The house was really nice and well stocked. We enjoyed the proximity to the Indian River where we walked each morning. Anee was very responsive to our questions. Our family had a great time!

Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

Heidy and her husband Michael were absolutely wonderful hosts while we were visiting Lake Mary. We loved the Sanford area and all the recommendations Heidy gave us. Their home is beautiful, clean, cozy and the backyard is an absolute dream. Our girls loved the pool. It is “cannon ball approved” by my 10 yo. My husband accidentally left the garage door open when we left for Universal for the day, but Michael was notified and kindly went and closed it and checked on the house for us. We loved having them close by. They were so sweet and helpful. We had the best time on our vacation and can’t wait to visit again.

We had a wonderful week! The home was spacious and pristine. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Access to laundry was a huge bonus! The backyard was absolutely beautiful with the pool and spa, where we spent most of our time. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Mike was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

We loved this home and all it had to offer we had kids and adults on this trip. We were so pleased that everything we needed was there including toys for the kids, pool toys and lifejackets. It was very spacious with all of us it didn’t seem like we were on top of each other! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking! Amber was very helpful and very responsive to any questions I had!!!

GREAT! We had a girls weekend at Pura Vida and had a blast. The outdoor area was even better than expected, the outdoor shower and grill were so much fun to use. Close to groceries and quick eats, and an easy drive to get to Cocoa Beach and all the spots we waned to see. Would 100% stay here again!

Megan's place was everything we needed. We felt right at home and my dog was very happy with the house and the backyard. Totally fenced in yard was safe and secure for my fur baby and the neighborhood was super quiet and cute. Megan was very responsive if I had any questions and the instructions to get in were super easy. I am so very pleased with the comfort of the beds and how wonderful the space was. I will definitely be staying here again hopefully soon. If you need a safe, pet friendly place to stay close to just about everything this is the place for you and your pets. Highly recommend!!!!! 5 stars from me and my 4 legged friend.

Pefect place for a family vacation. Spotless property with all the small amenities that you need in your everyday. Plenty of towels, clean and heated pool, great barbecue area, loads of ziplocks, barbecue skewers, parchment paper, the list goes on and on. Amazing game room with loads of fun and up to dated games for the family, books, and such. Wold highly recommend any time. Thank you so much Amy!

Our family had a wonderful week staying here! The home was clean and free of clutter. It was easy to settle in like home! Loved that there were supplies for the beach and even a wagon to carry everything! Perfect proximity from the main street downtown Cocoa Beach. Short drive to the Space Center (which is a must!!!). Couldn't ask for anything better. We will be back!

The stay was fine. House was fine. Met up with Randy because of some problem with the house keeper that somehow was living in the most tiny wooden shed in the backyard? Anyway, Randy pointed out a few things he’s fixing in the house. The biggest thing was how Randy speaks to you in person and over text but it’s not worth getting into an argument for. He couldn’t give a direct answer on what times he would or wouldn’t be on site doing yard work or repairs. It eventually turned to he didn’t show up at all which was preferred but was not communicated at all. I asked all communication to be re-communicated over the Airbnb chat so we both had record and he refused. Anyways house is fine for the price.

Such a beautiful home. The perfect size for our young family of 5. The backyard and amenities were amazing. Very private. Felt like our own little paradise. The beds were comfy. Town was about a 25 minute walk/5 minute drive, which was a perfect distance to not hear city sounds. The beach entrances are right across the street and there is a beach cart, umbrella, sand toys, etc at the house to use. We would love to come back!

My Wife and I stayed 3 nights from March 17th through 20th. The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Our only suggestion would be that a grill be added for cooking outside. There is seemingly never ending space in this home, it was really way to big for the two of us but would be fantastic for a family vacation! It has two separate living areas with large TVs, perfect for the kids and adults. The pool was very nice also, although we did not make use of it. The home has a concrete pad poured next to it for storage of a boat or RV, this is great for fishermen visiting Headwaters Lake as I did. The drive to the ramp was about 30 minutes and was a very easy route. We will rent again if we return to this area.

My family and I travel all around the world. This is by far one of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at truly a home away from home. The house is excellent. The host is amazing. Always willing to help in whatever way he can. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.We will definitely stay with you again.

Location was fantastic. Dolphins hang out at end of inlet. Went kayaking twice a day...saw manatees, all kinds of birds, dolphins. Bed was super comfortable. Shower was great. For what you pay for a hotel, this is tons more value for your money. It feels like actual living in cocoa beach, not just a tourist. Beach is super simple, short walk away. John provided tons of beach gear. He was super kind and helpful. One of the best Airbnb host/location I have experienced. Definitely will stay here again.

I can't say enough good things about Sarah's house! We stayed there for 2 months when we first moved to the area, and we immediately felt right at home. The house had everything we needed for a long term stay, plus plenty of room for our family of 4. The whole family loved the sauna and the pool, and I loved the full-size washer and dryer! The location is great - close to the beach, the mall, lots of restaurants, and downtown Melbourne. We recommend Flying Burro for awesome Mexican food! Sarah is an amazing host and was exceptionally responsive to all of questions and requests. Thank you, Sarah, for welcoming us to Melbourne and making our first "home" here so memorable!

Tracy is a stellar host who takes seriously keeping her home beautiful clean and hospitable. She was always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. She made sure we understood how to work the pool and where things were. Master bedroom was very comfortable and there were many areas in the home to relax. The lanai and pool area were great. Umar was a wonderful host and very responsive to any needs or last minute adjustments. We will definitely be back again to stay, as the home was exactly what we needed for our birthday celebration getaway. We had 6 total guest staying the home, which was comfortable and still private.
