Great location, great amenities and a great place to stay. Arriving was confusing but a quick call with easy directions allowed me to check in easily.

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

A very nice and cozy place to stay while on vacation. Lots of amenities throughout the house and in a very private and peaceful neighborhood. Very modern and clean house with very easy check in and check out. Maribel was very responsive and helpful if we had any questions or concerns. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Ramon was wonderful- he even let us check in early. His place is one of the best in the neighborhood. The gate made us feel safe. We rented this house because it was stunning and we had our elderly grandmother (age 91) and 4 kids - ages 7 to 18. 8 people total. The house is spacious and accessible (one story). We needed something to keep them all entertained. The beach was a 2 min walk and an easy peaceful gorgeous FREE NEARBY adventure. The pool is incredible and mangoes were growing from the tree. Grilling outside was awesome . The air conditioners were lovely and everything was perfect!! We had trouble finding a good local spot for a specific Puerto Rican food “alcapurrias” and Ramon got us to the perfect spot ! There’s also a nature reserve in walking distance where you can kayak and explore. Great value for the price. We were able to drive into the city for some jet- snorkeling and a beach tour- had such a blast! Thanks Ramon!

Fantastic stay with everything we needed! We weren’t really there a lot, but it was a great home base to go on many adventures. One thing to note is there are a lot of roosters that are natural alarm clocks 🐓

We had such a wonderful stay. It was a little tricky to find, especially at 230am, but Isaac was very helpful. The best surprise was the beach. If you love secluded beaches then you will fall in love. It is pretty much across the street. It was very cool to check out the old water park. Made for some pretty cool pictures. Cute backyard, complete with some rogue pomegranates. Friendly neighbor dogs and a pond to walk around. We would highly recommend.

El lugar es ESPECTACULAR…cómodo y con todas las facilidades … María fue una anfitriona EXCELENTE… la comunicación y el trato…. El lugar fue utilizado para asistir a una boda y como familia nos sentimos en nuestra casa…. Definitivamente es un lugar que se puede volver a visitar… 100% recomendable

#553 at the Marbella in Palmas Del Mar is magical! Family of 5 from Virginia enjoyed 6 days. Big, beautiful condo with great views. Location was great- easy access to pool. Enjoyed nearby horseback riding and hiking El Hippie. Parking was included in garage in designated space. Kitchen that opened to outdoor dining space was perfect for private chef experience. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Don’t hesitate to book. 10/10!!

Great community, easy access. The place is nice and the community has everything you need. This is my second stay at this place and I enjoyed even more. It is a bit of drive from San Juan but so worth it. The host was very responsive and the place has everything you need to feel at home. 10/10!

Great place in a great community! we absolutely loved our stay! The house was very clean and well prepared for our arrival with lots of amenities from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies. Definitely worth the money and we are looking forward to booking again!

The location was great and accessible to other places we visited. Palmas Del Mar itself is huge and is great for biking and running. Lots of trails to hike as well. The property was decent, maybe some updates needed but overall was a pleasant stay.

A beautiful home that beyond met our expectations. We have stayed a number of times in Palmas Del Mar….nothing even came close to this property. We plan to rent again next March.

Desde que llegas a la casa , se siente no querer irse de ella, está super cómoda, los anfitriones tenían muchos artículos de uso personal a disposción, cada vez que contacte a Humberto para hacerle alguna pregunta siempre estuvo disponible,la casa sinceramente invita a quedarse en ella para siempre, es de esos lugares que apesar de que sabes que no son tuyos y debes irte y no encuentras como hacerlo,la vista al lago y las montañas, la comodidad, el aire frio de la naturaleza, el verdor de los árboles, y sobretodo la paz y tranquilidad que se siente la hace el lugar perfecto para querer ir una y mil veces😍😍

Our stay at Hacienda brisas del lago was a great getaway for the whole family. It is a big house, everything was very clean, the bathrooms and kitchen were very comfortable and spotless. We were able to use the kayaks, the lake and neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Even during the summer heat, there is plenty of wind which makes it a very nice temperature and at night we were able to use the jacuzzi. So grateful to Ada for renting us her place and her hospitality and prompt responses! Would definitely go back.

It was exactly what I wanted. My family had a great time. We have family nearby so it was a great location for us. We were at the pool during the days we wanted to stay in and relax. At night, we were 3 min away from amazing food and music. The scenery was beautiful. We will definitely be renting again!
