We loved Leonardo's place for our family holiday in Italy. Very clean, comfortable and practical accommodation, our children were very happy with the stay.

We had a wonderful time at Marina's beautiful house! The children all absolutely loved the pool, and we have everything we needed in the house for living comfortably. The views are spectacular! And with Lucca only a short drive away we were spoiled for choice with things to do. Marina and Paulo were very friendly and helpful, with local recommendations and booking restaurants etc. It's definitely a holiday we'll remember and I would 100% recommend staying here! Grazie mille!!

Nous avons séjourné chez Alba, dans un cadre idyllique, avec un paysage à couper le souffle et dans un calme religieux. Alba s’est montrée très accueillante, à l’écoute, nous a donné toutes les informations qui nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour. L’appartement est parfaitement agencé et dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Le mobilier ainsi que la batterie de cuisine et d’excellente manufacture. L’appartement se situe à 15 minutes de la gare en voiture, et nous avons pu nous rendre à Florence en 40 minutes. Nous conseillons vivement la certaldina, car si vous avez besoin de repos, de tranquillité et de calme, vous vous sentirez chez vous. Une piscine est à disposition, Alba, vous attribue deux transats ainsi qu’une petite table à votre arrivée à fin de pouvoir profiter pendant toute la durée de votre séjour. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement, et nous serons très heureux d’y retourner.

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen. Heel gastvrij. Francesca respecteert privacy. Huis ligt heerlijk rustig en toch niet ver van Pistoia. We kregen goede tips over inkopen en restaurants. Ook waar je goede wijn kunt kopen. Ook tips over plaatsen die we wilden bezoeken. Zelfs hoe je het beste naar Florence kunt gaan - trein. Tip over parkeren in Pistoia op loopafstand van centrum. Kost daar € 2.00 per dag en op zondag gratis. Al met al een fijn adres om te verblijven met een goede gastvrouw.

Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage war auch super und die Aussicht traumhaft. Zudem sind die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Des weiteren hat es eine schönen Gartensitzplatz zum verweilen. Ich buche das Haus sehr gerne wieder :)

I celebrated my 50th Birthday with 7 dear friends at Umberto's house last week - it was beyond perfect! This was my first trip to Tuscany and definitely won't be my last. Umberto, Sheriff and Valentina are extremely warm hosts and the house is huge! I still don't think I visited every room! There is so much space that we ate in a different room every night! We didn't hire a car, however, Umberto gave us the contact details for Mr Manrico who did all of our airport runs, trips to Lucca, and trips to a local winery - this made our trip so much more relaxing and obviously we could all enjoy a drink too! A well stocked supermarket is a 15 minute stroll if you don't mind walking along a road and we were happy to do that. Chef Giovanni on the last night was wonderful - a real treat and in a fabulous house! Thank you to Umberto for making our stay so wonderful!

Tutto perfetto. L'appartamento si trova nel centro storico di San Geminiano e a meno di 200 metri delle piazze centrali. Si puo arrivare in macchina (anche se poi si parcheggia altrove), ma fondamentale considerando che il centro è pedonale. L appartamento è comodo, con tutto il necessario per rimanere 1 giorno o un mese.

We had a great experience at Lorenzo’s house celebrating the new year with friends. Very nice place, beautiful surroundings, shops and many sights (and wineries) close by - it’s all a short drive. As we’ve been there in winter, heating was a bit challenging, but Lorenzo brought us wood for the fireplace and helped with more efficient heating. All the requests and questions were promptly answered - the host is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

A great small rooftop apartment in the walls of Lucca. Great location, nice locals style cafe next door and walkable to all the other restaurants and cafes and shops in Lucca. Great view from the rooftop and areas to sit and enjoy the weather, great thing about being on the tip floor is the view and it makes the many stairs to the top worth it. Limited paid Street parking in the street next to the apartment 3 euros per hour. (we had no problem finding a space but it was off season) or larger parking areas outside the walls with day rates of around 10 euros per day or parking lots around 10 mins walk. Apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen but is compact. Perfect for 2 people or 3 if you don't mind being cosy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to enjoy all Lucca has to offer

We loved Chianni - the people, the setting, the overall coziness of the town. Tim and Joy are so welcoming!

Carmine's place is just wonderful. The views are stunning and the atmosphere is so calming and peaceful. The house is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are spacious. We were there in the beginning of March and it was a bit chilly the first day but Carmine had the fire going for us when we arrived which helped a lot. Overall we really loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Tuscany.

Abbiamo soggiornato solamente 2 notti in occasione del Lucca Comics 2024. Posizione più che ottima. Nella casetta di Silvia si trova veramente tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, dalla cucina, alle camere e al bagno. Silvia un'ottima host, disponibile e gentilissima.

Lenas Appartement ist toll. Extrem sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Lena ist eine sehr nette, freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Sie gab uns Klasse Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkäufe und Restaurants. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

In one word amazing ! in two words highly recommend ! we where 5 adults and the place was warm and welcome . full kitchen , absolutely amazing view and private . Thanks sara for all your help !

Très beau logement idéalement situé pour visiter la Toscane. Si vous aimez le calme et la nature, cet endroit est parfait !

La casa di Carla è bellissima,rifinita. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e ha assecondato le nostre richieste. Ci ha dato il benvenuto con un ottimo aperitivo. Siamo rimasti tutti piacevolmente stupiti e soddisfatti. Non potevamo aspettarci di meglio. Torneremo di sicuro! Grazie Carla!

parlando della casa tra di noi il commento è stato che è come dovrebbe essere una casa vacanze, c'è tutto e gli spazi sono sfruttati al meglio per poterci vivere.

Soggiorno piacevole nonostante la giornata di pioggia! Alloggio comodo (4 adulti), pulito e vicino a tutti i servizi (noleggio, ski pass, ristorante...). Un grazie speciale a Daniela che ci ha accolto e seguito nel nostro soggiorno con discrezione ma sempre presente!

Io la mia compagna e i nostri due cani abbiamo pernottato solo due giorni dal 31 dicembre al 2 gennaio nell "Appartamento verde"; L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben fornito sotto ogni punto di vista ( cucina, bagno e camera) gli spazi ci sono tranquillamente per trascorrerci una lunga vacanza. Siamo della zona di firenze, e ritrovarsi in mezzo a tutto quel verde vicinissimi al centro e a tutti i servizi non ci sembrava vero. Tutto l'agriturismo é curatissimo e si può godere in relax il soggiorno, essendo molto tranquillo. Purtroppo soggiornando in inverno non abbiamo potuto godere della piscina esterna molto grande, ma si vede che é ben tenuta. Sicuramente ci torneremo per staccare dalla routine verso la stagione piu calda. Straconsigliato per chi vuole visitare firenze e dintorni e trascorrere una lunga vacanza.

Do yourself a favour and come and stay at Maddy's place! The pictures do not do it justice, it looks even more stunning and bigger than one could think. Maddy was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay (she went as far as buying a new mattress for our baby and dropping it off a few hours later). The beds are confortable, the linens freshly washed. The garden is just wonderful and the pool is just so inviting (we couldn't use it due to cold weather and boy was it torture). Not only the house is beautiful and has absolutely everything one could need, it's also extremely well located: in a quiet place but so close to Florence and smaller villages. Arriving from Pisa was also very convenient, driving mostly on the highway. We can only hope to come back next year, as this was by far the best accommodation we've stayed at in Tuscany! we absolutely loved it! we did not do too much research on Monica's Airbnb as we booked it a few days before our wedding as a little mini honeymoon and didn't have a lot of time.Thus it almost took us by surprise, how beautiful it is. We can recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful & relaxing get away and or anyone that wants to hike, mountain bike, do Canyoning and other such sports. The apartment is so cute, cozy and although the amenities are modern it has this romantic cabin vibe. The view is exceptional at any daytime and in any weather.
