Fab location near Faith in Strangers and Northdown Rd. Lovely place to run. Top brunch places nearby and an easy walk to the Old Town and Harbour Arm. Angela was quick to respond to messages and check in couldn’t have been easier. Would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I’m in Margate.

The house is a lovely, quirky place - both a balance of cool, interesting, charming and cosy. It's upside down, in a fun way; you walk straight into the bedroom with the kitchen/living room upstairs. The bedroom downstairs has more of an artistically minimalist feeling to it, whereas upstairs feels like a classic, cosy kitchen/living room. Cute little garden behind, which I'm sure is much better enjoyed in the summer than in winter, but was a nice addition nonetheless. It's just opposite the Turner Contemporary and the beach, and right near the coolest bars and restaurants in Margate. Really well located. Definitely get yourself booked in to Bottega Caruso for dinner, and they have a gorgeous wine bar next door! As for Jen, she was kind, attentive, flexible and helpful! She has a neighbour a few doors down that helps out when she's not around. I really appreciated my stay! :)

Had the most incredible stay. The host was fantastic. Very flexible, friendly and the property was beautiful. Had everything you need and more there. Very modern. Can’t wait to go back.

OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING SO CLEAN YOU WELCOMED WITH A REALLY NICE SMILE OF AIR FRAGRANCE THE WHOLE PLACE WAS SPOTLESS EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED FROM POTS AND PANS AIR toaster TEA AND COFFEE WAS PROVIDED AND VERY WARM AND COZY THE BED WAS COMFY WE ARRIVED LATE AT NIGHT AND JULIE LEFT THE OUT SIDE LIGHTS ON SO WE COULD FIND IT EASY IN THE DARK the beach was just on the other side of the road so great for the dogs. Julie was very responsive to her messages would not hesitate to stay here again gorgeous place and extremely good host.

Perfect location for a stay in Broadstairs. The basement apartment has everything you need for a short or long term stay. My girlfriend and I stayed for a weekend with our dog and we will definitely be back again. Perfect hosts

The place was gorgeous and very well stocked with a beautiful location. The fact that you can walk to the beach was the draw for us. I hadn’t clocked the cleaning fee when booking so it ended up being more expensive than I had anticipated but it was impeccably clean and it is a big house 🤷‍♀️. If you are city girl like me then maybe bring earplugs for the dawn chorus. We had an amazing time and would love to come back.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Tomoaki’s. The house is incredibly beautiful, well put together and has the most stunning views. It is even more beautiful than the photos. It had everything we needed for our group of 7 ladies. We loved having dinner in the stylish kitchen and getting ready in the groovy pink bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfy too. Tomoaki and Kate went above and beyond as hosts and we were so grateful! Thank you! We would love to come back.

We verbleven bij Lien voor de overtocht te maken naar Frankrijk. De woning is net en ligt dicht bij alles. De ferry en de winkels zijn maar enkele minuten rijden. Top!

Unfortunately a bird had got into the house when we arrived! Not the hosts’ fault at all and Geoff and Suzie were extremely quick and helpful at sorting the whole thing out. This was the second time we went to Geoff’s place and would certainly still visit again.

This house is wonderful. We have stayed in many places in Rye and this is one of the best. Its location is perfect very close to the centre of Rye with all the restaurants on your doorstep. The house itself is great, beds are really comfy, the showers / bathrooms lovely with loads of hot water and the whole house has a very homely feel. It is also directly opposite a playground and park which is perfect for the kids. The hosts also left us a basket of treats when we arrived. Very kind indeed. We had a great stay! Thanks for having us!

We stayed here for my dad’s birthday and my family and I loved the place, it was in a great location and really modern. The hosts were really responsive and helpful especially when recommending places, they went above and beyond and even got my dad a gift for his birthday. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic girls weekend at a superb location. We stayed in the basement flat which was large, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our stay. Love that we could have brought the dogs (good to know for next time). Food recommendations were spot on, and location couldn’t have been closer to the beach. Host was commutative, and responsive, and our welcome pack was such a wonderful added extra. We’re currently discussing now amongst ourselves when our next stay will be!

First floor flat, tastefully decorated and furnished with a sea view. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area. Great location for the harbour and town. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

Lovely property & beautifully presented. A real pleasure to spend the weekend there. Everything ran smoothly with Nic from booking to checking out. Great location if you want to be away from the hustle & bustle but easy access to the more touristy places. Great walks directly from the property along the coast in each direction. Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

Lovely flat with great views. Very clean. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities. The lovely hosts let us have a later checkout so we could leave our bags in the flat whilst we had a morning sauna and brunch. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely Valentine’s weekend away. The property was spotless, cozy, and had everything and more that you could need. The attention to detail of what guests might need is on point. A beautiful bottle of fizz left chilling for us was a lovely gesture, even though we don’t drink 😘. We will definitely be recommending this to friends and family who want to escape the hustle and bustle of London. Even though it was cold, the walk along the beach was just what we needed. Would definitely stay again.
