This is a beautiful let to stay at, The pool is magnificent and the house is top class. Loads of hidden features all around and a ginormous TV! Great hosts & Lovely plot & local area. Highly recommend Bears Paw for food just 5 mins away. Thank you, We would love to come back

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse - the postcode took us to the farm, but the cottages were close by and easy to find. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and there was plenty of space for 10. The kids loved the swimming pool and football field. Highly recommended.

A lovely set up and stay for the price, however it should be made more clear that the pool isn’t in the house and is in a shared complex. I think this is a fairer approach, I only found out the pool was in a shared area when I went for a pre arrival visit.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The space is great and as an extra bonus, you get to use a heated pool and brilliant games room. We went early Jan and there was loads of snow, as well as pretty cold temperatures, but the house warmed up very quickly and we were always more than comfortable. The property is close enough to Bakewell for a short drive or taxi ride, should you want to venture into town. We're thinking about going back in the summer.

Me & my friends had a great weekend here. The facilities were excellent (the indoor swimming pool, pool table, darts board, table tennis, cinema room and outdoor space) and enabled us to have a very fun weekend with multiple activities without having to leave the home. Additionally Gary was an excellent host, responding swiftly to any questions and queries we had. Would recommend to anybody considering.

We had a 3 night stay at the paddock lodge, on arrival we were greeted by Sara & were instantly made to feel welcome. The accommodation was amazing cosy & just what we were looking for everything was clean & perfect for us looking to be self catering. Beautiful surroundings to walk & sit on the patio watching the horse & chickens. I would definitely like to go back & stay again & highly recommend this accommodation thank you Sara & Phil.

great cottage in a fantastic location with Carsington Water in walking distance and a lovely country pub too! Cottage had everything we could have asked for and our host was really helpful when we needed them. Highly recommend :)

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

Donna place is even better than photos , it was warm and spotlessly clean as soon as I walked in . It was also really quiet i heard no noise at all, the bedding and towels spotlessly clean and smelt lovely, kitchen had everything you needed to use make food , own parking spot around the side really easy to find and clear instructions for access and area thank you for having us

We booked the house for a family weekend visiting in Derby. Great central location. Fantastic house with high ceilings and original period architecture, tastefully decorated. Loads of space to relax in and was a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay at Vicky's place. A cute little cottage with everything you need to make you feel comfortable and welcomed with all the amenities you need - The bed was super comfy!! Vicky was an incredible host, who couldn't have been more accommodating and responsive during our communication, we even got to meet her upon departing. Our stay was absolutely incredible! The property was breathtaking, with stunning views that we could admire for hours. Every detail had been carefully considered the house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras that made our stay feel truly special. The Bluetooth speakers were already set up in both the house and the bar/games room, creating an instant, cozy atmosphere the moment we arrived. Richard gave us a warm welcome, greeting us upon arrival and walking us through everything we needed to know. Sophie was fantastic always available to answer any questions and offering plenty of great recommendations for nearby shops and restaurants. They were truly fabulous hosts! We would love to stay here again in the future. ❤️

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

We had a great stay at Benjamin’s house. Comfortably accommodated 7 adults and 4 children. Benjamin’s communication was excellent throughout. The house is lovely and the photos don’t do justice to the amount of space. Very well equipped. Bakewell town centre is under 5 minutes walk away. Playground and pub also very close. Located on a quiet cul de sac with enough space on the drive for three cars. Would highly recommend.

Home from home. Ideal base for the Midlands. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful private garden. We highly recommend staying there.

Marie-Reine is a very friendly and responsive host. The home was a pleasant stay and had everything we needed. The area was also quiet and the house has its own driveway. Perfect.

Lovely home , only item I was missing was a ironing board The property was brand new so I appreciate some household items are probably not going to be available Would definitely recommend Samuel as a host I’ve stayed in other properties of Samuel all of which are of high quality
