This unit was by far one of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced at Stanza Mare. We did have some issues with some plumbing in the bathroom, but overall this was a very cherry find. Yves is always at the ready to help and provide service or suggestions for the best stay possible. Walk out the patio to a world of friendly people and ocean breezes and sunshine.

Our best Air B'n'B stay yet! We loved everything about the place. 1. The location: the property overlooks the golf course and a pond with turtles and fancy ducks and other waterfowl. Morning jogs are a delight. 2. The apartment itself is very clean and well-furnished. Everything is new and in good working condition. 3. The host is amazing. Nabil replied to queries instantly and is a very friendly and accommodating host. We actually loved the place and the country so much that we decided to stay here for a year or longer and enjoy it fully.

Superbe endroit face à la mer. Trois beau balcon avec une vue sur la mer. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits sont très confortables. Le coin de la plage est intime et paradisiaque. Des marchés et restaurants à proximité. Un seul bémol pour l’équipement de la cuisine trop minimal. Nous avons cuisiné tous les jours et nous aurions apprécié une cuisine plus garnie. Un dispensaire d’eau aurait été très apprécié également. Nous avons par contre contré tous ces petits problèmes mais dans une démarche positive pour le futur, ce serait à améliorer. Pour le reste nous avons adoré et nous recommandons ce beau condo.

My sister and I came early and even though check in the wasn’t until 3pm, the host was kind enough to let us use the bathroom and change our clothes for our excursion. He gave us great recommendations, was extremely friendly and responsive. You can do laundry here, but make sure you do it early because it is a 5 hour process. They conserve energy here which I really like and if you use more electricity than provided per day it’s 12usd for more electricity if I’m not mistaken. The area is lovely and I’d recommend it over and over. It is a walkable area with many food options near by, there’s a beach, excursions mini markets… everything you’ll need is right there.

Beautiful views of the ocean and beaches. The terrace overlooking the beach is closer than any resort. We walked down the stairs and our toes were in the sand. Located within a gated community. Plenty of space for a family of four. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. 3 restaurants literally right next door. Market within walking distance. Was able to book massages on the beach, right next door. The bedrooms stayed cold with the individual air conditioner. The air conditioner in the living room/dining room/kitchen does not keep it cool enough. Eventually left it off and just opened all the windows and doors, which would be cool enough sometimes and other times would be warm, just depending on the weather and breezes. The terrace was having issues draining after rain. Host tried to fix it, it needs to be fixed. Host was responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Très bien situé et équipé! Seul bémol: beaucoup d’articles de cuisine brisés, de même que la fenêtre (elle ne se barrait pas). Mazu a dit qu’elle allait réglé ce problème après notre départ!

Excellent host. The house is in a good location close to most of the tourist attractions and restaurants.

This place is absolutely amazing! Just like the pictures and descriptions said. The condo is super clean and comfortable. The whole complex and the surrounding area are beautifully manicured. It’s a gated community, so we felt super safe. We even walked to local restaurants twice in the evening and never felt a bit uneasy. They have golf carts and scooters to rent, and you definitely should rent both! We used the golf cart to explore other parts of the community, like the market and other restaurants and shops across the marina. The staff at the complex were all really nice and helpful. Most of them spoke English really well, which was a plus (we’re Americans). We’ll definitely be coming back to stay in this unit again. It’s a 10/10 recommendation! By the way, I highly recommend Scape Park as an all-day activity. It’s absolutely incredible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️And Adventureland horseback riding is also a must-try. It’s a 10/10!

Nous avons eu un très beau séjour. Les lieux sont dans un bon état en général. Les rideaux de certaines chambres laissaient passer beaucoup trop de lumière mais notre hôte a été très réceptif et a installer de nouveau rideaux des que nous lui en avons fait mention. Certains éléments vue sur les photos étaient par contre manquant comme la table de ping pong ou la table de air hockey ainsi que la machine à eau. Par contre ils ont acheté une nouvelle machine à eau rapidement et sont venus l’installer. Notre hôte était très gentil et réceptif.

Good place for the price we paid. The extras were a bit expensive but it worked out okay.

House is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Host was great and extremely responsive. Important to note that house is in marina area which is tranquil and quiet. A bit of a distance to restaurants as not a lot happening in marina area. Beach club restaurant and pizza were nice. Would definitely rent again if looking for a peaceful and quiet vacation. No grocery within Cap Cana but host made it extremely easy to have groceries delivered prior to arrival. Overall a fun stay and a beautiful home.

Great breezy corner condo with pool view. Walking distace to the beach and some restaurants. Convenient little store/colmado nearby. Professional host who quickly responds to you questions. Equipped for short and long term guess. Good vibe and energy with other residents. Felt safe a a solo traveler. Look forward to booking again for my next trip.

This place was immaculately clean and fully equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils, and electronic keys, making me feel right at home. The property is in a community called Vistacana, is a gated complex offering resort and country club amenities. It boasts a private beach, pools, a golf course, sports area, and gym. With restaurants conveniently located by the beach, I didn't even need to leave the complex. This is definitely an A+ Airbnb listing. I recommend it!

We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment just a 2-minute walk from the beach—super convenient! The place was very clean and had plenty of room, making it ideal for a family with kids. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the highlight for us was the mini pool on the balcony—such a nice bonus! Also private car parking.

I highly recommend booking this condo. It is absolutely wonderful being able to walk outside to the beach every single day from your back door! This place is nearby lots of restaurants and supermarkets, so you don’t technically need a rental car. Most of the excursions you go on will pick you up right this place so no need to find cabs. We utilized Uber Eats a lot, and it was so quick and easy to get it, sometimes they would leave it at the gate or just bring it straight to our door! Overall, this place is magnificent! I do recommend getting paper cups and paper plates because they do not supply plates or bowls. Other than that, we had a fantastic time!

Great vacation spot! Right on a beautiful well managed beach. Great restaurants around the condo or just a short walk away. We got every details about our arrival, transportation and stay from Stu right after we booked. Liz is wonderful, she welcomed us at arrival and gave us plenty of recommendations. Her guide book is a must read. You'll find really valuable information about the surroundings. We met a lot of friendly and welcoming people whenever we went. We had a great time! Thank you!

YES, all the reviews are legit! YES, the place is immaculate! YES, Olga is a phenomenonal host! Perfect studio to stay for a few days! It is basically right on the beach with 2 pools available on the property. The unit itself was so clean and organized! The patio was great to catch some sun if you don't feel like going down to the pool/beach. Very comfortable bed! Olga was extremely responsive and provided things to do within Cap Cana daily! We rented a golf cart for a day which was super fun and allowed us to get all around without having to wait for taxis/uber. Thank you so much Olga for providing a wonderful place to get away from life for a little bit🥰
