Nick’s place was absolutely perfect for our 1 night stay as we were heading to Cardiff for 6 Nations game. He was so accommodating and actually let us have access abit earlier so we could head over to Cardiff in plenty of time. It was clean, nicely furnished, comfy bed and cosy for the 4 of us. Really easy to find and ample places to park. Will def stay again

A very enjoyable stay here. Kitchen was fully kitted out with everything needed. Location is a short walk to the town centre. Short drive to Pen y Fan. A lovely house and was a very fair price. Would recommend!

Needed a place to stay for our group of friends to watch the rugby, Danny's place was just what we needed, room for us all, & within walking distance, weather permitting, of millennium stadium, large taxis cheap enough, if not. Like staying at a mate's house but your mate's not there 🤣 Great pub about 10 minutes away, The Lansdowne. Easy check in & out. Danny was very responsive to all our needs.

A Spotless Gem with Breathtaking Views! This was by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in—even cleaner than any hotel I’ve visited! Every corner of this place was immaculate, making for an incredibly comfortable and refreshing stay. The views were simply breathtaking, like something out of a fairytale. It was the perfect peaceful retreat before my flight to Heathrow, offering a serene escape in nature rather than the hustle and bustle of a crowded city. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spotless, scenic, and relaxing stay!

The lovely stay in the laundry cottage enhanced our holiday experience tremendously. The gardens are beautiful, the pool a joy to swim in and the surroundings peaceful and quaint. We walked to the nature preserve with amazing sand dunes and a big beach and Ogmore castle. Our hosts Lana and Rory were very responsive and accommodating. We are looking forward to coming back soon for more exploring.

smooth seamless check in and out. Jenny answered all queries on arrival. about 2 mins walk to beach which dog loved. had to keep dog on lead out side property as not enclosed but not an issue, once on beach was away. provided everything we needed. nice peaceful stay. plenty to do around the area.

An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, Phillip and Claire were helpful and responsive, the hot tub was amazing! Comfy bed, tea, coffee and fresh milk provided. Excellent stay, excellent hosts, highly recommend!

A lovely place to stay, loads of room. Great view of the river. Helen gave great clear instructions. A lovely quiet complex within easy walk to the bay. If we head to the bay again we would 100% stay again. Thank you Helen xx

Very clean and uncluttered. Could not get closer to the sea if you tried.lots of fresh towels and everything you needed in a kitchen. Very peaceful spot. Would definitely book again

Our second stay here in just a few weeks was just as wonderful as the first! The host was incredibly polite and genuinely couldn't do enough to help us. We brought our two dogs, and the host was even kind enough to adjust the room layout to make it more spacious for them, which was so thoughtful. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, making cooking dinner and breakfast simple. We also appreciated the lovely breakfast treats left for us – a very nice touch! Comfortable, convenient, and hosted by a lovely person. We'll be back!

Beautiful house, within walking distant to the beach, and train station. Lovely coastal walk to Barry island beach which we walked to daily for a spot of breakfast. House was spotless and in lovely quiet area.

We had a short but lovely stay! I travelled with my dog to participate in a Canitrail canicross event up in the hills. This was the perfect set up for us - gated garden, parking right at the door for easy unpacking of our gear. Lovely little self contained apartment. We were blessed with great weather up on the Bwlch for the event - stunning views. We went to Kenfig nature reserve and beach before our long drive home the next day, which was just perfect. Thanks so much for having us!

Fab stay for three nights. Mandy and Ray very helpful and attentive. Try out the Reform Club just up the road; lovely welcome from the locals and dog friendly. Few minor things to note... it probably states it on the property description but there is no hob. It's not easy to see this on the images. An air fryer and slow cooker are available. The radiator probably needs an upgrade as the setting icons are worn; Ray's on it! The hut sits relatively below the main road passing Argoed, so if staying midweek, expect to hear some traffic 8-9am rush hour.

Great stay! Very cosy vibe, friendly touch with a personalised message and Welsh cakes on arrival! Was great having fresh towels there, nice clean bedding, shower gel and shampoo in the shower was a great addition. Enough seats for the 5 of us, plenty of tableware, kitchen facilities very easy to use! Food delivery was available to the address. Loved Aberdare park a quick walk away, it was beautiful and perfect for taking the dog out and loved the guest book with local recommendations! The four waterfalls walk was perfect for a short trip! Overall a lovely stay, I was definitely recommend and happily stay again!

Claire’s place is gorgeous! Cosy and warm with beautiful rustic charm. It felt like quite an adventure getting down the lanes in the dark but clear instructions and a warm welcome. Field was great for the dog and that and the nearby beaches meant he didn’t want to come home. We had a relaxing weekend and would definitely come again.
