Great house and place to base ourselves to explore Austin. Stayed with our young boys who loved the basketball hoop out the back and yard at front to play. Katy & Rick very friendly and helpful.

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

We enjoyed Phill's house very much! The pool, pool table, and house cat Molly were the highlights of our trip. His house offered something for everyone in our family and we would love to book there again if we find ourselves back in San Antonio. Can't recommend enough!

Mbera was an excellent host! Kind and thoughtful! The house was lovely with friendly neighbors. Very homey and convenient to restaurants and essentials! We will def stay here again!

We had a great time. The location was perfect with a great yard for our dogs. The country atmosphere is just what we were looking for! The house is very comfortable with plenty of room. The bedrooms are a little small. But this is an older home so not surprising. We really loved having a large dining table and china cabinet for Thanksgiving Day. Felt very homey 💕

Our stay at Carissa’s Airbnb in Austin was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained the house was. It had plenty of space, making it perfect for our group, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location was also ideal—there were plenty of amenities nearby, including great restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Carissa was a fantastic host! She was communicative, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly set this experience apart. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again the next time we’re in Austin!

Absolutely fantastic place. Anytime I am in San Antonio, I will be staying here. I came into town for surgery and this place was so perfectly accommodating for that. The shower had a teeny tiny step to navigate getting in and out of. The recliner was perfect post op for sleeping in. Kitchen had every appliance you would need. Perfectly located for shopping or whatever else you may need. Don’t look anywhere else, this is your place!

This was the perfect getaway for five old college friends to get together and catch up with each other. Michael and his co-hosts were extremely responsive to any questions, the house was clean, and quite close to everything we wanted to do. 10 out of 10 on coming back!

This rental was exactly what I was looking for & the hosts were just as great. Always responsive and super helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. Their home was super clean and made us feel right at home. Perfect for a couple looking for a getaway or somewhere to stay on vacation. Great location if you want the best of both worlds of Austin , enjoy the outdoors and still be accessible to downtown Austin. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Super helpful & friendly.

An excellent two bedroom abode that has a real charm. The site is located in South Central Austin in a quiet area with ample street parking. Locating and entering the home was a breeze. the modern architecture of the abode is really delightful and the home has a clean welcoming feeling. The home has tasteful art and glass pieces. I really loved the 3 full bookshelves in the master bedroom that reflect a home of a well read travelor with books of modern literature, art, and philosophy. To enter the living space you climb stairs to a small but comfortable living area with a small kitchette hall way with a 3/4 person comfortable couch at the end. There are two bedrooms each with their own private toilets and share an entrance to a single shower. i highly recommend this for 2-4 persons that want to be in a very charming part of Austin a short drive to anything in Town. there is walkable restaurants nearby (highly recommend Boulder Street Cafe, an Austin Staple)

This place meet our needs for comfort we could count on each night and morning. We appreciate being able to wash and dry clothes a couple of times, too! Thanks for the good nights' sleep and a good cup of coffee in the mornings as we got ready to join our family for adventures.

We loved our stay! The apartment is just as described/photographed. It was super cute, great spot for a couple. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away but walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped, and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, easily walkable to the square’s restaurants and nightlife.

A perfect place for a family stay. We enjoyed walks along nearby Shoal Creek and the easy access to downtown. Rachel's place was really peaceful and well appointed. Traveling with our baby, we also really enjoyed having a washer-dryer and a well-appointed kitchen for meals at home. The A/C was also awesome - even in March!

My wife and I went to the pickle festival at the fairgrounds, and this location was perfect. Could walk to the fairgrounds and downtown is a 5 minute drive. The condo was homey, clean, and perfect for our weekend getaway. Carrie was very friendly and responsive, couldn't ask for a better host. Highly recommend.

Kelsey's condo is cute, comfortable, amazingly well stocked and in a great central location. The beds were super comfortable and we especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own full bath. We enjoyed spending time outside on the balcony and the comfy patio. We had absolutely everything we needed. Thank you Kelsey for a great stay!

This place was just right for what we needed. We stayed a full week and I don’t regret it. Parker was very responsive when we needed help.

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was great! There are a lot of thoughtful extra touches, such as light switches labeled for which they turn on, tons of towels including beach towels, a cooler available in a closet, a step stool in the kitchen for us short people, etc. Natalie was very responsive when I had a special need. We would definitely stay here again or at one of her other properties.

Great place to stay! Easy check-in, great parking, excellent communication. Perfect location to all attractions.
