Place was easy to find, clean, quiet and comfortable. All of the pictures, and the description, matched the physical place. A+++

Great location...walkable to historic Gruene...great restaurants in New Braunfels/Gruene...live music abounds...We had a great time. The closet in the unit is huge...washer and dryer...well equipped kitchen...comfortable mattress and pillows...we thought the unit was great.

Cora was fantastic at communicating and responding right away. The building is a bit confusing mostly bc the apartment is on the third floor but the apartment numbers being with number 2. Other than that it was fine. We had no issues with odors. Would definitely return if I’m in Austin again.

Staying at Jay’s place felt less like an Airbnb and more like my own personal retreat—peaceful, relaxing, and truly a home away from home. The space was impeccably clean, easily accessible, and incredibly comfortable (especially the bed!). The highlight for me was the luxurious bathtub, which was the deciding factor in my booking, and it did not disappoint. This stay was a crucial part of an important week in my life, and I’m manifesting that this space played a role in helping me pass the Bar! I’ll definitely be rebooking on my next visit. Thank you, Jay, for creating such a wonderful space!

Hieu, was great to communicate, and respectful.. The place was very well kept. I liked the book collection. Especially enjoyed reading the book on immune. The coffee selection was very good, and felt home. The bed's were very comfortable. We will come and stay if we have to next time :-)

The stairs are quite a climb. Besides that, truly perfect place. I rarely ever Airbnb, but will specifically return to this exact condo unit. So clean, quiet, comfortable. Pretty view. Great location. Awesome Casablanca ceiling fans. Has everything you could ask for and more. Absolutely not a place that “seems” like an Airbnb. Exceeded my somewhat lofty expectations. Even the tiny details like all the lights dimmable and switches labeled, made it really comfortable. The owners of the unit should be proud. Looking forward to next time already.

I visited Austin for the first time and had an amazing stay! This was also my first time booking with Airbnb, and I was beyond pleased with the experience. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions quickly. The space itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and felt like home. The amenities provided were fantastic—I barely needed to bring anything! Everything was thoughtfully stocked, making my stay even more convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Austin. I would absolutely book again!

Perfect condo for our family Labor Day weekend river trip!

Nice log cabin type accommodations, roomy. Very convenient for visiting Gruene, about 5 min drive, 10 minute drive to Shliterbahn in New Braunfels.

We stayed here for ACL weekend and had a great time, it was really great to be able to bring our dog along so we really appreciated an apartment so close to Zilker Park that was pet friendly. A comfortable little apartment that was perfect for me, my partner, and our friend who took the single bed in the smaller room, it was about a 10-15 minute park to the ACL main gate so was perfect for us. Early in the morning it was really nice to walk our dog down close to Barton Springs, and was easy to drive in and out. Thanks for letting us stay, it was a great experience, we'd definitely stay here again!

Jan was very responsive and helpful. The location is great. Easy walk to the river and all of the shops and restaurants in Gruene. Beautiful and very clean facilities.

The spacious accommodations exceeded our expectations! Beds and linens were very comfortable. The property is conveniently located about a half mile from Gruene Hall. Great value! Excellent choice!

Brian and the Oasis is the ideal setting for a weekend getaway in Austin. The house has everything you and your group could ever want and Brian is very responsive and helpful. Whether it’s a Bachelor/Bachelorette Party or another event, this is a great location! Definitely would stay again!

This is my go-to spot for my monthly work travels the past almost 2 years. I feel right at home and Randy, Jeanine, and Candice are great hosts! I highly recommend if you want a super clean and quiet spot outside of downtown.

We were looking for a house near Austin for my family and I to have a long weekend getaway from Dallas. This property was perfect. There were 7 of us there and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. We would definitely go back!

The house was very spacious and comfortable for us as a group of 7. Amy was very responsive to messages and when there was a minor issue, made sure it was resolved very quickly. We were working in Austin and San Marcos and this was a perfect base. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

George's place was perfect for our family! There was plenty of space for our family of 12 to spread out, and the communal space in the kitchen was amazing. They have truly thought of everything a guest might need. Very clean and modern, and a short drive to many of the sights and downtown.

Great place to relax and hang out with family! We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun family getaway. We especially enjoyed the backyard with the pool & hot tub.
