Agréable séjour Petit coin vraiment très sympa et agréable pour la tranquillité, facile d’accès le logement est très bien équipé. Parfait pour se ressourcer, se reposer, le jacuzzi est vraiment très agréable. Très peu de nuisible, une très bonne ventilation et un belle espace

We stayed in this house for three weeks with nine adults and two young children. It is part of a bigger development of vacation homes. It is located at the edge of the development, facing away from the other homes. We enjoyed the house and its grounds. It felt private. The layout is good. The house was built only a few years ago and it feels modern. We cooked meals in its kitchen every day and it worked out well. Parking worked well for three cars. The open concept of the kitchen, living room and patio allowed our extended family to socialize well. The grounds are well maintained. The pool is conveniently located and professionally maintained. The ping-pong table provided a lot of fun for our group. There is a restaurant on the premises run by the owners. We ate dinner there one evening and enjoyed it. The house is centrally located on Guadeloupe. It is quick and easy to get onto the Traverse and only 20 minutes from the airport. The big Carrefour is only 15 minutes away.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Claudine et son mari, accueillants et sympathiques. Conforme à l’annonce, belle terrasse avec bain à bulles, suffisamment de rangements et d’espace. Recommandé les yeux fermés ! 😁

Nous avons à nouveau passé un excellent moment en Famille dans la Villa Lio. En effet c'est la deuxième fois que nous louons cette Villa et c'est toujours avec autant de plaisir que nous avons pu profité de toutes les commodités que Lionel propose. La villa est située dans un cadre magnifique avec vue sur montagne, la piscine est vraiment agréable et la villa au top, bien aménagée et propre. Merci à Lionel pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse!

La piscine est vraiment chouette et il y avait une très belle vue. Il y avait de légers travaux, mais ça va être vraiment très bien après. On a pu quitter le logement à l’heure qu’on voulait et les habitants de la maison était toujours très polies. La maison était aussi presque auto-suffisante, donc lorsqu’il y avait des pannes d’eau ou d’électricité on restait alimenté.

La maison est idéalement située, proche de belles plages et de belles randonnées. Elle se trouve dans un quartier très calme, ce qui est très reposant. Elle est également très bien équipée et tout est fait pour que l’on s’y sente bien.

The house is located up the side of the Mountain, 5 minutes off of the Traverse Road and 5 minutes away from Les Lizardes, the best brewery in Guadeloupe and beautiful spot to hang out before dinner. The house itself is in a group of 4-5 houses, brand new and with its own private driveway. Inside of the house was beautiful with everything we needed, and while I don't speak French, the hostess Caroline was very responsive and so friendly. Netflix on all TV's, French cable, beautiful soaking pool on the deck where we spent every morning with my tow kids. The house is not located next to the beach but 20-30 minute drive to beautiful spots on the islands. Also do check out the Mahogany Restaurant 5 minutes away, best meal we had on the island. A few barking dogs at night but otherwise very peaceful. Overall beautiful house and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Airbnb, great central location, would stay here again. Quiet and peaceful with a breathtaking mountain view. Very comfortable stay.
