, so kind and considerate, nothing was too much. Diljit even carefully baked some cashews that had fallen from the tree out in the garden for us, (cashews are poisonous if not prepared correctly!) The house is a short walk to Patnem but a way away to find peace too. Thankyou for having us. We will be back.

Great place to stay in when you are in Madgaon. The owner is super friendly and the whole experience was amazing.

This is a fantastic place to stay in if you want an authentic Goan vibe. Take this from a fellow Goenkar from Australia who had been to Goa 7 times. The house in Navelim away from the busy streets but a short 10 minute walk to the main municpality area where the shop/ groceries / sweets are. Ideal for Goa Supershow ICN bodybuilding stay (which was the reason for my visit). Has microwave, induction cooker, gas stove, fridge and more to get you through. Desiree (Host) and Mrs Rebello (house local contact) were very attentive to my messages and my requests which was greatly appreciated. Lots of bottled water and extra treats were a nice touch. Please ensure you are specific with guest numbers as no bedding provided for additional room if only 1-2 guests (We were two). Highly recommended for a true Goan / Portugese feel in a modern built house with AC.
