Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die super erreichbar war. Sehr liebevolles Frühstück - können wir nur empfehlen. Koffer konnten wir stehen lassen. Alles war sehr einfach und Antonella war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Handtücher und Duschsachen ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Venedig aber der Bahnhof und die Innenstadt ist super fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen bei Antonella zu übernachten.

Très beau logement! Béatrice est très réactive, très gentille. Le logement est à proximité d’une arrêt de vaporetto très pratique. Nous sommes au calme loin du bruit de la ville! Rien à dire! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour!

It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

Paola è una host perfetta e super disponibile. Ci siamo trovate benissimo e la casa era confortevole e pulita. Avevamo paura di aver freddo e invece la casa, nonostante sia grande, è ben regolata e calda. Tutte le stanze erano pulite e avevamo tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole. Torneremo sicuramente se ci troveremo in queste zone di nuovo.

Ho alloggiato 3 notti con i miei genitori, mi sono sentita come a casa. Il check-in flessibilissimo, Paola ci ha aspettato. L'ambiente pulito e accogliente, sia la camera che tutti gli spazi in comune. Nulla da dire. Colazione perfetta, azzarderei veramente come a casa, torte yogurt, latte e caffè, tutto squisito e ordinato. Grazie ancora a Paola e sua sorella, alla prossima.

La estancia fue amena, con las indicaciones de Anna el moverme desde el aeropuerto de Marco Polo a Lido o Venecia se facilito mucho, fue un ángel, era la primera vez que viajaba a Venecia y gracias a ella me llevo recuerdos bonitos y una experiencia para repetir, espero volver

Nicholas was a wonderful host! The home was very clean and warm. Right by the water so wonderful views of the small canals in the morning. The directions on maps were not accurate but Nicholas included further instructions as a part of our check in which was very helpful!

Esperienza eccezionale! La casa è perfettamente curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusa colazione e beni di prima necessità. Oltre a godere di tranquillità e pace assoluta la posizione della casa permette di raggiungere facilmente Venezia e Padova in auto. Sara è stata incredibilmente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.

En premier, parlons de l'appartement lui-même : *La situation centrale est excellente, à 5 minutes à pied du pont et du marché du Rialto et 15 minutes de la place St Marc. Nombreux commerces sont présents et une superette ouverte jusqu'à 21h se trouve à 2 minutes. *L'appartement très confortable, très propre et bien équipé, correspond à la description de Diana. Maintenant l'hôte: *Diana est une personne adorable et nous a donné pleins de précieux conseils pour notre séjour. Adriano was an incredible host from the minute we booked until the minute we said goodbye to Venice. He was extremely kind, responsive, and provided lots of tips and recommendations for our first time in Venice. The space was perfect for two, and we loved that we were in a quieter part of Venice but still had lots to do. Plus, he stocks the pantries and fridge with snacks and other things which was such a kind detail. We wish we could’ve stayed longer but will definitely be back! Ernesto’s place was perfect for our 1 week stay. Away from the crowds, on a quiet, tree-lined street facing a canal, easily walkable, and very close to a vaporetto stop. His kitchen is the best stocked in any Airbnb we’ve stayed at recently. He was charming and friendly. We would definitely recommend this little gem of a place. Thank you Ernesto!

Andrea was very informative and responsive. We were met at the pier and escorted to the apartment, which made finding it very easy. The apartment was very clean. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment was very close to everything! We were comfortably able to walk to most attractions, restaurants, etc. We would stay here again and highly recommend Andrea’s apartment!!!

Logement très bien situé à Venise, propre et fonctionnel. tres bon rapport qualité/prix. Quartier calme avec des commerces à proximité. L'arrivée depuis la gare de Santa Lucia se fait très facilement en vaporetto et Marilia a été très précise sur les instructions pour trouver le logement Très bonne communication avec Marilia depuis le début de la réservation qui a été très arrangeante à tout point de vue. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Guido, on s’y sent très bien, la literie était top, la pression de la douche impeccable, la décoration est pensée avec goût et l’appartement est très fonctionnel, c’est un pied à terre parfait, le soir on a pu se détendre devant la télé avec Netflix. Les commerces sont à proximité, la rue est calme. Merci d’avoir mis à disposition du bon café, la bouteille dans le frigo et le petit déjeuner de bienvenue dans la pâtisserie voisine. Le trajet depuis l’ARSENALE est rapide pour accéder à la location. C’était mieux pour nous d’avoir des petites valises pour monter les étages. Après, les escaliers nous ont permis, en plus des balades de la journée, de faire de l’exercice et de nous muscler 😀

Diğer Airbnb kullanıcıları bu konaklamayı "en iyi konaklamamdı" olarak değerlendirdiğinde gerçekten bu kadar iyisi olacağını beklememiştik. Ben ve 2 kız arkadaşım endişelerimizle bu yolculuğa çıksak da Mauro kesinlikle hayatınızda karşılaşabileceğiniz en tatlı, yardımsever, titiz, anlayışlı, cömert ve dost canlısı insan. Bu bizim kesinlikle en iyi konaklamamızdı. Kendi evimde hissettim. Her yer çok temizdi. Sabah kahvaltıları mükemmeldi ve doyurucuydu. Mauro her sabah bize kahve bile demledi. Bizim rota oluşturmamıza yardım etti ve kendi elleriyle ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi bulabileceğiniz dosyalar hazırlamıştı. Venedik merkezine ulaşım çok kolay ve hızlıydı. Kesinlikle deneyimlemeniz gereken ve asla memnuniyetsiz kalmayacağınız bir yer ve ev sahibi! Tekrar geleceğim...

L’appartement d’Antonio est très agréable et joliment meublé. Dans un quartier animé mais très calme car donnant sur une cour.

I was not expecting such a warm-hearted, frindly host. Thanks to her a lot, a lot for making me to feel as if i'm staying at my own house. She was always having perfect recommendations for travel, for reaching somewhere, for organising the day/time. Her house was so comfortable and it was amazing for me to listen the birds singing when i open the window in the mornings. On web it was written "she replies in 3 hours" but it was always more fast to get reply from her with alternative suggestions. If anyone wants to rent never have any doubt and don't loose time just go ahead. Thanks again Anna. Hope to stay again and wish to see you in Istanbul :)

Es war alles fein und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Lage der Unterkunft (wenn man zur biennale will) ist top!

Wunderschönes Airbnb, in bester zentraler Lage und sehr zuvorkommendem Gastgeber. Wir wurden am ersten Tag persönlich von Alessandro an einem Treffepunkt abgeholt, er begrüßte uns freundlich und erzählte uns dann etwas über die Besten Sehenswürdigkeiten und allgemeine Tipps und Tricks rund um Venedig. Das Zimmer inklusive Whirlpool war sehr sauber, es wird täglich gereinigt und aufgefüllt. Der Whirlpool war wirklich sehr angenehm, nachdem man den ganzen Tag unterwegs war. Was uns ehrlicherweise etwas zu knapp war, war das Frühstück. Den Bewertungen entnahmen wir, dass es damals eigentlich morgens Frische Croissants oder Baguette aufs Zimmer geben soll. Dem war nicht so, wir bekamen immer schon am Vortag ein Körbchen mit ein paar Mini Zwieback, süßem Aufstrich, Obst, Keksen und 4 Mini Muffins. Joghurt und Saft aus dem Kühlschrank. Es war süß gemacht,aber für zwei Personen zu knapp. Haben uns dann immer morgens ein frisches Baguette für 2€ gekauft vom Bäcker um die Ecke.
