Very beautifully decorated place! Super easy to check in. Loved the stay!

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

As usual, my mom and I had a great stay in our Rochester “flat”. It’s absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and perfect with its 2 bedrooms. We have been guests many times visiting our children at RIT and we will continue to book Tamara’s place! She’s great, easy to communicate with, flexible with check in and just a lovely host!

Lynne is a gracious and attentive host. She even extended our stay for a late checkout, due to hazardous icy road conditions. The neighborhood is amazing. Cannot wait to return in the summer.

This space was PERFECT for our little anniversary getaway in the finger lakes! Ron was very responsive and we loved all of the treats he supplied the house with. We can wait to come back during the summer! Thank you, Ron!

What a beautiful and cozy historic space! I loved the fireplace in the bedroom and the very comfy bed. Very quiet house and neighborhood. Extremely clean! The bathroom is tiny but functional. My only complaint would be that I was provided only a single bath towel for a 2-night stay. Other than that it was perfect and I would definitely stay again. Thanks Tim!

A great stay all the way around. Both the house and the neighborhood were very quiet -- we didn't hear a peep from upstairs. The location is well-situated and the house is very dog-friendly -- it even has a fenced backyard that you can reach directly from the kitchen! We absolutely would stay here again if it's available whenever we return. Thanks Kathleen!

The place was great! It was clean, the garage was convenient, and the general location was nice. The only issues I had was that the windows of the living room didn’t let any natural light in and the bedroom had no windows, which is shown in the photos. Overall, it’s a great place to stay! I would stay again and recommend to anyone!

Kevin and April were very nice hosts. Easy to communicate with and quick to address a minor issue. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels/linens were new and fluffy. We were there over Christmas and they had no issue with us putting up a Christmas tree to help the house feel cozy and festive! We would easily stay again and highly recommend this Airbnb.

Thanks so much, Merry for letting us stay at this place. The house is amazing, it's clean and peaceful and has everything you would need to make the stay wonderful. We had our 10 month old baby with us, and Merry made sure there's a high chair and a pack n play for the baby. The house could use a refill on some coffee and some bath essentials, but overall I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for an accessible and beautiful place to stay near the finger lakes! Would definitely stay here again if I am visiting finger lakes, thanks again for hosting us!

Very peaceful place with wildlife right out back, yet still close to the airport and shopping. Clean and roomy feel. Great community. Super responsive and accommodating host. We'd love to check back in when we return to Rochester!

If I could give this place more than five stars I definitely would! This Airbnb is fantastic! Beautiful home, large spaces and all the amenities and extras you could hope for! It was even decorated for Christmas with a tree and assorted very tasteful decorations. There were even lights on the house! Everything about this stay made me feel so at home. The neighborhood is beautiful and my interactions with some of the locals were great. The next door neighbor even came without being asked and offered to help remove some snow from a light snowfall we had. He wouldn’t take no for an answer and was what anyone would want in a neighbor. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hopefully it will be available again the next time I am in town. Thank you so much!

I recently moved back to Rochester, NY but my new place wasn't ready yet. I stayed at Adham's home for the month of February. The quaint living room furnishings made me feel at home, and the more modern kitchen and bedroom were both functional and comfortable. Having stayed for so long the washer and dryer were essential. An enclosed front porch was designed as a work space, and being there the month of February the heat vents kept the room usable. The house is set back from the road, which allowed for more privacy but during my time there it snowed nearly every day. Adham always kept the driveway meticulously shoveled, and never commented on my poor reverse-driving skills. My host provided some little extra touches that were both unexpected and welcomed. I can't think of anything that could have allowed for an easier transition. Thank you, Adham!

Angela was a fabulous host! We had a great 4 day trip and the place was cozy and we felt right at home. It was easy for our dog and had a perfect backyard for him. The fridge and freezer were spotless and stocked with ice. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and coffee and we had plenty of towels for our stay. 10/10 We will definitely stay again!

If I’d really read the check in directions and not just the address finding the house would have been very clear! The house is on an auto repair shop property but it didn’t bother us a bit! The bed was very comfortable and the set up of kitchen and living/dining area just perfect. The faucet in the tub is lose and should probably be checked. Water supply and temp were great. We even enjoyed the spacious porch to watch the morning sky and birds, in spite of chilly weather! The house met our needs perfectly! We’d happily return.

This AirBnB is a well oiled machine. I knew what to expect, and I did not have any reason to contact the host. I always appreciate it when an AirBnB is setup the way it is advertised and the host does not have unreasonable expectations. This was a lovely stay that my friends and I enjoyed every minute of.

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

This location is great! You can walk to many restaurants and Marinas! The house is very new and clean. It was perfect for our family of four. We will definitely stay again in the future.

This is a great place to unwind and enjoy the town and lake. My family and I loved it and would highly recommend it
