Joli logement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il est bien situé, plage et randonnée à proximité. Attention le stationnement peut être très difficile comme partout à Ibiza. Le seul point noir c’est l’isolation phonique, on entend tout ce qui seul passe dans le logement d’à côté et on n’a pas le même rythme de vie que des gens qui y vivent à l’année…

It is a beautiful flat - bright and sunny in a fantastic location. Elegant and extremely comfortable interior. Great to have private parking and superb location - 3 minutes walk to the sea and trails along the coast in both directions.

We loved the apartment! It had everything we needed and the roof terrace was lovely! A good amount of space too for us and the decor was really nice. It’s also just a short walk down to the beach and town with some restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend!

It was an incredible experience. The location was perfect, nestled in a vibrant area that made it easy to explore the island’s beautiful beaches and lively nightlife. This apartment is a jewel! Fantastic location, only a minute walk to Den Bossa Beach in Ibiza, and around there a multitude of options to the world’s most famous clubs, local bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets, all within walking reach. The apartment is very comfortable, in great condition, tidy, clean, with all necessary amenities and plenty of small touches provided by Alex, such as toiletries, pantry snacks and essentials to make you feel extra special on arrival and help to quickly settle just at home. Alex is a truly fantastic, super accommodating and extremely caring host. Great communication throughout, clear instructions and always ready to offer any assistance, help and support needed during our stay. Alex’s apartment is thoroughly recommended to anyone looking for a truly special and convenient place to stay in one of the coolest and most exciting neighbourhoods of Ibiza.

Excellent séjour chez Charlotte qui est une hôte très accueillante, pleine de petites attentions surprises, à la fois proactive et réactive dans les échanges. Appartement cosy et hyper fonctionnel avec une belle vue sur la mer. Accès direct en ascenseur à la promenade maritime, la plage et plusieurs restaurants et bars. Un apartamento perfecto para pasar unos dias con amigos, la localización es perfecta y en primera linea de playa . El alojamiento dispone de todo lo que necesitas, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue buena en todo momento y además nos dio flexibilidad a la hora de entrar y salir, si volvemos será ahi sin duda

!! PERFECT APARTMENT !! The apartment is even better in real life than it is in the photos. It’s in the best location in all of Ibiza town, overlooking a square with lots of shops/cafes/bars. Very comfortable furniture and beds and excellent showers, and has a stunning balcony to sit and take in the view. The host was extremely helpful, being available on text anytime we needed help and offering personal recommendations. The apartment MADE our holiday, we absolutely loved it. We had a great stay at Loics house. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home. Great location, walking distance from one of the best beaches of Ibiza! The pool was also lovely. Corinne did the check in and check out and she was very nice. Thank you so much we definitely would love to come back.

Had a great stay for a long weekend, just enough room for a group of us - lovely place with great views and a nice pool that we enjoyed. It was a bit further out to everywhere else so needed to get taxis to go to any restaurants and bars but it was nice to come back somewhere quiet and and away from the busyness of the other areas. Only issue we had was the electrics went off once a day as if the fuse was blown but was easy to rectify and Raul responded quickly. Everywhere was very clean when we arrived and there was easy access to the communal pool - just not enough sunbeds for people around the pool itself. Otherwise a really great stay and would recommend!

Buen alojamiento, con unas vistas increíbles. Frederic nos atendió cuando llegamos y al irnos, un hombre encantador. Nos recomendó sitios para visitar y comer y nos dio todas las facilidades posibles. Un poco complicado el último tramo para acceder a la casa, sería el único inconveniente.

Villetta veramente bella e pulita , unica pecca la distanza dal centro di Ivissa ( circa 5 km ). In compenso abbastanza vicina a Playa d’en Bossa (3km) dove si trovano l’Ushuaia, l’Hi e molti locali.

Einfach top. Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen.

Excellent stay. The Villa was extremely peaceful and met our requirements. The surrounding area is stunning. Silke and her team were responsive and gave great recommendations for the area. The villa is tucked just slightly off the beaten track. We had cars which needed a good punch to reach the gates because the weather has slightly eroded the pathways but it was easy enough if you put your foot down. We managed to book taxi’s easily but some will stay at the end of the road rather than driving up. We felt extremely safe and secure in the area and I would highly recommend to stay again.

Ruim opgezet en schoon appartement met alle benodigde voorzieningen aanwezig. Het strand is eenvoudig en snel bereikbaar, ook met kleine kinderen. Een aanrader, we komen hier zeker nog een keer terug! Alessio is een vakman, hij staat altijd voor je klaar!

We had a wonderfull time at this beautifull house. The rooms are spacious and everything is clean and nice. Lovely pool and roof terrace! We enjoyed our welcome with the housemanager, she offered us usefull tips of the surroundings and gave us a great tour of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day.

Stayed here for a week with my wife and two small kids. It was perfect for us, with lots of space, a pool, barbeque, loungers and a wonderful Wendy house which the kids loved to play in. The house was cool, with fans and air con if it got really hot, and a well stocked kitchen. Raquel and Germán were there to meet us when we arrived, showed us where to park, and gave us a really friendly and comprehensive tour of the house. We were then left to it, but given both Raquel and Germáns numbers in case we needed them for anything. The location is great, really close to the beach, a short walk to the middle of San Antonio, close to restaurants and cafes, but quiet and secluded. If we return to Ibiza we will definitely be coming back to stay here! Thank you Raquel and Germán!

A lovely apartment set in a peaceful and private complex within easy walking distance from the centre of town. So many restaurants and bars to choose from with beautiful sea views and beaches only 5 mins walk from the apartment. Highly recommend.

logement impeccable,paisible, calme avec une magnifique vue sur la mer,loin du monde et du bruit idéal pour se reposer,il y'a une très bonne plage si ce n'est la meilleure de l'île à 500metres ainsi que de très bons restaurants en bord de mer à la playa sans vicente,cela dit il faut être véhiculé si on veut faire des courses ou visiter l'île pour aller à portinatix,san Carles,Santa eularia ou les plages des alentours,je recommande ce logement à 1000% nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances,les hôtes,la collaboratrice et le voisinage sont au top de chez top et si je dois revenir dans l'île ça sera chez eux car grâce à ce logement j'ai pu découvrir l'île et ses paysages époustouflants.....merci à toutes et à tous

We had a great stay at Lorenzo’s place. Conveniently located, not far from shops and the beach. Great view from the terrace and the pool is really good too. Cala Llonga is a relatively quiet part of the island but only a short taxi ride away from the old town and the main sights. Lorenzo was a great host too with clear instructions and prompt responses. Would highly recommend!

l'appartement est bien équipé, la mer est accessible rapidement a pied. La vue du salon est magnifique. L'environnement est très agréable. Pleins de petits détails qui montrent qu'Anna pense vraiment aux invités. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !
