The unit is exactly as it is advertised on airbnb. Fast and reliable wifi connection. Easy check in. Hosts are very reachable and responsive. On our first night, there is a small problem with the loud noise of the aircon but they immediately have it repaired. One of the cheapest but worth it accomodations in Angeles City. What you see is what you get. Thank you

We booked Merlyn's place to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday, and it was the perfect spot for some quality family time! The place is super private, with a huge outdoor space where we could just relax and enjoy. The rooms were spacious, the ACs were ice-cold and having an outdoor kitchen plus three restrooms made everything really convenient. The pool was just the right size for our group (we were 9), and we had such a great time unwinding there. Merlyn was also very responsive and even left us a small token at the end of our stay—such a nice touch! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and private getaway.

This place is incredible! It’s so cozy and relaxing, I really don’t want to leave. It's more than the photos! The space is clean and spacious, and the host is super responsive and kind. The only thing missing is a karaoke mic! lol but honestly, everything else is perfect!

The stay is great just had a minor issue during check-in because the location in the app is diff from the actual house and it took us more than 30minutes to get feedback but the house is great and the Host is really nice.

Casa Martine is a perfect place for family and friends who are looking for a place to stay in Clark. The place is near to different restaurants, malls and attractions. Our kids had a lot fun swimming, playing and singing. The rooms are clean and spacious. Kath is a very accommodating host. We will definitely go back.

First person greeted me in the premises was the owner himself. Had a good talk about the place and personally shared his own recommendations about the place. The place has a nice and peaceful neighborhood. It is notable that the place is almost spotless. It didn’t look like how old it is. I recommend this place 9/10

We got there early and was allowed to check in earlier than scheduled. Everything was clean and they had a lot of activities for us to do. Would recommend for get togethers with friends and families.

Place is very clean and nice. Well ventilated. Well lighted. There is also free hygiene kit that other's don't have. Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with, from the time you sent your payment up to the time you left the pad. We had so much fun and satisfied overall. Thank you, Host ❤️.

The place was great, the space inside the house is big. Everything was clean when we arrived. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating. The aircon is very cold and wifi was fast. We mainly took this trip for our dogs to run around in a safe enclosed space and swim in the pool, and I'm happy to say that this place ticks both of those criteria. Our dogs enjoyed running around the grass and swimming in the pool. The place is really worth its price and is a must recommend for pet owners. Just to nit pick, they didn't have a lot of outdoor chairs to use outside and no clothes line or hanger outside to dry wet clothes. We would definitely book the place again.

Well furnished with a huge tv! Conveniently located less than half an hour from the nearby Clark Airport. No trouble finding a grab for our early morning flight. House feels very secure with a big gate with lock. House was very easy to find as well and there is a small convenience store right beside. Host was also responsive and was able to accommodate my last minute change in check in dates. Very flexible and understanding. Highly recommended listing!

We had a great stay at the house. Pool was clean. Rooms were spacious and the aircon was very cold. Cooking and dining utensils were readily available. Parking is secure. Bert was very helpful during our stay. We'll definitely consider booking the place again if we do come back to Clark. Thank you for accommodating our family!

Mikel made the difference, and why I stayed at his Airbnb. And the fast Fiber internet at 200-300+ Mbps was very important and wonderful. Coming from the USA, an AC unit would be nice in the downstairs, but that is not typical for PH homes. Great place to stay. 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is clean, although the dining area is small but we were able to use the tables at the garage and dine. My son had fun celebrating his birthday at sir Julius’ place, specially the pool. Sir Julius is very responsive and considerate. Thank you, until next! 🥰
