Maria's place was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, the place was well stocked and super clean, and the views are fantastic and get better and better the higher you go in the townhome (6 floors). As others have stated, there are a lot of stairs, but they are worth the effort. There's also an elevator if you prefer that route. Host was very responsive with minor questions during the stay, I would definitely stay here again.

cozy apartment with great location. You can hear the sound of the waves and enjoy your coffee with a view. Only having some basic amenities would make this an even better experience.

The apartment has an excellent location and A/C, walking distance to the beach & ideal place for tranquility. The apartment complex is private and close to a nearby hotel for restaurants & rental of golf carts. The host provided plenty information, extra goodies & amazed us with all the information provided related to vet care, etc as we had brought our dog with us!

This was the third time my wife and I stayed at Blanca’s Surfside villa. We brought our little dog again and she loves it as much as we do. The view is breathtaking, Blanca is such an attentive and gracious host. She makes you feel right at home. She provides everything you can possibly think of and more. It truly is a home away from home experience. We will definitely be staying again. Leaving is the hardest part.

20 steps from the back porch to the sand! This is the closest we've been able to get to the ocean with a ground floor unit in 5 trips to PR. Floorplan is funky with doors between bathrooms and no door from MBR to bath, but that's on the architect, and not a deal breaker considering the proximity to the beach. Dual units worked well with my husband and 3 kids in 1 unit and my inlaws in the other. Was great to have washer, dryer and oven. Bonus was the shampoo, laundry detergent, beach towels, sand toys, and chairs provided. Pool was maybe a 3 min walk away and was in good condition with nice lounge chairs, clean bathrooms and hose to wash off sand. Note, this unit is the access to the beach for the entire complex so we had people walking in the lawn each day, so privacy was a little limited. Access to the Palmas Beach Club with slides was big reason we picked here- $20pp but kids loved it for a day - only avail. M-Th which would have been nice to know beforehand. Would stay here again

Excelente lugar para tomar un tiempo en familia, con facilidades para niños y “pet friendly”. La seguridad del complejo esta muy bien organizada y son muy amables. Rita responde rápido y su “estudio” muy acogedor, limpio y tiene todo lo básico que necesitas. Definitivamente mi familia y yo, volvemos.

The house was beautiful, and the location was perfect. The beach was a quick walk away with stunning sunsets,no turtle sightings this time, but maybe next visit! The WiFi was solid for remote work for two, and we loved the hidden path leading to a plaza with great restaurants and shops. The bed was super comfy!Honestly, the best place to be a beach bum in luxury. We’ll definitely be back!

Place was just like the pictures. Very private complex and beach was beautiful and there is a-lot to do here. Would recommend to stay here.

The condo was beautiful for our 2 families! The resort was lovely to walk around and rent a golf cart to explore and go to restaurants. Phil made it super easy to rent a golf cart and the condo had all the necessities for a comfy stay. Our 2 families of kids loved the layout of the bunk bed room, and I really appreciated the other 2 bedrooms had king size beds. The layout of the condo was great for all of us to connect and have space to cook and eat. The condo was located right on the beach and near 3 pools! Phil also had all the amenities for the beach. We enjoyed leisurely days swimming, walking, and going out to eat around the resort. To plan-Many of the resort activities (beach club with the waterslides that is located within walking distance and the tennis courts) are an extra fee and available Monday-Thursday for guests. We truly appreciated the ability to relax, connect, and play out in the sun all day. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

Nicole's place was perfect for our family getaway. Spacious, clean, very well equipped and the surroundings looked very nice. We felt at home right away. The pool and the beach just steps away was very convenient. We would love to go back. Thanks again Nicole!

Xavier's place was great. Beach and pool are conveniently located near the property. Beach chairs provided by the apartment complex was a nice surprise.

Great spot on a great Place

where do I start. this condo was amazing. we had come to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday at Playa del Mar. Everyone in the family could not believe how fabulous this place was. Once I told them what I paid for 7 days they were shocked. This was very fair price rental. I had my family stay in other condos in Playa del Mar and they said our place was so much nicer and spacious then there Airbnb rentals. This place has options to be rented as 1 bedroom. Friends say they would come back and rent here do to how amazing it was. they security at gate was so nice and helpful. steps aways from the pool and hot tub there it's open til 1pm. nature sounds when on the balcony and beautiful birds to see while sitting outside in mornings on balcony with some coffee. I was happy that family really wanted to come visit our place and loved it. I had to forward this Airbnb to family and friend that were asking. Family members loved the golf course and golf cart rental to get around.

The place was impeccably clean, very well organized and practical in every way. Plus, its excellent location makes it even more convenient.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Cynthia's place in Palmas del Mar! The property has incredible views and is well-situated for easy access to multiple beaches (all of which were gorgeous and minimally crowded). Palmas del Mar is a lovely private neighborhood, and Cynthia was very helpful in recommending places to eat/shop during our trip. The house was stocked with entertainment, kitchen supplies, and beach accessories. Cynthia was incredibly accommodating, hospitable, and provided excellent communication which made every step of our visit seamless. Our family hated to leave after a week and would be quick to return to this property should we visit Puerto Rico again! Thank you, Cynthia!

Cristina’s place was amazing. We were there for several days and will definitely will be staying there again on our next visit to Puerto Rico. Both the pool and the beach were very nice and clean. It felt safe with two security check-points. Cristina was amazing with getting back to us timely when we had any questions. Cristina’s place was exactly what we needed.

Perfect location and views. Near to beach, pool, and golf camp. Great place to rest and have a peacefully time. My family will definitely return to this lovely place.

Stay was what we expected. There are 2 different gates you have to go through because it is at the far end of the complex. Host was very nice and responsive.

Hiram's Villa is excellent, beautiful, very clean, organized, steps from the pool and the beach, with everything you need to spend a first class vacation. The area is very safe, with 24 hour security, and very quiet, allowing you to relax and enjoy to the fullest. Hiram is an excellent host. He contacted us days before we arrived and was kind enough to leave us water, coffee and other things. He was always available, he is a great person, very friendly and helpful. We definitely hope to have the opportunity to return to this beautiful villa. We congratulate Hiram for a first class service. We recommend him 100%.

OMG where do I start! This place will definitely did not disappoint! The view is amazing my fiancé and I loved the fact that you can hear the ocean it was very soothing at night. The place definitely looks just like the pictures only downside was, there was no beach equipment besides towels. It was our first time in Puerto Rico and everyone from security at the gates to the locals in town were super friendly and offered suggestion on different places to visit. Overall, it was a great experience and the staff at Surfside were very prompt and attentive. We loved the place so much that we are already planning our next trip for later on this year!
