Exactly as it looks on the tin vis a vis the photos are spot on. It is bigger than it looks which was ace Perfectly clean 2 mins from the promenade and close to the centre And super lovely welcome treats Definitely recommend

What a superb visit! Amazing property, spotlessly clean with every facility and feature you could imagine. The central location is ideal with so much on your doorstep. A friendly greeting and "tour" of the apartment upon arrival, and great communication from the hosts throughout. This will always be the first choice on my future visits to Broadstairs.

James place is beautifully decorated, once can see how much love has gone into the home. The park you can access through the backgarden is a big bonus and great in the summertime especially when you come with dogs! The only „negative“ is that the upstairs neighbours are quite loud especially in the mornings starting around 6:30 am. But otherwise can’t recommend enough, bathroom and the rest of the apartment were cleaned to perfection!

Lovely property & beautifully presented. A real pleasure to spend the weekend there. Everything ran smoothly with Nic from booking to checking out. Great location if you want to be away from the hustle & bustle but easy access to the more touristy places. Great walks directly from the property along the coast in each direction. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing, boutique-style stay 😊

A stunning sea view from this apartment. It was extremely quiet and had everything we needed. You can walk to a variety of cafes, restaurants, pubs, the high street and for absolutely miles along the beach. Don’t wonder whether this is the apartment for you, just book it and you won’t regret it! We will definitely return in the summer for another relaxing stay. Thank you x

This was our 2nd stay. The apartment was very comfortable, extremely well equipped, and spotlessly clean. It is spacious and light and airy. Sue is a very considerate host and has thought of everything in terms of equipping the apartment with lots of thoughtful extras. She was also very helpful in terms of access to the apartment. It is in a good location and easy to walk to shops, restaurants etc. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

This was such a special place to conclude our 3 wk honeymoon UK/Ireland venture.✨️ The soothing calm of the waves & such a peaceful abode, overall..absolutely heavenly. 💟🌊☮️ Kirsty was helpful to recommend restaurants upon request & also offered us an early 'check in' if we wished. We were actually even more grateful to have an additional hour at 'check out' to enjoy a beautiful walk along the ⛱️ beach within steps of our stay (we even bumped into a Brit celebrity there who chatted with us!🤩). The historic Ramsgate Tunnels tour is highly recommended & again, steps away.🙌 The epic Cliffs of Dover is about a 25 min drive which was convenient as well. What an absolute gorgeous hike especially getting to the beach, too! 🥰 The lil bakery called Staple, I believe was THE best bfast ever- enjoy some veggie croissant goodness- as you walk through the scenic port of Ramsgate, too. Kelly’s place is fabulous! Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and the whole flat was spotlessly clean. We were greeted on arrival by Kelly, who had secured a parking space for us directly outside the property which was great. She was super friendly and explained everything we needed to know. The location for us was perfect, nice and peaceful, a five minute walk to town and the seafront. We loved it so much we have already booked to return. Thank you Kelly for a great stay!

Lovely flat 2 min walk to the sea in one direction, and 10 min walk to some great restaurants in the other. We had a couple of issues with the heating on our first day but Kate was on the case very quickly and let us borrow a heater until it was fixed (all sorted in less than 24 hours). Great host, great flat, lovely time in Margate!

We had a great time staying at the Seagulls Rest with our 5 month old son. The apartment has everything we needed, an interesting history and a very unique interior. Dean was very helpful and flexible, and gave us a lot of useful tips. Highly recommend, we will be definitely coming back! Thanks a lot Dean! George and Francesca (and Lev)

Great place in the heart of Herne Bay, definitely recommended for a short stay near the coast!

We had an amazing weekend at Becky’s place. The flat is very tastefully furnished and decorated. The “Blue Room” is cozy and gives amazing views of the sea. Would definitely come back!

With potential bad weather on the horizon, I needed a place to stay close to work and also required peace and quiet to complete work commitments. I made an enquiry at 4.00pm on Friday and was in by 7.00pm. Very helpful communication, especially as it was so last minute. I arrived to find the property spotless, warm, inviting and very comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, located along a track but was only a mile or so to the village with a great pub and well stocked convenience store. I brought my four legged helper (a working springer) who had a pheasant wake up call each morning. That got me up and about, albeit a bit earlier than I planned. :) The walks from the door were stunning. It is a charming single bedroom property with a private terrace which had beautiful views. I can highly recommend this property if you wish to relax, unwind in front of the log burner with a good book in the winter and explore the area (Canterbury, Folkestone and Hythe) in the Summer.

Lovely, quiet and cosy accommodation in great location with easy access to town and beach. Janey left a great welcome pack for our arrival. Beds were really comfortable and we were spoilt for choice with the gorgeous complimentary shower gels in the bathroom. 🙂

Worth every penny I paid. George's place was super private and spacious, beautiful and with all amenities. He promptly replied to all my messages very good communication as well. I would definitely go there again.

Really nice host who has been very helpful after I left my glasses and has kindly sent them to my home very quickly. Also the space is lovely and has a beautiful view with really close proximity to the fun spots in cliftonville and also the old town. Great place to stay if visiting Margate! Thanks Ben

Had a lovely stay at Izobela flat, its absolutely gorgeous comfy place with some great neighbourhood places to eat and drink. Izzy was really fantastic at communicating and let us check out a little later so we could continue exploring Margate. The place was spotless when we turned up and some lovely details. Thanks Izzy for a great stay- happily stay again and would highly recommend.

Lovely flat - had everything I needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay but close enough to shops etc to pop out... Great location too with Oval Lawns/beach literally across the road. Very well equipped kitchen (if you love/prefer to cook during your stay.)

Meg’s place is very well located close to the beach and town area. We really enjoyed the sauna and playing mini golf right outside. We would stay again if we came to Margate.

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

Rich‘s flat on the seafront is a real gem. Very clean, well equipped and cosy. Parking is great and everything you need is within walking distance. We can definitely recommend this flat.

Chris' apartment is beautiful; very well presented, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and everything you could possibly need provided. It's in a great location, central to everything in Hythe. Our family of five only stayed one night, for my partner's birthday, and headed into lovely, regenerated Folkestone for dinner (only 15 mins drive away). Chris was very communicative and responsive. All in all, a perfect apartment and a great stay - only wish we could have stayed longer!
