Fantastic apartment in a great location! Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Street parking was hassle free, very quiet area and streets yet only a short walk to downtown.

This really was a lovely stay. The home is perfectly situated near some beautiful historic buildings and homes in Montour Falls, which is just a few minutes drive from Watkins Glen. A two minute walk gets you to an awesome local water fall. It doesn't take long to feel at home. Comfy furniture, great natural light, a selection of books that you actually want to read and fun games to play with the family. The kitchen has just what you need including some pantry items. We had a great time here.

We found this to be an excellent space in a terrific location for visiting Ithaca and Ithaca College. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious, Lorene’s apartment fit our needs perfectly!

Dwight’s place was exactly what we needed. A nice respite after a long day and beyond peaceful. It was the small touches that made a huge difference. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

We have stayed at Joshua;s apartment several times. Each one was great. The location, apartment size and the kitchen made it a perfect place for us. Joshua is helpful and nice to talk with . Love the park and the antique stores. Great weather this trip-no!! rain.

The apartment was very clean and cozy! I felt right at home at Jane's place. Speaking of Jane- she is phenomenal! Very responsive and a caring individual! She left us welcome gifts from local spots and everything she left was delicious and she recommended some great local places as well. My husband and I will definitely be returning and are super thrilled we had such a lovely getaway and lovely host!

Really enjoyed Ronn's place! It's a cute and quirky apartment that's located on one of the main streets in downtown Geneva. Super convenient location and it was quieter than I thought it would be for being so centrally located. Ronn was a great host and provided simple and clear instructions for entering the apartment.

The suite was exactly as advertised and absolutely spotless! We had a slight issue with the thermostat, and Jill solved it within 1/2 hour. We will definitely be back!

Donna and Jeff’s place was great! Pictures don’t do it justice it is beautiful and spotless. Will definitely be trying to stay here on my next visit.

Our Sister provided this wonderful place to stay in for our Nephews Wedding. Even the visit was short it was a wonderful place to stay Geneva has a wonderful feeling super nice people and unbelievable food. We are planning a trip back to this area ❤️

Third time we’ve stayed here and will again! Bucolic surroundings. Halfway between Ithaca and Trumansburg, we find it very convenient to everything. The property is well maintained and David is a fantastic host. We love all the little extras and the quaint decor.

Chance was very nice and hospitable. The place was very peaceful and quiet. Pool and hot tub area is very nice, weather wasn’t good so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

Got there in January left in april. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub. Jennifer was great.

5th time staying here. Fabulous place to stay! Walkable distance to food places. Only con was bathtub was a little dirty.
