Such a great budget option for Provincetown! Easily walkable, and Greg and Yi were such great hosts! Breakfast and coffee in the morning, and Greg gave us good recommendations for local spots to try out, and shared a bunch of local history. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place was exactly what I needed for my trip. Dianne was very responsive, met me at check in, and showed me around. The space is so much larger than it looks in the posting. It feels like a small apartment rather than a spare room. The area is quiet, and a short drive to stores and restaurants. I walked down to the beach, and it was also very peaceful. Please note that the walk to the beach is down a dirt road that cuts through some woods. I would recommend walking shoes and not flip flops. Overall, I loved my stay and highly recommend Dianne's place!

We had an excellent stay at Rick’s place in November! Rick was an outstanding host—very helpful, accommodating, and always quick to respond. The location is unbeatable, perfect for exploring Newport on foot, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Having parking included was such a bonus and made getting around even easier. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Newport!

Marie's organization actually books this home for Grace, the host. Grace runs an "old fashioned" bnb, with a friendly greeting as you arrive and a light breakfast featuring fresh breakfast breads and her homemade granola. We loved staying with Grace! We had plenty of privacy, a comfortable and quiet room, a private parking spot and key to come and go as we pleased. Her home is clean and safe. Grace is not intrusive at all, but she was gracious and helpful with any advice we needed during our stay. We picked exactly the right place for a perfect vacation.

We stayed at Wiz's place for 3 nights and felt right at home! Our stay was super pleasant, there are a lot of things to do in the area and we could have stayed a lot longer. The breakfast was such a nice little touch and the homemade goodies were very much appreciated! Thanks again for everything!!

This is the perfect place for me when I have to come for meetings in the area… Perfectly comfortable, totally friendly hosts, walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants, easy parking, super comfortable bed, fireplace in the winter, what else can you ask for?

Location was great. Basic stay but it was perfect for what we needed. If you have a lot of luggage, just make sure you know it’s in 2nd floor so you need to carry your stuff upstairs. Two of the rooms are facing the front street so it could get noisy especially after a lot of snow with the snow plowing truck.

Had an amazing time as always! Sue and Jim’s place is our go-to vacation spot on the Cape.

Alexis was a great host, very friendly and helpful. Excellent parking on site, with convenient private access to our room. The continental breakfast - we stayed during the week - was beyond expectations. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants, bakery's, bars, and night life, and the neighborhood was quiet at night.

My stay at this charming bed and breakfast on Nantucket was fantastic. The inn itself was beautiful, with a perfect location close to everything. Forrest and Giuseppe, the owners, were wonderful hosts who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommend!

Had a fabulous stay at The Inn at 7 Central! The location was right in the heart of the shopping district, everything was just steps outside the door. The room was beautiful as pictured, the outside space was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast delivery in the morning was an added bonus! I would highly reccomend and would stay again for a future visit.

Great place to stay. Candace was a great hostess. Met us upon arrival and gave us a tour. Had food for us based on our way of eating. House was beautiful, clean and close to Harvard Square. Candace also recommended several places to eat and to visit Longfellow’s house.

Sara has a lovely, welcoming, comfortable, space. She is a gracious hostess and the setting is truly special, a home in one of the most beautiful, seaside, rural locations.

Jodi was a great host, we felt right at home from the second we walked in. Her home was so clean and beautiful. She had everything we could have needed and made an amazing breakfast in the morning, that we enjoyed outside by the fire. We will be staying with her again such a beautiful town.

A beautiful craftsman style house near the center of Newton and a short drive to anywhere in the Boston area.

Very basic room with a phenomenal location. Ptown vibes. If you’d like a little more privacy, you might want to explore options but for me this was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for better. Great memories here

Overall this was a very pleasant stay in a quiet location, close to restaurants and other needed services. When I come back to this area I would like to stay here again. It is a clean, comfortable, welcoming home. Also, even though I did not use it this time, convenient quick rail transportation into downtown Boston is located a 5 minute or less walk from the b an b.

We loved staying here! We felt so welcomed and comfortable. It was easy to find and parking was great! It was a beautiful place!
