Juan Carlos es un excelente anfitrión muy al pendiente de lo que sus huéspedes puedan requerir. Nos quedamos con mi familia en una de las habitaciones para 8 personas de la Azcapri Villa de Juan Carlos y tuvimos una gran estadia. La habitación es muy cómoda y esta muy bien distribuida, cuenta con cocina donde se pueden preparar alimentos. Muy buen Wifi. La Villa esta pensada como un lugar para relajarse, y todo ahi te invita a ello; desde la musica ambiental, hasta el Spa, tiene un cenote privado! Recomendamos 100% alojarse en Azcapri Villa si lo que buscas es un lugar para relajarte y conectar otra vez contigo mismo, nosotros en un próximo viaje a Cancun planeamos volver a hospedarnos aqui.

Le logement est magnifique. Son emplacement est idéal, offrant un cadre agréable et pratique pour se déplacer. De plus, les échanges avec les hôtes ont été rapides et fluides, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Une excellente expérience que je recommande sans hésitation !

La villa está justo frente al mar y se pueden ver increíbles atardeceres o salir a correr durante la mañana. Cumplió con mis expectativas

La Villa était était très bien située. Nous nous sommes senties en sécurité toute la durée du voyage. Plusieurs magasins et restaurants étaient à distance de marche. Nous avons adoré l’espace extérieur et avons passé un très bon moment. On se sentait comme à la maison.

Carmen and her team were so responsive to my questions at the beginning of our villa search which really made her stand out. the villa was exactly as described if not better it had all amenities and some great local information shared by Carmen. You 100% need a car here but they make that clear and we always have a car. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a regular pool clean and also house and linen change. All bedrooms have AC and then fans throughout the main communial areas. we found it be to very hot in the evenings and struggled to use these areas. but I guess everyone's tolerances to heat is different. check out was straight forward and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again should be return to Mexico. thanks again!

Es una excelente Casa y Ubicación, se requiere auto para poder trasladarse, pero muy cerca de Aeropuerto, Zona Hotelera y Restaurantes. Así como súper mercados y plazas. Algún puntos de mejora pero menores

Fantastic house and facilities, very friendly and accommodating

It was a great stay, both hosts are friendly and responsive. Mafer booked the airport van pickup and drop-off service for us, because we heard that uber service is not available from the airport and don’t want to deal with the too-friendly airport staff on our way out of the terminal. Mafer met us when we checked in, and provided all the information we needed for us to get around. We tried all the restaurants on the recommendation list and they were all good. The unit is right next to a beach access point, so we were able to take morning walk on the beach everyday. The unit is spacious, can comfortably sleep 4 adults. what can be improved: the furniture feels like a bit out of date, one shutter fell to the floor on the first day, Mafer immediately had it fixed; the dryer may need to have its filter cleaned, but we couldn’t find where the filter is located. Overall I love this place and will stay again.

Amazing house in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the Gulf. Bill and Laura were super responsive and everything was as advertised. Two great pools, plenty of space for 8, and beautiful views. We had an amazing time (as we always do) on Isla Mujeres. Definitely recommend this house as well as Bill and Laura as hosts.

The house is great. Two very nice bedrooms upstairs, both with ocean views and en suite, and a third bedroom off the living room downstairs. Everything is very comfortable. The garden in front of the house is beautiful. The pool was warm and nice to be in after a day at the beach. I think the best house I've stayed in in Isla. Would love to come back.

This place is great for large groups. It's spacious and private. Restaurants and Stores are literally at the corner. Only issue we had was the jets on pool (jacuzzi) wasn't working. I'd definitely book this place again.

une villa dans un cadre vraiment magnifique, la terrasse, le jardin la piscine, tout correspond à la description, a cela ,on rajoute la gentillesse de la population locale et vous avez tous les éléments pour passer un séjour inoubliable... n'oubliez pas le caddie de golf pour les déplacements sur l'île, le meilleur moyen de découvrir tous les recoins de ce paradis. We had an incredible stay! What makes the villa so great is that its private and peaceful. You have all the benefits of being in the hotel zone (on the south end), but without a sea of people. The pool was not crowded. The beach was right there. The views were incredible. It was inexpensive and efficient to take Ubers wherever you want to go. Navios is by far the best restaurant in the area and its a very short walk from the villa. Highly, highly recommend. This was one of the best airbnb’s I’ve stayed in with my family of 5.

Had a fantastic stay. Every bedroom had their own bathroom. The pool and beach access was perfect, addition of the paddle board and kayak was fantastic. We got the chef services and not having to worry about cooking our food or doing the dishes was invaluable (makes coming home even more difficult). Nico was incredibly responsive and beyond helpful. Most responsive Airbnb host I've ever encountered Beach is far enough away from the core that it felt private but it was a quick walk along the beach or walking path to get into the mix or to the ferry for Isla Mujueres if you wanted to

I stayed here with my boyfriend and best friends for my birthday trip and we had so much fun!! I believe the main host was on a trip so she had another nice lady communicate with me and she was very responsive. She let us check in early and was there waiting for us to give us a tour. There were a few cockroaches around the house but they were somehow already dead. We also had one of the toilets overflow with water but again- she was very responsive and came in as soon as she could to resolve the issue. Other than that, area was very peaceful- the house was so nice and clean when we arrived. The community pool was so beautiful with a nice view. There was a GoMart and other restaurants that were a 8-10 minute walk. Definitely recommend!!

Amazing place with a beautiful view. Great location

Contrary to the last review, the condo did not feel dirty or dusty. The window tints are darker, but this is likely to prevent the sun facing condo from becoming hot during the day. Also, the owner has added a new ceiling tile, which is why it looks a bit different from the pictures. Otherwise, the condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our group of 5 people. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishware, and cutlery. The check-in process went smoothly, and the owner was very responsive to a couple questions we had during our stay. If you’ve done your research about the area, you should be fine. Remember, this condo complex was built in the mid 1980s and shows its age, so you can’t expect 5-star luxury amenities. The pool areas were great, and the condo complex staff were friendly. You’re literally right on the beach, and there are also several restaurants, shops, and a grocery store adjacent to the complex.

Great Location, would definitely stay again. Very responsive host who sorted out all of our transfers to and from the airport and to Xel Ha too.

Arturo was a great host and very responsive and helpful for any questions that we had. The location is good being right in the hotel zone close to many resorts. The bus was a good way to get around from this location. The pool was also closest to this apt which was great. One room is accessible through another room which you cannot tell in photos but was fine for us.

This home was even better than what the pictures show! Very aesthetically pleasing & the host had great communication during the entire stay. Very clean home. Only downfall is that it is about a 15 minute drive away from the hotel zone etc. So as long as you prepare for your transportation in advance you should be just fine. I would definitely stay here again :)
