Perfect romantic getaway. Beautiful scenery. Definitely needed more than 3 nights here to enjoy it all.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Terre di Cocomo. The location was so beautiful and the apartment and grounds tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The pool was also such a lovely place to relax at the end of the day and the dinner, breakfasts, and drinks were all delicious. Most importantly, Sara, Emilio, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful - we felt like we were part of the family. They fostered a wonderful atmosphere which led all the guests to feel at home. I recommend staying here unreservedly.

Beautiful old building with all the amenities required for our 5-night stay. We met Michela on arrival and she made us feel immediately welcome. There is so much more to do in and around Pisa, besides the incredible Tower zone with museum, Cathedral and Baptistry. It was a great base for our stay. Nice to come back after so many years.

Ottima esperienza, l'alloggio di Cristina era molto comodo e pulito, ben fornito di stoviglie. Buonissima posizione vicino l'aeroporto e con parcheggio privato. Siamo stati accolti con gioia e sia lei sia suo marito si sono mostrati subito molto gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno consentito orari di checkin e checkout molto flessibili.

Two adults one three year old and one 16 months. We had a good time. Big lawn for the kids, walking distance discount supermarket, 5 minutes driving distance to pastry shops, bread shop and bigger supermarkets, 20 minutes to Prato and big malls. Clean quiet neighborhood, nice people. Clean apartment, big closets, proper kitchen, personally I like better the dish washer than my own. Everything is new. We enjoy the local cuisine/food a lot, do go to try calzone at Pizzeria Gina, the pastry and bread of L' Angolo Del Pane...

Fantastic apartment set in beautiful gardens with stunning views. Staff work really hard to keep the place looking amazing. The pool was fantastic and the seating areas with fairy lights were great. Very clean and comfortable with welcoming staff. We wished we could have stayed longer-thank you for a wonderful stay.

During the pandemic, I started following a FB group called view from my window. I loved seeing the views from around the world and the positive, encouraging posts. I began to see beautiful posts from Tuscany along with poetic descriptions posted by Elena. I learned she was an air bnb host. We were fortunate to stay at her air bnb, and she was the most delightful host. This truly is a special place. Elena goes above and beyond to communicate and help you make the most of your stay. Take advantage of all the advice and recommendations Elena has to offer, you won't be disappointed. That being said, allow some time to enjoy this beautiful place and soak it all in. Peccioli is a wonderful little town, with great places to eat, gelato and bread just steps away. There is an abundance of public art to wander around and enjoy. Practical tips-grocery store and laundry convenient. You do have to access the space via stairs. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Alessandro’s cottage in Tuscany was truly exceptional. Having stayed in many Airbnbs, we can confidently say this one is a standout. From the moment we arrived, Alessandro made us feel incredibly welcome—greeting us with cocktails and offering thoughtful recommendations throughout our stay. His hospitality didn’t stop there; he was always available for any questions and even sent us off with farewell cappuccinos. The cottage itself is the perfect blend of old Italian charm and modern comfort. Cozy, well-appointed, and stocked with guidebooks and personal suggestions, it felt like a home away from home. And the view—just breathtaking! We could have stayed so much longer just soaking in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside. Highly recommend this gem of a stay, and we would love to return

Barbara,molto reattiva,ha reso disponibile la casa in un tempo brevissimo(meno di 12h). E’un vero angolo di paradiso; le foto forse non rispecchiano abbastanza la bellezza del posto. Una casa spaziosa, bella, rifinita con cura, arredata con gusto e dettagli di design. Tutte le stanze hanno bagno con doccia in camera. Tutto accessoriato e se hai bisogno di qualcosa in più B. è rapidissima nel cercare di accontentarti. Posizione panoramica spettacolare, immersa nel silenzio, circondata dalla natura con boschi e ulivi con una vista mare mozzafiato.I nostri cani hanno usufruito di un giardino molto ampio e recintato. La piscina è tenuta con cura e si gode totalmente della privacy. Tutta l’area ha sole fino al tramonto. In circa 15 min sei al mare, con spiagge ampie e belle. La nostra villeggiatura cominciata malissimo altrove, qui si è trasformata in una super vacanza! Barbara host SUPER, per qualsiasi cosa si prodiga per accontentarti. Torneremo presto

We had a great stay in this apartment. Very well located in the centre of Tuscany, between Florence, Siena and San Gimignano. Sara is very friendly and responsive.

The property pictures tell the story. Well-maintained, attractive and comfortable villa in a charming Tuscan town. The host is grand, very accommodating and helpful. Everything works! Conad City grocery store is 100’ away, so you can easily stock the kitchen. 5 minute walk and you’re in the heart of a collection of wonderful restaurants, galleries and shops.

Definitely our favorite spot we’ve stayed in Italy! Absolutely gorgeous property, private, and quiet. My favorite was starting the day with a cup of coffee overlooking the Elsa Valley and finishing the day with a glass of wine in the hot tub. We were greeted with smiles from the hosts and they walked us through the home, the amenities, and how to work everything. We wish we spent more time here but now we know where to stay when we come back!

Great place! All the extras - treats, bathrobes etc. were much appreciated! So close to the train so easy commute to Firenze and Pisa. Would highly recommend! Very clean and very comfortable!!

Dichtbij het vliegveld, het centrum. Helaas was het te koud om gebruik te kunnen maken van het terras. Maar zeker de moeite waard denk ik. Wel wat last van verkeer in de slaapkamer. Maar dit kan goed samenvallen met het feit dat er nogal wat bruggen dicht waren in verband met de hoge waterstand van de rivier en enorme regenval voorafgaand aan ons bezoek. Betaald parkeren voor de deur. Gratis parkeren aan de overzijde van de rivier. Werd ook goed gecommuniceerd door de verhuurder.

Smještj na odličnoj lokaciji, ispred ulaza je autobusna stanica, sve je vrlo blizu i pješice je 10tak min od tornja. Domaćin vrlo susretljiv, mogli smo ranije ući u objekt, brzo odgovara. Preporučamo!

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

Wat een fijn verblijf op deze leuke locatie! Gezellig plein met restaurantjes voor de deur. Slaapkamer bevindt zich aan de achterkant, heerlijk rustig. Vlakbij het centrum, locatie dus top!! Bakker 3 stappen verwijderd van appartement en de supermarkt op een paar minuten lopen. Appartement is groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Treinstation 15 minuten wandelen.

All' arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e pulito, l' acqua della vasca idromassaggio era già calda, e sul tavolo della cucina c'era una bottiglia di vino, gentilmente offerta.
