Great spot! Very comfortable unit and nice area.

The rental was very cozy and perfect for a quiet getaway with our dogs. We loved the entire space. The beach access was so close and very easy to use. Having a fenced yard for our dogs was such a great amenity. We will definitely keep this in our list of favorite places to stay.

Our stay was so relaxing and the view was exceptional. We saw 20+ blue heron feeding in the bay! There were lots of other birds too. Allison and Forrest met us when we arrived to meet our doggie and us. They were very respectful to give us our privacy while we stayed downstairs. They were also quick to respond if we needed anything. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We will come back for more visits! Thankyou.

We loved our stay here. What an amazing home, beautiful surroundings and so peaceful. We enjoyed the deer and quail visits, and happened to be there during a meteor shower and Northern lights. Couldn't have asked for a better location to enjoy the show. The town of Willamina is nearby and has some cute antique shops. The beach is only 45 mins away. This home is spacious, comfortable (10 ft ceilings, walk in shower, open floor plan), dog-friendly and has everything you need. Suzan is a wonderful host, very helpful if any questions arise.

Awesome little stay in Netarts at the Surf Inn! Reasonably priced and great for a stopover on your way up 101. Hit the Tillamook Creamery and the beach in Oceanside (Current Cafe and Lounge in Oceanside has awesome breakfast burritos). Would definitely stay again!

We love this Airbnb so much that this was our second time staying here! We loved being able to walk to the beach, we enjoyed the open layout kitchen/dining/living room which made it so fun to hangout and cook meals together, the beds are so comfy, the hot tub and sauna were used multiple times to warm up after a day of getting soaked at the beach and we enjoyed eating at Wanda’s for breakfast each morning. We hope to come back again next year, this is the best spot to stay in Rockaway Beach!

We needed a place to stay in an emergency and Karen helped us out-- on Christmas Day! Beautiful house in a quiet community with both beach and forest views.

Deb was an excellent communicator and prepared us with all of the information we needed to check in. Unfortunately the property we were to stay at had a last minute plumbing issue that was completely unexpected. Deb called us right away to let us know the situation and gave us the option to cancel. At that point we'd already come down a day early so were willing to wait to see if the plumbing issue could be resolved before we were to check in. The plumber was unable to fix the problem in time and Deb did her best to provide us with other options for a place to stay that night, but ultimately we decided to cancel. She was very gracious about our decision and we received a full refund. We gave her 5 star ratings for her excellent customer service. We did not actually stay in the home.

Fantastic well appointed house with great amenities. Beth was great, only problem was the non-stop rain :) We still had a great time, we will be back!

This may have been the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in anywhere in the world. We held a long overdue family reunion and the layout of the kitchen, the counter tops, the counter seating, the large dinner table and the comfy living room area was fantastic for eating, talking and laughing! We got lucky with some sunny coastal weather and were able to eat outside on the private back deck surrounded by trees. We could walk to the beach whenever we wanted to and even build a fire in the fireplace in the evenings. Every drawer was labeled and stocked with all the right things. Comfortable beds. Large driveway to park several cars. Quiet at night. We chose the right place and all of us would highly recommend Martine's heavenly spot in Manzanita. Thank you Martine!

This home is the kind of home I want one day . The host created an amazing stay for my family. I stayed at another place because we had too many people after it was all said and done , but it was the greatest gift I could ever give. Home and host created a safe clean space for us to create memories I can take with me forever . Thank you

Our group had a wonderful stay! The home is exactly as pictured, and was perfect for our group of 9 (ages 30 - 60). The views throughout the home are incredible, and we could not stop talking about how the kitchen had everything we needed. From an espresso machine, to a griddle, to actually having dishes/cutlery to accommodate the amount of guests the home sleeps. While we visited in February, and thus did not spend much time outside, there were no signs of going stir crazy from our group because there was space to be together and apart, and everything felt so open. The heated floors were a pleasant surprise, and added a wonderful warmth to the modern space. We would love to stay again!

Had a wonderful escape to Oceanside! The unit was just as described with beautiful views of the ocean. It was a seedless checkin and checkout. I accidentally left behind a dog toy and Rebecca was so kind to check-in to see if I was aware of it. I have already recommended the spot to friends and will be back again in June!!! Thank you for helping it be the wonderful getaway that it was.

Got such an amazing view from unit 1! Perfect getaway and loved just being able to walk down stairs and you’re on the beach. Only thing is the parking might be a little bit of trouble because it’s tight but other than that it is a 10/10!!

We love the Resort at Seaside and staying in the penthouse suite was amazing!

My husband and I just enjoyed our honeymoon at Jamie’s place, and we had a wonderful time! The location and comfort of the place was excellent! Jamie was very helpful, responsive, and a wonderful host! We hope to come back in the future!

Beautiful views from their cozy and functional condo. Perfect spot for 2 couples or a small family like ours (2 small children). The property managers were kind and responsive. Would have liked a slightly earlier check-in and slightly later check-out time. 10am was tricky to eat, pack up, and clean with small kids. Price seems on par with comparable places. Overall a positive experience and stay!

Fun weekend stay! The beach is right there but not viewable inside the unit. It was a cozy stay, the bedrooms had heated floors and the kitchen worked well. Rebecca was responsive and allowed us an early check in which was appreciated. This unit is on the ground floor so be aware there’s a little noise from upstairs neighbors. The place was clean for a pet friendly stay. Rosanna’s cafe next door is a must try for breakfast!

We had a wonderful stay at Arcadia Cottage! From the moment we arrived, everything felt cozy and thoughtfully prepared. The location is perfect—just a short drive to the ocean, and the drive through the little forest as you approach the cottage adds such a magical touch. The cottage itself was spotless, with lovely welcome gifts that made us feel right at home. There was plenty of parking, and every detail seemed carefully considered. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We truly loved everything about this cottage! It’s a peaceful little haven that invites you to slow down and soak in the beauty of the moment—we wholeheartedly recommend it.
