The perfect location for any small group wanting to get away and enjoy some R & R. The house was big enough for everyone to be able to branch off from the group when they needed their own space and the common areas were really well set out to enable the group to have dinner together and a few laughs around the table. Great communication prior to our arrival enabled us to have a stress free start to the trip, which continued on throughout the reminder of our stay. Thank you for having us.

The house was large and really well set up for a family with kids. It would even suit 2 families. Enclosed back yard was great for our dog and the kids loved the games room out back with activities and a HUGE TV! Great selection of games and DVDs and both larger TVs were set up with Netflix, YouTube etc. The front yard was open to the street so perfect for easy parking of our boat and 2 cars. All in all it was perfect for our visit and we will plan to visit again.

Imelda's home is in such a beautiful location- the sea wall at the end of the garden is the only thing separating her home from the beach! ❤️ I loved reading my book from the bench which is perched atop the sea wall. My kids and husband loved the easy access to flick the rods. We also loved the fire pit for cosy evenings! The house was clean and comfortable. It was a short drive to nearby Portland, which has a lovely community feel and everything needed (from supermarkets, restaurants and take away, to medical needs). It is also centrally located to places like Port Fairy and the Bridgewater caves. We will look forward to returning. Thanks, Imelda!

Absolutely stunning home right on the best part of the beach- our family had such a dreamy minibreak and wish we could’ve stayed longer. House, amenities and location were all gorgeous- and the hosts were so helpful and generous. Beautiful spot, we hope to be back!

Amazing location & a great space. The views are incredible! The house is steps away from the beach and a short walk to a lovely town center. Highly recommend for couples or larger families. Overall a wonderful stay!

the most serenely peaceful get away, with hardly another soul in sight. a full view of the Cape and magnificent surrounds from the deck. plus a gorgeous and spacious yard, with a lovely light living space! this place hosts the peace and quiet we needed to breathe and unwind away from the city!

We had a great family weekend here and there’s everything you need. Walking distance to town and close to the beach and plenty of space for a few cars. The host was very responsive and great to communicate with. Hopefully we will be back one day

Every visit is a perfect getaway. The attention to detail is incredible— from the high-quality pots and pans in the kitchen to the lovely bathroom products and the incredibly comfortable Citta cushions scattered everywhere. It’s the little things that make the stay so special. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for another wonderful experience!

Great location and spacious accommodation, providing a very enjoyable & relaxed stay.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Regan and Daniel’s property — and most definitely not our last. We fell in love with PF last year, as did our kids. The property provides a layout and aesthetic that ensures you feel right at home from the moment you step inside. My favourite aspect of the entire house though; are the views of the river which we enjoyed daily whilst having a morning coffee. Not to mention the jetty which you can easily access to fish from. Can say that I was able to catch my first fish on this trip! Highly recommend to any family looking for some peaceful time away to make memories with their loved ones.

We were very impressed when we arrived at Middenway. What a beautiful home, with big bedrooms & plenty of room for 10 of us. The house was perfect for our needs and everything we required was supplied including pantry items, games & much more. The location was also perfect. We were in walking distance to everything. The house was also lovely and clean. We made some lovely memories being able to accommodate our family together.

We had a wonderful stay in Port Fairy. The house was spotless and very comfortable, with lots of small thoughtful touches that made our stay very enjoyable. Easy walking distance to places to eat, the river and ocean walks. The host was welcoming, with super fast communications. Highly recommended!

Wow, this place was first class! We loved it there!!! So close to the beach, shops and a local take away. The house was spotless and had absolutely everything one could want for a great family stay. I have 2 dogs who loved the safe backyard, loads of running space and no pesky holes for little terriers to escape. Would love to return to this silent treat.

We had a fabulous stay in Port Fairy at Andrea's beautiful place. Her home was beautiful, very clean, well-appointed, and spacious. Perfect for our family for the weekend. We loved being so close to the main precinct, a quick and easy walk, but loved that we were away from the hustle and bustle. The communication from Andrea, from the moment we enquired, was incredible and there was always an immediate response to any question we had. Can strongly recommend this beautiful home for a wonderful stay in Port Fairy.

Lisa was easy to communicate with and, having stayed with her before, I knew her place was perfect for someone travelling with dogs. There had been an issue with a previous guest and Lisa went out of her way to make sure that didn't impact my stay.
