I've been using private homes in Philippines before, 3 or 4 times. This stay at Salome's place is by far the best. A beautiful home, clean, with all amenities you could ever wish for (tv, aircon, big living room, 2 large bedrooms, Netflix, patio, private beach with sitting area to watch the sunset, kitchen, yes even a house gekko! I cannot recommend this one too much. Only negative thing (if I must) is the lack of parking space but we managed fine anyway. It's near the road, so expect little noise on occasion, but as you close the door, all is gone and you can enjoy your stay there flawlessly with your family and/or friends. As the host, Salome was super friendly and warm, it might be because my wife is from the local area, but nevertheless Salome made sure we didn't lack anything and helped in all matters. 10/10 stay. If we ever go to Valencia, Bohol again, I won't choose elsewhere to spend my nights.

We had the most incredible stay at this stunning home on Bohol Island. Nestled in nature, it offered the perfect retreat to disconnect and fully enjoy life with all the comforts of 5-star treatment. The private sea access was a highlight—snorkeling right in front of the property was truly magical. The onsite team, led by the wonderful May and supported by the ever-helpful Dean, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Every moment of our vacation was pure bliss. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking tranquillity and adventure in paradise! 🌴✨

这所房子位于薄荷岛Loboc和Loay附近的山上，独占了一个小山头。房屋和泳池就被掩映在美丽的花园和椰子树中。能够俯瞰罗博河和大海。离Limpia Beach很近。景色非常优美。晚上还能看到星空和萤火虫。 室内装潢采用大量的石材和落地玻璃窗。优雅，又能将美景尽收眼底。家具多是藤制，木制，竹子的家具，非常具有东南亚风情。 厨房很大，可以一边看着美丽的椰子树一边做饭。厨具，调料齐全。冰箱，微波炉，烤箱，灶台都挺好用的。卫生间干净实用。 水电WiFi稳定。洗澡舒适。 房屋经理Laarni帮我们预订了接送机，并且帮我们租了车（费用单独付给租车公司），这样我们就免去了提车和还车的麻烦。给我们帮了大忙。 Laarni帮我们订了观海豚和帕米拉肯岛的跳岛游的包船（费用单独付给船长）。从Baclayon教堂前的港口出发，不用奔波到Alona海滩，省了很多时间。船长带我们在海上找了很久，真的拍到了海豚，非常负责。帕米拉肯岛的浮潜也很有趣。 每天我们都自己做饭。工作人员Jessa每天会把厨房收拾干净。其他的工作人员分工明确，把房间打理得干净整洁，泳池一天清理两次。 洗衣服是免费的，也给我们省了很多事。庄园面积很大，每天晚上会有专职保安整夜巡逻。让人感到非常安全。 我们玩了匹克球，游泳，试着爬了椰子树。光在房子里玩就很有意思了。简直不用外出了。听说未来还要在院子里增加SPA浴缸，和室外休闲用餐区。 Jessa热情友善，给我们介绍了很多当地的知识。我们还品尝了她哥哥亲手做的tuba酒，是薄荷岛本地特产。另外叫不上名字的工作人员还送给我们椰子糕。临行前Laarni送给我们附近可可种植园出产的可可作为伴手礼。 第一次来菲律宾旅游，本来还有些紧张，但是这里的工作人员的友善打消了我们所有的顾虑。让我们度过了非常享受的假期 我们用无人机拍了视频送给Laarni。希望他们能够把airbnb的宣传资料再丰富一下。迎来更多的客人。

Beautiful place! Caretakers- Alma & Richard were very helpful with everything we may need. The whole property was well taken care of by them. Marvin, owner- very responsive with any questions. Our stay was wonderful! The house we stayed in was clean when we arrived. Only recommendation is to please have an AC in the living room. Both ceiling fan and big fan were not enough to keep us cool while we were in the kitchen/living room especially during day time. Cannot wait to stay at this property again! Blessings to you!

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Bitoon Resthouse. I could write an entire essay of how great it was. The place is so peaceful and relaxing. Caretakers sir Nilo and ma'am Loraine made me feel right at home upon arrival. They were so proactive whenever I had a favor to ask. They are both ever so present if necessary and yet so discreet and respectful of the need for privacy. The beach located a few steps from the house remains raw. When the tide is low I could take a walk along the receded coastline which is teaming with life and bedecked with beautiful shells that one can no longer find in other more developed beaches. Perched on the sea wall as I waited for sunrise, I saw a tiny bump of what I believe to be a whaleshark breaking the surface. I'm not a pool person so I can't say how it is. But I can say, the pool is cleaned, filled in, filtered and maintained by sir Nilo at least twice a day. Actually, the entire place is clean and spotless. All amenities are in working condition

This was our first visit to Anda, Bohol, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Niel and Wilbert were incredibly accommodating and made our trip even more memorable. They guided us on all the must-visit spots in the area, which really helped us make the most of our vacation. The property itself was spotless, from our room to the kitchen, which made us feel right at home. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be staying at Niel’s place again the next time we visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place in Anda!

Ich glaube ich hatte noch nie eine so positive Erfahrung bei Airbnb, wie diese. Die kleine Villa von Maria liegt einfach nur traumhaft direkt am Meer. Wir waren jeden Tag an unserem Privatstrand schnorcheln und haben den absolut paradiesischen Garten genossen. Das Haus selber ist fantastisch eingerichtet und enthält alles was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Maria ist die herzlichste Gastgeberin, die man sich wünschen kann. Von Anfang an haben wir uns wie zu hause gefühlt. Egal, ob Tipps zu Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung oder das Ausleihen von Schnorchel Ausrüstung, Maria war immer direkt zur Stelle. Hinzu kommt die absolut bezaubernde Haushälterin Arlyn, die uns ein unfassbar leckeres Dinner zubereitet hat. Wir haben die drei Tage in Marias Unterkunft in jeglicher Hinsicht genossen und wären am liebsten gar nicht mehr abgereist. Wir können jedem, der in der Region um Anda Urlaub macht, nur wärmstens ans Herz legen, sich Marias Paradies als Unterkunft auszuwählen.

This is a hidden gem, the location is right at the Anda turn off and you can spend your evenings watching the sunset from the huge balcony. The home is really well laid out and the bedrooms have good AC’s. The location is really probably better than a resort in Anda because you have shops and restaurants nearby. The locals are really kindhearted and friendly. The thing is, this rental is worth more than you pay, I hesitate saying this because I want to book it again and don’t want the price to increase, but in reality it probably should. The care taker is a wonderful gentleman who speaks English very well and can give you advice on anything you could possibly want to know about the area. I’ve stayed in the Anda area quite a few times and from now on this will be my first choice when I start looking in the area. Seriously, if you get a chance to book this rental take it, you will be very happy there.

En fantastisk skøn oase ud til den dejligste strand. Vi var 8 mennesker samlet over julen & Level havde den bedste service som sørgede for julemad til os & bestilte scootere. Af hjertet tak for alt den hjælp & hurtig respons. Det var over alle forventninger. Jeg ville elske at komme igen - tak 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 ‘Rock Resort’ som ligger lige oppe af vejen serverer skøn mad, det er en anbefaling. Især deres Persian Salad!! Og byen Jagna havde alt hvad man have behov for. Stort supermarked, 7/11, Mcd & skønne lokale markeder med frugt, æg m.m
