My family had a great staycation! We spent the day at Bristol Mountain and went in to Canandaigua for dinner. The view of the lake was stunning, mixed with a perfect snowfall. Plenty of hot water for warm showers after the slopes. The kitchen/living/dining area was open, cozy and provided those beautiful views. I even think the living room floor was heated! We all slept well with comfy beds and space for all. Would definitely recommend!

Great house and very convenient location. Great neighborhood for walking and access to downtown Geneva and HWS College. Our family of 7 had lots of space to spread out and the kitchen was well equipped for us to make our own meals. The beds were super comfortable along with the linens. We loved the nooks and crannies, places for alone time and gathering spaces for meals and fun. The decor was comfortable and practical. We had a great stay and will stay again.

Barb’s place was a fantastic stay! The home was cozy, well-equipped, and in a beautiful, peaceful location. Barb and her family were incredibly welcoming and kind, even giving us a tour of their barn, where the kids got to meet the goats—an unforgettable experience. The property is well-maintained, and Barb was always responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for a relaxing farmhouse getaway with wonderful hosts, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this cozy cabin. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, surrounded by nature. The cabin itself was clean, well-equipped, and had a charming rustic feel. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great spot close to Watkins Glen and area!

Very nice old home, everything was good except the amount of stairs could be a problem for some people, the host was awesome and the neighbor was nice enough to allow us to park on his property.

Roberta’s cottage is even nicer in person. Very clean, cozy & comfortable, somewhat secluded & private, just what I needed. Plenty of area outside for my two dogs. You can tell she really cares about her guests, from the toiletries in the bathroom, to the cookie snacks in the kitchen & even the doggie waste bags there for you. There is a full size coffee pot/k-cup combo with an assortment of coffees, cappuccinos & milk chocolate k-cups. A big plus was the whole cottage water system, especially the drinking water station. The kitchen faucet is gorgeous, very high end. The cottage is decorated beautifully but simple, no clutter or Knick-knacks in your way. Gorgeous rustic sliding doors to the bathroom, bedroom & utility room with a full/large size washer & dryer. The beautiful double walk in shower is huge & something you’d see in a Modern Home magazine, equipped with two overhead rain shower heads, each with an adjustable or hand held combo sprayer & a smooth sliding glass door.

This was a perfect stay on Waneta Lake. Host was responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

I had originally planned to stay with my daughter and her friend, but their scheduled game was changed so I stayed by myself. the unit was easy to get into, was nicely appointed and very comfortable. I only stayed one night, so I did not use the kitchen but it had everything you would need for meal preparation and was very clean. when I left my bag with drinks in the refrigerator upon check out, Teri quickly contacted me and we arranged for a convenient pick up for me. I definitely appreciated her helpfulness. If you stay in the area, I highly recommend the barbecue restaurant 2 Sisters and a Smoker in Wellsville, NY.

Loved staying at the cottage! Very peaceful, perfect for one person or a couple visiting Geneva. Quick drive to town but in a quiet area. Would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at Brian’s place around this same time last year. The cottage has everything you need and Brian is a great host, hence why we came back! We have nothing but good things to say and could go on and on. Beautiful view, plenty of amenities offered such as the grill, fire pit, kayaks, plenty of kitchenware, washer and dryer access, etc. When we come here it’s like we never left. The place was great. It was extremely clean and well-appointed. We were just there for a quick stay, but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Check-in and checkout were both super easy.

My mom and I enjoyed our stay in Rob's "Crib" very much. We enjoyed the mix of an older home and modern decor. There are plenty of easy uses for the lights, ceiling fans and TV. The driveway is a little narrow but we managed. Thanks for everything Rob!

This place turned out to be exactly what we were looking for and needed! A cozy cabin with plenty of space for three people to spread out (and easily room for a few more) for a calm winter getaway. We made almost all our meals there throughout the week, and the kitchen has about everything one would need. Bathroom is nice, new shower appreciated as well as the heated tile floor. Bedroom and beds upstairs feel new and the mattresses are quite firm, so a great nights sleep for us. The propane fireplace was perfect! both ambient & effective The property is massive and the trails made for nice little daily adventures. Snow on the ground and the pond was frozen, so we got a couple days of ice time before rising temps made it a bit too wet. Feels very remote on-property, especially at night, but there are a couple cute towns 20 minutes east or west. Leila diner and Naples pizza highlights. The owner, Felicia, is very responsive and nice to interact with. We hope to be back someday!

Excellent repeat stay. Absolutely spotless , our favorite air BNB to vacation as it's beautiful, cozy and scenic. The amenities are top notch and the place has everything to rest and relax. Clean and cozy linens and beds, space to explore and sights galore just looking out each window . Nice books , puzzles , games and a cozy tub to soak in. There's a lot to do in the area also esp by all the finger lakes . There's grocery stores right in the towns nearby to stock up. Some nights we went out to eat , others we cooked & stayed cozied in by the fire, played cards, watched Netflix .The kitchen is fully stocked with every imaginable dish, utensil or appliance. Also the cable and Wi-Fi are fast but reading a book and just daydreaming looking at the picture perfect views there are just as nice. This place is a must if you need to get away ..it's worth it and more. The hostess is a sweet heart, left us goodies and made sure the driveway was clear of snow. Thank you Jackie and Pete !

This was a fantastic weekend getaway for us and everything was just as described. Very, VERY nice. One small suggestion: perhaps one of those big thermometers nailed to a tree to fond the AM temp?

This cabin is beyond beautiful. Very secluded and easy to find. So much charm inside the cabin that you would never want to leave. I spent somedays in my honeymoon in this cabin and it was the perfect choice. So much to enjoy in the outdoors without leaving the property. Everything is thought for that it became joyful to enjoy and discover. It’s a little perfect get way place and I can’t wait to return to it especially around spring. The host is extremely thoughtful and caring throughout my visit and we appreciated their hospitality and respect. Thank you so much Bob & Peg we are grateful!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness—every corner was meticulously maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The cabin's location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, and the walking access to the lake was a huge plus for us. We spent evenings gathered around the fire pit, soaking in the peaceful setting. The temperature control system also worked perfectly, ensuring we were always comfortable. A special shout-out to Sarah, the host, whose responsiveness and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this cabin has it all. This house is beautiful!! The loft upstairs is amazing. The kitchen and bathroom finishings are so nice. You can tell a lot of attention was paid to small details and aesthetics, which is much appreciated! Appliances are great and kitchen was pretty well-stocked! Beds are super comfy as well. We were aware of the water issue, and we did have to space out water usage so we’re really glad we knew that ahead of time. We’d love to come back!!

This was our second stay at the Hemingway Cabin and it was everything we remembered and loved. David welcomed us back and we had an amazing weekend. We will be coming back again!
