Lovely location, spacious unit. WiFi was excellent. Walkable to all of historic downtown. Parking is easy, with a dedicated space behind the building, included in the price. Cleaning could have been better — lots of debris and a plastic bag left under the couch, plastic cup and glass beer bottle in a planter outside, but nothing to get worked up about. On the last night unfortunately there was a leak due to some torrential downpour.

We loved our stay - the studio was very comfortable - and we enjoyed the area, especially had a great meal at The Fork and Cork (those apps are amazing) and enjoyed the pet store and walks along the water.

You can't beat this location. The parking lot is directly across the street, but we ditched our vehicle for the majority of our stay because everything is walkable from this apartment. We commented numerous times that this location is about as good as it gets in Wilmington.

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

I totally enjoyed my stay there. Unfortunately I wasn’t there for pleasure and relaxation trip. It was last min and Brandon was a lot of help. Quick response and even called me to make sure I had no problems with getting in. I will use him again but hopefully I get to stay longer and really enjoy it. It was a beautiful place. Thank you for helping us Brandon.

This was exactly what was described!! Perfect place for a getaway with your significant other. If you have small kids may be loud out times because of being in the middle of downtown but for us we don’t mind it as it was the night life we were looking for. The place was spectacular!!! Walking distance to all the attractions. Shopping, food, bars, even ice cream across the street. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in downtown!!

We were fortunate to stay in this beautiful and cozy home. Mara added a personalized touch that made us feel super welcome at her place. I loved the vibe of the apartment, decor was so tasteful and warm; the beds were very comfortable and linens felt luxurious. We only stayed one night but it will be my go to preference when we return to visit family.

Timothy is an excellent host! I would advise anyone to stay here.

Loved this place! Great location, easy to get to everything, super convenient to base, very relaxing. the living room honestly has one of the most comfy couches ever! Highly recommend!!

Our stay was just lovely! The house was spotless when we arrived and parking was excellent (off the street spots), and Kyler was a great host. Plenty of space for 6. Cute coffee shop and breakfast place within a 5 minute walk was a great perk! Safe and quiet location. Easy to drive or walk downtown (the walk was just over a mile). Would definitely stay here again!

Julie’s place was wonderful! My mother, my son’s girlfriend and I traveled to Jacksonville to attend his SOI Graduation. We were so comfortable and happy with our accommodations. It was very peaceful and as soon as we walked into the house, we truly felt at home! Every room is decorated so nicely, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking items you need. The beds are super comfortable and there was even shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms. Julie was very friendly and easy to communicate. She was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. If I am ever in the Jacksonville area again, I will definitely book Julie’s place again!😊

Cassi was able to accommodate our last minute housing needs. We were very appreciative.

Our stay was wonderful. We travel with our dogs so having the fenced in back yard was amazing. The home is in a secure neighborhood with kind neighbors. The living room has 2 large couches and 2 chairs which was great when our family came to visit. Each bedroom has a tv as well as the living room, which was nice. Daniel was an amazing host. We really enjoyed our stay visiting family and spending time on the large back porch with our dogs.

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

The team was so great at communicating and making you feel all questions were answered—amazing views and location. A great size -- can easily fit 6 comfortably.

If you're looking a quiet, peaceful place to stay this definitely fits the bill. Easy walk to the beach and a short drive to local eateries and shops. Well appointed kitchen, if cooking is your thing on vacation. Very comfortable living room furniture and a quality mattress. The cleanliness of the entire condo was worth 5 stars alone. Linda was prompt to reply and made sure everything was okay during your stay. Would definitely return for another getaway!

Everything was perfect! Comfy, clean, and convenient!

This place was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. The decor was beautiful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The location was great, we walked to several local restaurants and we were just a short walk to the beach, pool and tennis courts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! The condo had excellent views of the ocean and sound and was beautifully furnished. We had some minor issues including a missing parking pass, dishes not thoroughly cleaned, dirty washing machine, etc but overall these issues did not affect the quality of our stay. The condo comes with a closet fully stocked with beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, buckets, toys, etc which was an absolutely amazing touch! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay again.

The location was wonderful! The unit was well equipped and made for a great weekend getaway with my husband and elderly parents. I’ve stayed in a different unit before and wanted to stay again since my parents would be with me because there is an elevator and my mom can’t climb stairs. Everything was clean and comfortable. It has a well furnished kitchen and overall it was perfect. I didn’t have to communicate with the host which attests to the clear instructions left. I would definitely come back!

This was our second visit to Shorebreak and we would come back again. The location is perfect for beach and town amenities. The inside space is clean and cheery.
