Atlantic Beach Hotel was just what I needed! A peaceful, comfortable, quiet, relaxing stay after a busy trip to Boston. And very clean!!l

Chris’s place is a 10! Great location, clean, well stocked great living space. Huge beds! Response time was amazing for Rowe needed. Can’t wait to return!!! Thanks Chris!

Wonderful place....beautiful, clean, comfortable and so much more. Can walk to lots of restaurants, etc. Or Uber will pick you up on the corner which we did. Mansions close, too. The morning downstairs breakfast was much more than expected, delicious! The check in lady and everyone who worked there were polite and helpful. Much better than a hotel! I highly recommend.

We stayed a few nights and the inn was quaint and cozy. Perfectly located to restaurants and shops. Our host Jeanette was friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was served in the cutest dining area and her homade coffee cake was delicious.

Phil could not have been more engaged, helpful or friendly. Great all arould!

Several times I have been welcomed here for business travel. Nice bonus to be able to unwind with a view of the ocean after a long day. Laid back, no frill’s atmosphere is what I love about this place.

I have stayed here many times. it is a historic place that has not been totally upgraded. That is why it is affordable. I hope it never changes. I always love staying here.

Right near all that 28 has to offer, but removed enough from the main drag that you don’t hear the traffic. Situated on a beautiful tidal river, the views and location don’t disappoint. Perfect for 1-2 people looking for a centrally located cape getaway.

Great location near Fenway! Friendly and proactive staff. Vinyl library and record player in the room helped create a cool rock and roll vibe. Heated pool was great way to unwind after exploring the city. Complimentary breakfast was well curated and had everything you could have wanted. Attached to amazing Japanese restaurant that we went to twice, I will definitely stay at the Verb again. Next time I’ll do it when the Red Sox are in town and may opt for one of the Airstream trailers. Loved it, highly recommend

Great location, located steps away from the beach, and central to many cape favorites! Great amenities - access to 2 outdoor pools, and indoor pool, and a hot tub. The condo was clean and spacious, and exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. I would recommend if you have little kids who are sensitive to light for early morning wakings to bring travel black out shades since there are lots of windows. Jen was extremely responsive to any questions I asked, and was wonderful to work with. We had a blast, and would definitely come back!

Sehr angenehmes Zimmer, Matraze im Schlafsofa für die 5. Person war aber durchaus unangenehm durch die Federn. Einfache hilfe mit 3 Wolldecken zum drunterlegen und polstern wurde schnell gefunden. Freundliches Personal, Basic Frühstück und excellente Anbindung an den Öpnv machen diese Unterkunft zu einem guten Ort in der Nähe von Boston um die Stadt zu erkunden. Klare Empfehlung!

Great place to stay for kids. It was perfect to have three separate rooms since we had 3 families. We each had our own space but had the common area as well. The location was perfect for little kids with the water park, pool and arcade and a short drive to the beach. Al was very responsive.

Very easy to check in and check out. The front desk staff was super friendly and the room was close to the fire works for July 4th.

Debra's condo was the perfect getaway for me and my husband! Although it was just the two of us, it was spacious enough for a family of four. It was right across the street from the beach and there were several great restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely book again!

We had such an amazing time at the beach side on Nantucket! The staff were amazing the pool was a plus especially during the summers biggest heat wave (also they had beach toys pool toys and swimmies for the kids also great distance to both town and jetties and we even took the Wave Bus to Maddeket. The beds/ linens were extremely comfy I was nervous after reading a few of the reviews but honestly I don't know what some of those people were talking about. The A/C was some of the best cooling we've ever experienced on the island, there were plenty of shampoo condition body wash towels. The rooms were super clean and I loved the extra touch of the lemonade, ice tea and water in the lobby. The only thing I would add would be cookies or some type of snack during the day.. There was also a wood burning fireplace in the lobby at night which gave you such a cozy feel. The breakfast wasn't terrible they had plenty of drink options and muffins and bagels on the weekend, if they had some fruit/ Pastries/yogurt it would bring it to the next level. The staff was absolutely phenomenal everyone was so sweet and helpful and honestly just nice to talk to! Everyone always smiled at you. We stayed with our 2 dogs and toddler and the room was perfectly accommodating. The only downfall is check in is at 4:00 pm so next time I would just take the later ferry and they didn't have beach chairs or coolers which some of the hotels provide on the island, and the wood shades are nice but maybe some blackout curtains would be a nice bonus.....again these are just little things that would make the stay that much better even though it is already amazing. We would absolutely stay there again!!!!! Best value for your dollar on Nantucket if you ask me!

Great location (more of a quiet neighborhood, away from the busy noise of Boston!), but walkable to a lot of restaurants/coffee shops as well as a Whole Foods. Several blue bike locations within a short walk which we used for biking around. Isabel was extremely responsive and was available in the event we needed anything. Room exactly as described. Would definitely stay again!

Our time at the Franklin Hotel was amazing, the room was clean, updated and in an amazing location and the host was very timely with responses and more than friendly! we will absolutely be staying there again!

Excellent old fashion motel. It was quaint with a nice waterfront. Enjoyed the rustic beach for a quick dip. The TV was excellent. Derek, allowed me to check in early and addressed any issues I had. I had a great stay. I would recommend this especially if you’re traveling solo.

Super cute and cozy spot near Porter and Harvard Squares. Nice common area, too. We had a very smooth stay here and loved the unique touches in the room -- you really feel like you're at an inn, not a hotel.

In town and nicely renovated. We met a nice family and spent some time in the living area, which is very cozy. Can’t beat the location!
