Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Place had everything we needed except a tv. Would return & recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Ray’s place! Ray is an excellent host! His place is close to many great restaurants and shops. Our baby was also able to play in nearby playgrounds (there’s a total of 3 that is walkable but 1 is our favorite). Amenities are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and love to stay at Ray’s place again.

This place was just what we were looking for. Washer/dryer, full refrigerator, stove, large comfortable bed, very very clean, peaceful surroundings, stars visible all around in the sky at night, beautiful neighborhood, smoking is allowed outside, and a walk in closet. Host was very attentive, very welcoming, very sweet, this place was great and beyond perfect.

This apartment was in a great location - very walkable . It was clean and we really appreciated the check in flexibility and being able to check in early . It’s a great space . The noises from the other apartments in the building can get pretty loud , especially the one next door - the walls are quite thin . It didn’t bother us or keep us awake or anything but just something to keep in mind if you are sensitive to noise .

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Loved our stay at Michael’s place. It’s in an excellent area of San Clemente and allows for a walk to the beach or restaurants easily. We really enjoyed doing both and most loved walking to the beach and getting coffee in the morning. Michael’s home was spotless, very comfortable and has everything you need for an extended stay. The bed is also super comfortable and had super soft sheets - we slept great! The home is located off of a main side street you do get some road noise but it’s nothing excessive and should be expected for the area. Overall we loved our stay and hope to return again very soon.

The cute and cozy little apartment is a literally 30-second walk to the beach. It's the perfect place for a couple or a solo traveler. The view is amazing. You can hear the sound of the ocean through the balcony screen. Shannon was super responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet, with cute little coffee shops overlooking the beach. The house was spotless and clean. The bed was super comfy. Great shower and water stream! I didn't use the kitchen, but it seems to have everything you need.

This was a perfect spot for me and my friends, the pictures matched exactly what you’ll be walking into. It was very spacious and clean. host is extremely kind and communicative, i would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We were in town for a funeral and Clio's home was perfect for the 4 of us. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac and was the perfect retreat during a stressful time. The home was spotless and was the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The large dining table was perfect for having friends/family over for dinner. I would 100% recommend this home!

This was a cute little house for our family reunion. We were comfortable cooking meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. There are great stores nearby, and I felt like the location was safe. Overall I enjoyed this stay very much, and will keep it on my short list for future visits.

Really enjoyed our stay there. Other than the carpet needing cleaning, the airbnb was great! Neighborhood was nice, we walked it a couple times. It's located close to stores and not a real busy area to drive around. Raul was very easy to get ahold of, and was very helpful! We would definitely stay there again.

The place was so welcoming and had many details. A peaceful and lovely place. We walked to downtown Claremont and had brunch. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Mimi’s property for about 7 weeks. The property was clean, had a beautiful backyard and was on a nice quiet street next to UC Riverside. The neighbors were nice and friendly and the area felt super safe. We would often walk the area with our dogs and always felt safe. The inside of the home is clean, super spacious and the rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were a nice size. They provided some of the basic materials, towels, toilet paper, dish soap, detergent and such. They have a washer dryer in the garage that was super convenient as well. Mimi and the cohost Jose checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. Our contact was minimal but they were very responsive and friendly if we needed to ask them any questions. We would absolutely stay here again if given the chance. Great experience! Especially when the local donkeys would stop by and say hello. 10/10.

This was a great 2 br/ba condo with nice amenities such as some complimentary welcome beverages, large balcony, and a gas fireplace. The bedrooms were comfortable and felt private from one another. It was a nice decor and floor plan. The surrounding area was nice for walking. Shops, restaurants and Pacific Coast Highway were just down the hill. It was a good hub for us to stay at for a nearby wedding in San Clemente.

Great stay! The place is very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location to skiing is unbeatable. It actually is nicer in person than the photos represent. The hosts were very nice and responsive! Thank you!

Excellent place and exactly what was needed for our trip! The condo was super quiet and comfortable, and was an easy walk to the pool and hot tub on site.

We loved our family getaway at Brian’s condo. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the covered jacuzzi was wonderful to watch the sunset from. The beach (and pier) is across the street, with a paved path perfect to take long walks. The place is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked with condiments, many dish and cook wares. The open kitchen/living/dining layout is ideal, we also really appreciated the spacious bedrooms and cute 2.5 bathrooms. An awesome place!

We settled in and walked everywhere: trail, park, beach, etc. Kseniia was very responsive and helpful, checking in a few times to see if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach town neighborhood.

Juliana is an exceptional proactive and kind communicator. It's clear that there's a keen understanding of design :) from the paint choices, to the bed linens, to the coffee table books! The bed is super comfy. The fireplace is lovely. It's walking distance to my favorite tea/coffee place (Alpaca). The loft is lovely for reading and walking. This was my second stay and I'll be back 🩵
