Marcella and her team was so responsive … quick in booking and communication and very flexible with check in. Condo was very clean and had everything you needed and the price was great for the area. Several great restaurants in the area, close to Garrafon de Castilla and an easy taxi ride to other parts of the island. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful residence with a pool and beach access. The pool was shared with 10 villas. Never had problems finding a chair, and the views were amazing. The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pans, dishes and cups. Many places in the house to hang out. My favorite place was the upper enclosed patio. It was the perfect room to do yoga and watch the sunrise. Definitely, would stay here again.

The location is so peaceful private beach beautiful views. Diego was so helpful he made sure we felt at home he was quick to reply and gave easy instructions and access to enter the apartment

Home was as described. Conveniently located in the hotel zone, but far away from the crowd for a peaceful night rest. Outdoor area is gorgeous and there is a bigger pool on site in addition to the private pool. The house is gated and secure, so you feel safe at all times. Bus stop is in walking distance and makes it extremely easy to get anywhere. Home is very spacious and easily accommodate large groups (it was 8 of us). I would definitely stay there again. Daniel, was very friendly and very accommodating for our early arrival. We even book airport departure and arrival transportation through him and it was great.

Estaría muy bueno agregar algo más a la cocina. por ejemplo una tabla para picar verduras. Una PAVA ELÉCTRICA para los argentinos es de suma importancia. un té un mate . y no tuvimos donde calentar agua. agradezco las dos ollitas y platos pero nos faltó esas dos cositas. priorizamos la buena alimentación. no siempre acudimos a los restaurantes Después todo bien!

Lisa's home is a perfect location on the island. We wanted a peaceful, beautiful, private place on the ocean and this is it! The location is right in the middle of the island far enough away from the busy north but only a short ride to it on a golf cart or you can walk to town in about 20 minutes. There is also a bus you can ride as well. The beach is rocky but you can still walk along it to a small half-moon-shaped beach only a few houses down. We took morning and evening walks. It was wonderful to fall asleep and wake to the sound of the waves. The house has everything you need. It looks exactly like the photos. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated having a blender for morning smoothies and a frozen cocktail in the evening. We rented a golf cart which can be pricy but it gave us the freedom to tour the whole island, head into town for dinner, shop and find spots to snorkel. The home is a bit pricier than other places but worth it. I highly recommend Lisa's home!

Elegimos un excelente lugar para quedarnos a dormir, el lugar es seguro, está cerca del ferry, aunque no conocí en persona a Eric y a Liz siempre hubo muy buena comunicación de su parte, el que tengan ventiladores y aire acondicionado fue muy bueno por mi bebé. Lo único que agregaría al alojamiento sería un microondas para calentar más rápido la comida pero no fue algo que no se pudiera solucionar. Nos recibieron con el lugar limpio, el agua del baño súper bien, nos pusieron amenidades de aseo para cocina y baño. La verdad todo muy bien, la vista no se diga. Esperemos regresar pronto a este bello lugar. Gracias por todo

Ubicación excelente, aún lado de playa el niño; la playa de los locatarios cancunenses. Linda vista hacia isla mujeres y parte de la zona hotelera. A 15 min caminando hacía puerto Juárez (ferris de ultramar) para ir hacia isla mujeres. Dejaron pasta dental, buena cantidad de papel higiénico, internet rápido y aire acondicionado.

Todo lo relacionado al trato del Airbnb, está perfecto, mi única queja es sobre el trato de algunos trabajadores del hotel, los cuales se inventaban reglas con el fin de acosar o menospreciar al huésped de Airbnb (el acoso fue porque un trabajador del hotel, nos había impuesto una regla sobre el tiempo de uso en el camastro, y haciendo miradas de despectivas, simplemente por el color del brazalete y paquete que habíamos adquirido). Todo el día fuimos acosados por personal del hotel para adquirir el plan alimenticio del hotel, cuando nosotros no estábamos interesados en ese plan fuera de eso, todo estuvo perfecto, me encantaría volver en un futuro, el trato estuvo excelente y solo por el chico que nos trató, volvería a ir, recomendado

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

A great, private house on the quieter end of the island. Close to Punta Sur and other great places. Having the pool was wonderful since you're further from the beach in this location, but it's also a quick ride on the golf cart if you prefer the beach. John and Amelia shared many helpful details up front and are very responsive. We had a great time at their place.

We planned a trip for my 30th for 14 people and this was the perfect stay! The house was so beautiful especially in the morning while drinking coffee. The concierge was amazing and helped plan everything from the travel to a boat day to golf cart rentals, to a private chef! Would highly recommend!!

I can't say enough about how nice this stay was. Safe, quiet, and tons of activities.

The villa was amazing; our family loved the privacy, while still being just an Uber away from great restaurants and activities. The beach was perfect, a little tricky to walk down to it, but no seaweed and great white sand. The beach was frequently in use by the locals, because the villa is just south of the public Playa Tortugas, but still quiet & no big, noisy spring break crowds. The hosts let us have an online Walmart order delivered a few hours before we arrived, so we walked into a kitchen already stocked with snacks, which was very nice of them. They also provided 5L jugs of filtered water, and plates/utensils/pots & pans, which the housemaid Clarita would come clean & wash about ~twice a day. The pool was a little cold, and the hot tub not super-hot, but our kids still loved both. We had previously stayed at "all inclusive" resorts but are never going back--the villa has more privacy, way more space, & much better food, once you Uber a well-rated restaurant.

Bethany is amazing! Her place is just like the pictures, absolutely breath taking. Clean, close to everything you would ever want to do, safe location, we cannot recommend it enough. Bethany also provides suggestions of things to do, has private chefs available to cook for you, first class all the way! We will definitely be back

Our stay at Chela’s vacation home was great. The place was clean and had everything we needed to accommodate our group. The back patio overlooking the ocean was the best part of it . I couldn’t get enough of the view. We were able to walk the private beach and pick up sea shells and sea glass. The location is very walkable, yet set far enough from the Main Street to enjoy the quiet. Chela was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at her house when we come back to Isla. If I could add any suggestions to make it 10 out of 10 would be : * having beach towels for the guests * adding better reading light in the small bedroom. Everything else was on great. Thank you for having us.😊

This Villa was nice and close to the water. Great views on all three levels of balconies. Bedrooms were nice and each had an attached bathroom. Two slight inconveniences were that we had to take blanket from beds upstairs for the two beds that folded down on first floor. Also getting back into the resort each time the guards would not remember us and make us wait to get back in. There was also no way to get access to the all inclusive amenities at the resort, however there is stores very close to get what you want. Overall it was a great place to stay and would definitely go back!

Loved this place! Perfect for our group of four adults and three young children. Child-friendly pool with shade and shallow areas. Beautiful beach next door. Kitchen has all the gadgets we needed. Only drawback is the distance to grocery stores and restaurants. But there is always Uber!

Great little place which felt very private, although it is situated on a busy road. We had no issues with getting to sleep, though. Host was amazing, picked us up from the ferry port and organized golf cart rental, plus gave great recommendations for places to eat. The outdoor plunge pool was divine, and spotlessly clean. Had lots of visits from geckos and even an iguana! Unfortunately no corkscrew (we purchased and left one for the next renters!) but otherwise everything was completely as described and very well appointed. Very handy to have a washer-dryer, too. All in all, a lovely stay! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!
