Our stay at Amazonita was unlike any other vacation spot! We are a family of 4, with 2 kids aged 12 and 15, and this was the perfect vacation for us. The surroundings are beautiful, and it was great to disconnect and enjoy being immersed in nature. The jungle is loud at night, but still easy for us to sleep, as we were tired from our various excursions! It was hot and humid through the day but it did cool off some at night. Zulay and her family were lovely hosts and our meals at the restaurant were fantastic. We also loved Zulay's 3 dogs and cat. The highlights for us were the tours with Kerley, who is an extremely knowledgeable and engaging guide. We did a day tour into Corcovado and also did the night tour at Amazonita. Kerley also arranged kayaking for us in Puerto Jimenez. We saw so much wildlife on both tours and our kids absolutely loved Kerley. We feel so grateful that we got to experience this area of Costa Rica and get away from busy tourist areas.

We had a nice 2 night stay relaxing after a few busy days in Corcovado, just what we needed. Host was very welcoming and helpful. The space was very peaceful. Beautiful nature all around. Room was nice and clean, good AC, nice shower. Highly recommend!

The airbnb was difficult to find using google maps without the link from the owner. The directions have been improved since our experience. The location is peaceful, in nature with lots of birds. A toucan sat in the tree on the property for most of a day. Very clean, air conditioning worked well. good amenities in kitchen.

Great location! We enjoyed swimming at sunrise which it was really beautiful accompanied by many Scarlet Macaws and at sunset hours ( we were lucky it was high tide at those hours). All of this just a few steps from the house. Well equipped for cooking. Definitely worth it.

The accommodation was a unique and memorable part of our trip to Costa Rica. Surrounded by nature, we really appreciated the sustainable concept of the place. The impressive biodiversity in and around the house added to the experience. The mosquito nets over the beds were definitely necessary and worked well for us. As long as we didn’t keep the lights on for too long at night, it wasn’t an issue. The facilities were also excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Daniela and Juan were very helpful. When we couldn’t reach the house with our 2WD due to heavy rain, they were easily reachable and quickly organized a taxi for us. Thank you again for your support! We enjoyed our three nights in the area and also had a great tour in Corcovado National Park with the recommended provider, OsaWild. Overall, the hosts’ recommendations, assistance, and the well-thought-out accommodation made for a wonderful stay!

Paradise Corcovado House

We stayed at the house at the top of the property. It is a beautiful house. It was very clean the only downside was the musty smell, especially in the kitchen. The bed is comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and stayed at the house for two days chilling and enjoying the pool. We saw some monkeys and a few toucans. And the views are just breathtaking. It could only have been better if the internet had been faster. What was amazing was the speedy response after issues with the power and the internet – in a few minutes the power was back on and Richie sent a guy to fix the internet. We would definitely rent again if in the area. P.S.: in my opinion a 4x4 is a must not just a recommendation.

Une immersion totale dans la nature dans le confort souhaité. Ni trop, ni trop peu. Nous n'avons pas été embêtés par les insectes et il était rassurant que tous les lits soient munis de moustiquaires. Nos hôtes ont été accueillants tout en restant discrets. Le lieu est très calme et nous avons adoré pouvoir nous promener dans les sentiers privés où nous avons pu voir autant d'animaux que dans le parc sans devoir organiser une expédition compliquée. La plage est sécuritaire et authentique, il n'y avait aucun touristes mais de sympathiques familles locales profitant du paysage magnifique. La dernière journée nous avons vu un groupe de dauphins à quelques centaines de mètres de nous dans l'eau! Merci pour ce séjour merveilleux.
