This is a very nice place. Lots of space. Some Air BNBs look much larger than they are in pictures, this one is the opposite. Definitely recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Jessica and Aaron’s place. The cabin is well back from the road and our kids immediately ran to go meet the chickens and alpacas. We enjoyed starting our day with farm fresh eggs and granola provided. The bedrooms were spacious and the linens were fresh. Our girls did their best to wear out the zip line and a smart tv in the cabin was perfect for when it rained. Every amenity on the island was 5min drive away including gas station/DC fast charger, cafes, restaurant and grocery store. We enjoyed twice daily trips to the different beaches and landmarks. The Recycle Store was a big hit with all of us as well. We would skip Woodfire Restaurant next time. The only inconvenience was that the sole bathroom is on the second floor at the top of a creaky staircase. If a family has little ones or light sleepers, I would recommend a white noise machine. We would most definitely recommend this rental and would stay again for our next trip to Gabriola.

We really had a pleasant stay at Sheryl's. We were in town for a sports competition and the home was very comfortable and functional. Sheryl even bought us some muffins, croissants and juice. Very thoughful and above and beyond.

This was my second stay at Mahvash’s place. This time we brought our dog & baby with us and I was so thankful to have a wonderful pet friendly place to stay. Mahvash is a lovely and caring host who really makes sure her guests have everything they need. I will definitely be back to stay.

Rose was so accommodating and thoughtful as a host. Communication was clear and very responsive. The main thing that stood out for us was the quality of the space. Soft pillows, quality bed, calming decor, and higher end kitchen appliances. We would definitely stay again.

Mihaela’s felt like a home away from home. Travelling for a funeral and with my recent surgery, I felt safe. The bed was very comfortable. Mihaela responded quickly when I had questions. The pasteries for breakfast were delicious and were presented beautifully. I would definitely return as it was the perfect distance to my family, shops and restaurants.

I absolutely loved this stay. I came from Kapuskasing looking for a relaxing getaway with my sister and this was that and more. The place is so beautiful inside and so cozy. The view was gorgeous and I would love to see it in the summer! I will be most definitely booking another stay in the future.

Correena was quick to respond and great to deal with! We loved the fridge stocked with juice and milk for our stay along with snacks. The chocolates on our beds ere an added touch when we arrived. Great stay!

We had a great stay at Rungarune’s! My husband and I were snowmobiling for a few days and this was a great location to base ourselves from. Rungarune’s was a short walk from where we parked our snowmobile trailer and the accommodation had everything we needed and more. Warm and welcoming and fully equipped it was just what we needed after a long day on the sleds. Rungarune went above and beyond with a nice note upon arrival to let us know that we could help ourselves to the food goodies in the kitchen which included some lovely fresh fruit, croissants, eggs, muffins etc that were a real treat. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I think Mary is one of the, or even the, best host we ever had on AirBnB. She and her husband Garry took the time to answer all our questions, come up with recommendations, and even lend us gear to be prepared for the snow. Their place was cosy and spacious, with all the needed amenities present. Their place was so clean, it made the stay without any stress. The included breakfast was very delicious and ensured us to be able to start the day well fed. Overall this would be a place to come back to and something we would suggest our friends and family to.

Nestled In is a gem that is worth to find and then to return back again and again. I am definitely planning to do so! Absolutely loved warm welcome from owners, felt immediately at home at their place and was pampered beyond belief. Beautiful site, great vistas with sun rising.........morning coffee, yoghurt, fruit and delectable home-made cake from Brenda does not begin to describe the feeling of precious time spend there. Returned back from a day about town, I was welcomed by well equipped, pristinely clean large apartment with spacious common area with electric fireplace, spa-like bathroom, softest bed..........simply bliss. Truly a special place worth keeping in my heart and to recommend to others. Thank you wholeheartedly, Brenda, for your and your husband's generosity to open your home to me to appreciate this special place. Susan V

Our stay at Nest in the Forest was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was warm, cozy, and incredibly spacious—perfect for our group. The beautiful hot tub and sauna were such a treat, making our stay even more relaxing. Every detail of the place was thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere.

It was a great stay, amazing breakfast and Bridget and Rob were the perfect host. The kayaking was a blast and in such a cute area and the room was more that we could have asked for, absolutely stunning and the coziest bed. Bridget had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do, while also providing any extra help needed. Would recommend to anyone wanting to come visit! 10/10

Kimberly and John are the best hosts you could find. They engaged with my toddler very well and she was upset to go back home. The stay was beautiful and the breakfasts were delicious. I had special dietary needs and Kimberly was very thoughtful and creative in everything she prepared for us. They also guided us through our tour planning and all her suggestions were valuable. We will be back in heartbeat.

Our stay at Honey Bear B&B in Canmore was epic! Fran, our friendly Canadian host, gave us hiking tips like a trail guru and handed us bear spray—because apparently, elk were in the mood. Yep, it was elk mating season, so our hikes turned into a mix of nature walks and dodging love-struck elk. Breakfast? Fran didn’t just stop at muffins. One morning, she served a full-on charcuterie board. Meats and cheeses before 9 a.m.? We felt like royalty in hiking boots. When Fran was out, Dean, her dry-witted English husband, kept us laughing so hard we forgot we were supposed to be resting. The location? Steps from mountain views so good they felt illegal. We hiked, laughed, ate, and managed to avoid any elk proposals. If you want a place with stunning trails, gourmet snacks, and comedy gold, Honey Bear’s your spot. Just be prepared for romantic elk!

Went for my boyfriend’s bday and it was absolutely amazing! The room was gorgeous and cozy! Great price for everything and it came with breakfast in our room in the morning! Will definitely be coming back! Hopefully for longer next time!

Sylvia’s Lone Pine Ranch is a perfect getaway not too far from the city! The delicious breakfasts and suppers were a highlight, offering hearty meals that felt like home. Sylvia and Lena’s warm and friendly conversations made the stay even more enjoyable, and the fun animal experiences—like feeding and petting—added a unique charm. The environment was incredibly relaxing; I even finished a book while soaking in a hot bath. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the best part? You can bring your dog! It’s the perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and fun. Can’t wait to return! I feel like I’ve made new friends.
