Had a wonderful stay in this very special apartment. The location is absolutely fabulous and an extremely welcoming host. Lovely to have been met at the boat stop and shown way to the flat. We were given very helpful directions on how best to get from the airport which was great as we arrived very late. Brilliant!

Clean, well maintained, and a good amount of space for 2 people! Many interesting pieces im the apartment and you can tell attention was paid to the details. The couch and bed are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. From pictures, we thought the glass staircase would be part of our apartment, but the steps actually lead to another airbnb upstairs. It is a shared entrance but did not cause us any issues. Would recommend this stay!

Marc and Elizabeth’s space is spacious and beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms are tidy and well equipped, and the beds are comfortable for sure, but the inspiring design is what should compel you to book. All the details make it feel very special from the terrazzo floors, to the textiles, to the thoughtful lighting. My teenaged sons will forever remember lounging in that gorgeous living room, playing chess while Gilberto Gil and John Coltrane play softly on CD in the background. Cannaregio is a perfect place to stay — away from the most crowded areas but still accessible to everything . For reference, we were able to walk to the Maritime museum on the opposite side of Venice in 30 minutes. Elizabeth was kind and her dining recommendations were spot on.

Amazing place, got everything you need, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, spotless clean. Apartment is in a very nice area, it was not noisy at all at night and the view from the balcony is breathtaking! Patrizia was an incredible host: she met us for the check in and guided us through every important detail of the place, provided recommendations for great restaurants nearby and let us leave our luggage on the checkout day until late in the evening. Can’t recommend it enough! Venice was an amazing experience all round and this apartment was one of the best parts of it!

We enjoyed our stay at Elena’s apartment! There are lots of reviews describing how good the apartment is so my review will focus on how family friendly it was. Traveling at the end of February with a toddler can be really challenging so it wasn’t that much thanks to the comfort the apartment offers. There was heating system so the temperature was perfect as well as the hot water. We were provided with baby crib, blankets and pillows as well as a comfortable baby chair. The apartment was very clean so we felt comfortable to use the provided baby accessories. The apartment is technically on the 2nd floor but there was enough space and privacy to leave the stroller at the first floor. The location is central but very silent, you’ll be surprised by how dark the nights are here. In conclusion I definitely recommend this property for family stays.

Un logement et une hôte exceptionnels ! Nous avons tout simplement adoré cet appartement chaleureux, confortable et extrêmement bien équipé et aménagé : il y avait absolument tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Il est situé dans le superbe quartier de Dorsoduro, entouré d’excellents restaurants et boulangeries, de différents magasins d’alimentation, à distance raisonnable de la place Saint-Marc et très proche de Piazzale Roma d’où démarrent tous les vaporetti. Aglaia s’est montrée très disponible et accueillante avant et pendant notre séjour. Merci pour tout !

整体来说，威尼斯主岛的民宿预期不要太高，我看了很多民宿，都有很多评论是说霉味比较重，我们带一个3岁的小朋友，卫生安全是最重要的，这个房子很干净卫生，没有霉味，且距离哪里都很近，交通方便，房东回复信息及时，沟通顺畅。唯一几个入住期间觉得有一些困扰的点是：暖气无法一直按照设定的温度工作，夜里比较冷。灶台是电磁炉的，但是配的大部分的锅无法使用，只能用一个锅，一开始我们以为是灶台的问题，一直不停的闪和熄灭，后面发现是锅无法使用，导致做饭效率比较低。整体来说还是一个不错的入住体验。Overall, accommodations on Venice’s main island can be hit or miss, with many reviews mentioning musty smells. However, this place was a pleasant surprise—very clean, no musty odor, and in a fantastic location with easy access to everything. The host was responsive, and communication was smooth, making our stay comfortable. A couple of minor inconveniences: 1. The heating didn’t always maintain the set temperature, so it got a bit chilly at night. 2. The induction stove only worked with one pot, which made cooking a bit frustrating at first. That said, these were small issues, and overall, we had a great stay!

We were greeted right away and checked in personally. We felt right at home and the process was very easy and effortless. The place was bigger than expected and can easily accommodate a whole family. It felt very cozy and the location was perfect. The view is truly amazing, seeing the canal from your bedroom window was very nice. Highly recommend going to the pizzeria/restaurant that’s just a 3 min walk from the apartment. Overall highly recommend this very romantic and cozy stay in Murano.

Ce logement est une pépite à Venise et en Italie en général. Spacieux, extrêmement bien placé pour visiter la ville à pied, à l’écart de l’agitation. Vraiment tout était parfait, de l’accueil aux conseils, en passant par la propreté. Merci

Eine geräumige, ansprechende, freundliche Wohnung in schöner Umgebung, ruhig gelegen, etwas abseits vom Rummel in Venedig. Sauber, hübsch eingerichtet, mit Aussensitzplatz, den wir jedoch leider wegen den kalten Temperaturen nicht nutzen konnten. Zuerst brauchte einen Moment um herauszufinden, mit welchem Boot man nach Murano Museum kommt, anschließend sind die Beschreibungen hilfreich. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder hier zu übernachten.

We had the most wonderful time. We got off to a great start - the communication and connection with Niccolo & Caterina, their consideration and flexibility, made us feel truly welcome and at home. And then ... the apartment is both immaculate and very comfortable, and has great natural light. And the location... this part of Dorsoduro is extraordinary. It has beautiful views - canals, glorious architecture and that light which you only get over water - but it also has soul, and friendliness. And no crowds (!), while being a short walk (20 minutes) from Piazza San Marco. During Carnevale. Not to mention astonishing value - just one example - three cafes within 100 metres charging 1.70 Euros or less for a pretty damn good cappuccino. The best of Venice with none of the downsides.

Das schöne Haus, der intime Garten, die Einrichtung der Räume, die Ausstattung der Küche, die freundlichen Nachbarn: Alles war darauf angelegt, sich schnell einzugewöhnen und rundum wohl zu fühlen. Besonders die Kombination von ruhiger Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Vaporetto-Station und einer Vielzahl an kleinen Fachgeschäften (jeweils für Fisch, Obst, Gemüse, Brot, Patisserie, Haushaltswaren …) ist enorm vorteilhaft und ausgesprochen angenehm für einen Aufenthalt in Venedig und auf seine eigene Art völlig unschlagbar. Wir waren oft in dieser Stadt und haben mit dieser Unterkunft unseren Lieblingsort entdeckt.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit superschöner Aussicht. Sauber und alles drin, was man braucht (wir haben allerdings nicht gekocht) Cannaregio ist ein tolles Viertel, von der Wohnung aus erreicht man alles gut zu Fuß, sehr nah am Bootsanleger zum Flughafen. Wir werden den Sound der Boote unter dem Fenster vermissen :) Giacomo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, hat immer sofort reagiert und hatte gute Tipps für uns. Danke dafür!

Marina et Federico sont très accueillants. Le logement était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée et il est très bien situé (à 1 minute de la rue Garibaldi qui proposent restaurants, primeurs, supermarché, 8 minutes à pieds de l'arrêt Arsenale pour le Vaporetto et environ 15-20 minutes de la place San Marco) tout en étant au calme. Les recommandations de Federico nous ont été très utiles durant notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner inclus est vraiment pratique. Merci beaucoup !

Le logement était identique aux photos et à la description de celui ci. L’appartement est propre, récent, beau, paisible, confortable tout en étant à proximité de beaucoup de choses. Le nécessaire y était présent. Mirko quand à lui est réactif et disponible! Nous le recommandons avec grand plaisir!

El apartamento es muy amplio, cómodo y estaba muy limpio. Tiene una ubicación perfecta para visitar Venecia, muy cerca del puente Rialto. Además la zona tiene mucha restauración y tiendas pero a la vez es tranquila y no se oyen ruidos. Elena nos ayudó en todo y nos respondía con mucha rapidez. Desde indicaciones para llegar al apartamento, como flexibilidad de entrada, guardar las maletas para la salida, recomendaciones de restaurantes, transporte desde el aeropuerto, etc. Es una opción perfecta para visitar Venecia y lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda.

Bu evden ayrılmak istemedik! Harika bir tatildi. Evin inanılmaz güzellikteki manzarasına hayran olduk. Terası ve geniş pencereleri ile Venedik’i gerçekten evin içerisinden yaşadık. Evin konumu da şehrin tadını çıkarmak için doğru bir seçim. Ev sahibimizin organize ettiği özel transfer bizi havalimanından aldı ve evimize getirdi, dönüş günümüzde bunu tekrar kullandık ve çok rahat ettik, yorulmadık. Bunu ayarladıkları için de ev sahiplerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Ev sahibimiz Pietro bizi karşıladı çok kibar ve yardımseverdi, şahane zevkli dekore edilmiş evini gezdirdi, her şeyi tek tek anlattı. Aile apartmanı olması ve konumu itibariyle kendinizi her zaman güvende hissedebilirsiniz. Evin içinde sizin için her şey düşünülmüş, olumsuz tek bir şey söyleyemem. Kesinlikle bu eve geri dönmek isterdik. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle güzel Venedik!

The apartment is perfect, especially the big balcony with a view to the pool. There was everything needed for the family, all needed kitchen devices. Markus was very friendly and communicative, any questions were answered almost immediatelly. The position of the apartment is very good, about 5 minutes walking from the beach, but still in the quiet area.
