We enjoyed are stay immensely. The home was clean, secured and felt like home. The host was very communicative and responsive. We truly enjoyed are stay and will definitely book again.

The stay was for several people in the family for a funeral so sadly not exactly a fun trip. The house was as described and met our needs. We did have a smoke detector have a low battery alert start the first night, but we were able to pull it down and remove the battery. Unfortunately none of us brought any paper to write a note to explain why we had it and the battery on the counter when we left. Thankfully it happened while we were all still awake. Nothing you can really do in advance to prevent something like that; it just happens when it happens. The house was easy to find and the instructions on getting in and locking the door were perfect. This was our first stay at an airbnb and the experience was good overall.

Pellicanus House is very comfortable and fully equipped for cooking, partying, relaxing, and sleeping. The back yard offers tons of viewing entertainment, including dolphins, manatee, jumping fish, blue heron, pelicans (now I understand why it’s been named Pellicanus House), osprey, and lots of pleasure and fishing boats picturesquely gliding back and forth. The house comes with kayaks, a paddle boat, a great hot tub and even fishing at the end of your own private dock. Ariel is a great host and truly wants you to enjoy his house. He even left small gifts for guests, including a bottle of champagne, and lots of convenience items, like razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, creams, lip balm, insect repellent, etc., etc. Wonderful stay, wonderful house. this place worked perfectly for our needs (large family). there were five large bedrooms and plenty of area. huge yard with stuff for the kids to do (basketball, soccer). fire pit was nice to have. The owners were very attentive and welcoming (personal message, welcome basket). the carport cover has a hose which is super convenient to rinse off sand. About 30 mins drive to the beaches and Cape Canaveral. grocery stores about 10mins away. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute little house. Nicely decorated. Rooms were spacious enough. Beds were comfortable. Nice little work area for those that need one. Wi-Fi worked great. Lots of information about the house rules, area points of interest and location of house necessities (I.e. towels, blankets, cookware). The fenced in back yard and screened in porch were nice get aways. We were traveling with a pet, so the fenced backyard was a must. While the home is listed as pet friendly, it should be noted that one of the rules is no pets on furniture or bed. This may be stressful to you and your pet, if your pet is used to being on the furniture. The home is near a main road but we did not hear the road traffic inside. The neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues. There are a washer and dryer available to use. Entry was very easy and Rick the host was very attentive. Overall a great experience.

We were in the area for a work trip. Joshua's place was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the pool table in the garage after working some long days. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

GREAT! We had a girls weekend at Pura Vida and had a blast. The outdoor area was even better than expected, the outdoor shower and grill were so much fun to use. Close to groceries and quick eats, and an easy drive to get to Cocoa Beach and all the spots we waned to see. Would 100% stay here again!

We only stayed one night before a cruise the next morning and left wishing we had been able to spend more in this darling little condo. Everything was very clean and organized and the condo overall was absolutely adorable. Check in was a breeze and Genna was a great host. I highly recommend!

The place looks like the pics. The host was great. Sitting on the dock is an awesome experience there. The bed was incredibly comfy. The outdoor shower was beautiful. My only negatives would be that you can hear the movements of the guest in the unit above, and it was not immaculately clean. There were some spots on the rugs and dirt/debris on some floors. Nothing major.

What a gem!! The pictures don't do the place justice! It was even better than anticipated and the view was great! So many big windows to take in the views! Right on the ocean! Beautiful big covered deck to hang out on and watch the storms. I only wish we could've stayed longer. It was super clean, had everything we needed and I'm sure Kris would've helped us had we had any needs. It seemed like there could be other rental units on the property but it felt very homey, private, and very peaceful. I loved the uniquely landscaped areas and beautiful flowers. If I was brave enough I would've inquired about the surfboard things I saw there. Maybe a Minnesota girl could've learned to surf?? Definitely recommended Kris' place and will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

I have stayed in lots of Airbnbs, this stands out. From the second I walked in, immediately felt cozy. Little touches throughout the space to make it feel like home. Linens and bed were so comfy. Shower was good. Everything was so clean.

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Quiet, clean, affordable and within 20 minutes of anything you need or could want to do. The most efficient use of space I have ever seen. The unit has everything you could need plus some. Quiet neighborhood with great river views. Saw a night launch from their dock & it was spectacular. Thanks for a great stay. Would definitely go back.

This was our second stay at Kathleen's place and we enjoyed it just as much as the first! Our unit was nicely decorated and thoughtfully outfitted with everything we might need. The setting on the Banana River and just across the street from the beach was perfect for kayaking, beach walks and spectacular sunsets. We have stayed at many Airbnb's and this is one of our favorites.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joshua’s place. The apartment was very clean, nicely designed and furnished well. He provided helpful information regarding the area with many restaurants to choose from.

Cabin 52 is a peaceful retreat! Excellent Communications. Immaculate. Well stocked kitchen. The most comfortable beds! This location exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back.

We had such a peaceful and pleasant stay at Kimi's farmhouse. Bathroom was spotless and pristine, and the environment is quiet and beautiful. We caught Kimi outside and she gave us a super cool tour of her microgreens farm/garden. She even let us eat some of the edible flowers that she grew. It was the perfect balance of being surrounded by nature in the middle of nowhere, but you could also drive 8 minutes to the grocery store and other restaurants. Would absolutely book again in a heartbeat. P.S. Kimi's dog, Gemma, is the cutest dog ever.

This genuinely peaceful ranch is a relaxing place to unwind. I was probably most impressed by the cleanness of the cabin (no bugs!). I spent most of my time away, sightseeing, but would have liked to have had the time to walk the grounds and feed the horses and goats. The cabin is well-stocked with just about everything you can need, and although it does not list a kitchen, there are appliances in the cabinets under the sink that can be used for cooking. If you're familiar with how to use a mini split (the wall mounted A/C) and the stove-like heating unit then you will be in business quickly when it comes to making the cabin comfortable. I eventually figured them out after some fiddling. Don't forget the fan in the central ceiling light as well. I will echo the caution in other reviews about the top bunk bed since it requires a certain amount of fitness to clamber up into it, and especially down from it. I would have slept in a lower bed but they were not long enough for me.

Beds were comfortable, nice layout. We loved the screened in porch. We arrived late and coffee set up was all there. Aida was very thoughtful, even leaving us a cooler, beach blanket and umbrella for our beach day. A little drive to restaurants but the accommodations are well worth it.

El alojamiento de Suzzy era genial todo lo que necesitábamos mi familia y yo estuvimos 2 noches y pudimos hacer Marshmelows en la fogata, bbq con leña qué conseguimos en Home Depot cerca, los niños jugaron en el patio, la cabaña era muy hermosa, impecable en la limpieza, el lugar es muy tranquilo para un retiro como lo anuncia su nombre, la anfitriona fue sumamente amable y respondía rápidamente, deseamos tanto poder regresar por más días!!! Dios nos guió a este lugar para tener un buen tiempo de calidad en familia.
