Amber was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and helpful! We were coming into town for a funeral nearby and we were thankful for her help with hosting various guests. We were going to bring our pet and then we changed our mind and we got the pet credit back, prior to staying there. We absolutely loved how close it was to walkable shops and a local coffee shop. We booked this for 3 nights as a last minute trip with our pup. Everything was great at this very quiet location. The place was clean and there was enough cooking equipment to make breakfast each morning. We chose to stay in Onancock because it’s about halfway between Assateague and Cape Charles, and we wanted to visit both. Onancock is cute, but a bit sleepier than expected during our stay, since most shops are closed Sunday and Monday. Several restaurants were open, though, along with a craft beer bar, Irish pub, and a wine and cheese shop. Only disappointment was that the Charlotte restaurant was not open when we wanted to dine there, although their website said it was open daily. So if that place catches your eye, you might want to call and check their hours. Otherwise, it was easy to walk to town and plenty of cute neighborhoods to walk our dog.

The house was perfect for two couples, though sharing one bathroom required some scheduling. Nice kitchen. The location is great with an easy walk into town. A quiet neighborhood with private driveway parking added to the relaxing stay. The big plus is that this house is pet friendly. Our host communicate well and made our stay worry free.

We stayed here for 3 weeks while we were moving over the holidays. We had a really great stay! The home is really well appointed with amenities and supplies. The rooms and seating are ample for groups of all sizes. It has a great set up for those that need to work remotely (fast internet, good table and chair, away from the fray, etc). Lastly, the house is right next to the town’s park which is both charming and useful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We love this house! Our dogs love to sit in outside porch and they have lots of room to play outside.

Our stay was very nice. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and the house smelled amazing when we walked through the door. The keyless lock was very convenient, considering we arrived in the middle of the night. It had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you!

This Airbnb was very convenient to Severn Yachting Center. We were able to work on our boat all day and enjoy being in a home at night. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Super safe area that is right on the water! Communication with owner was top notch! Highly recommend staying here!!!

The place is perfect for a group. Comfortable rooms, kitchen and couch area. Add in the games room and you have everything you need for fun nights. We were in the area for a sports competition and this location is only 10 minutes away.

I had the most amazing weekend stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing time away. What really made the stay special was how accommodating the host was for our dog. They made sure we had everything we needed for his comfort, and there were even some thoughtful dog-friendly touches around the property. The location was also ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind with friends or family, and it’s perfect for pet lovers too!

Morgan’s place is beautifully peaceful. We arrived to a toasty (little heater) welcome inside with soft music playing in the background. Which was just what we needed considering we had driven in the cold rain to get there. If you’re looking for a place to unplug, unwind or regroup, this “lil camper that could” can do just that. The sunrises and sunsets next to the water were amazing. It was blustery cold one of the nights we stayed but we didn’t feel it a bit. There are plenty of nature trails within a short driving distance and plenty of beach to take quiet strolls by or just sit and drink your morning coffee. My guy who is over 6 ft tall and I, being close to it, were very comfortable as well as our full grown Great Dane. The wash room was only a couple of steps away. We didn’t use the stove but we brought up enough frig foods to sustain us for an extended weekend. All and all this lil camper was worth every penny and gave us some much needed relaxation.

For a single or couple, with a dog in tow, Thomas's apartment is perfect in every way- matched description so no surprises, very easy to get to and access restaurants or walking trails, clean, cozy and many necessities provided. We try to take our sweet Ralph (who is deaf) with us a few weekends a year, and this was an ideal dog-friendly option. The yard was fenced in and easily accessible from the unit. Thomas offered lots of options in the area and was very responsive. We felt right at home and will definitely return!

To say this house was a dream come true would be an understatement. From the moment we drove up the long driveway and laid eyes on the picturesque setting of the red house nestled in the woods, we fell in love. My 17-year old daughter walked in and said the pictures online did it no justice and she is exactly right. The house was immaculate, with every feature you could possibly imagine. The technology throughout was unbelievable. Google Home in EVERY room. TVs with surround sound. A game room that kept us busy for hours. A karaoke machine. It was a much needed getaway. Our dogs were in heaven with the acres of land to explore on walks. I have never felt so relaxed. I just can’t say enough. I love the city of Cape Charles but honestly did not want to leave this house. The host, Dave, was so great with communicating, even before we arrived. We will definitely plan another visit here! I would say the only downside was getting carpel tunnel trying to beat high scores in the arcade room. ?

Diana's place was warm and inviting. We loved the historic nature of the little house and the way it was so thoughtfully decorated. The grounds are both secluded and beautiful and there were lots of things to explore. We enjoyed being able to walk to the chairs at the water's edge and watch the sunset over the river. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We are already planning to come back again to the Little House and spend more time in this amazing area.

I really enjoyed my stay. This home is clean with updated appliances. The bed was extremely comfortable. This location is in close proximity to food and shopping.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place! The entire unit was spotless, (I am OCD and I approve) perfectly located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All of the Hosts were very responsive and we had a smooth transition when we needed to extend once more. We would definitely book again!

This home was the perfect quick getaway! We used to live in the area and wanted to come back to visit. We felt right at home! Down by the Bay is the perfect spot and it was pristinely clean. We walked both days down to the beach and then went into town easily. We also loved the restaurants! Our family hopes to return in the future!

OK, Cindy‘s unit was by far the best one bedroom unit that I have stayed in. It is the second best unit I’ve stayed in overall! It was squeaky clean, very cozy and inviting, very quiet, and it was good for sleeping and relaxing.If you have the opportunity to book this unit, don’t hesitate! I will say there are a number of stairs in order to get into the unit, but other than that wow, simply wow!

The house was very nice. Had a great time staying in it. Had creeky floor boards and the staircase handle was wobbling. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. I loved the backyard it was nice a big.
