We had a great stay with Peggy! She is wonderfully kind and we had everything we needed to relax and adventure on the island. Such an amazing location and cute, cozy space, would highly recommend!

Johanna's historic cottage was magical. It's in a very special spot. Staying there felt like a step back in time with the 16" wide plank floors, orginal doors and colonial latch hardware, the enormous brick fireplace, that must have been the kitchen hearth and the low beamed ceilings. It is superbly located steps from Wellfleet Harbor and the oyster flats where there's a gorgeous peaceful beach. The seafaring culture, history and early american architecure are completely enveloping and enchanting. Excusions to anywhere on the Cape were just a hop skip and jump from Wellfleet, which really enriched my whole stay there. I have no hestitation in recommending Johanna's cottage.

Perfect place to get away too! Joe was awesome and easily reachable with any questions we had. Place was beautiful and spotless! We had an amazing stay for a little weekend getaway.

Excellent location, very clear instructions, & homey-feel with nice amenities. Close enough to all parts of Martha's Vineyard to easily make daytrips anywhere & stop for a rest at the location in between.

Truly enjoyed the space. It was right next to a lot of cute local shops. Would recommend!

the place was comfortable, spacious, very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. very good shower. Of note, if you are a very light sleeper like me, there is an apartment upstairs. The person living above us was extremely quiet but I was woken up by the sound of the toilet flushing upstairs on some early mornings. Only because I am a very light sleeper. The refrigerator is also quite loud (older model) and since this is an open space design, some of my family members noticed and found it annoying. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would rent this place again!

Our first bnb experience. Check in was easy. It was private and quiet which is very important to us. It had everything we needed for a 4 night stay and was also a very sweet place. We spent a lot of time on our bicycles so the location was great for access to bike trails and ferry to Vineyard. I had the horrifying experience of leaving a very important item behind and Brittany was very responsive and assisted in facilitating my retrieval of it for which I was very grateful. I would stay there again although a little pricey but for Falmouth in July there is no better deal.

Joey is the ideal host. Genuine, friendly, and just a nice guy. We’ve stayed at Rugosa 4 times and will keep coming back. Joey is always responsive and so hospitable. It feels like staying at a really good friend’s place, just totally cozy and relaxing.

As long as you don't mind having only an outdoor shower,which I didn't since the weather was beautiful, Judys place is a nice quiet cozy nook surrounded by lovely well kept grounds. Total privacy. Judy was a very attentive host, allways checking in via emailand offering to go beyond what I expected.

We loved staying here! The barn was perfect for our first family vacation with our 10 month old. Sandwich is the perfect spot if you are looking to explore cape cod, and we loved being just a short drive to lots of restaurants and the beaches in Sandwich.

The cottage is cute and cozy for our fall stay in Marshfield. The location is so unique! You can hear the waves rolling in and watch the sunrise from bed or the patio. I definitely want to stay again.

This cottage was perfect me, my wife, and our dog! We like the quieter side of Martha’s Vineyard and we found it here. You feel like you’re tucked away, but it’s easy to get to, and you are still within walking distance to a wonderful restaurant, and a short drive to anything else you need. You can get to the most beautiful beaches in just a few minutes. I am so appreciative that Adam was an extremely helpful host and very easy to communicate with. Would love to stay here again!

perfect location and exactly as described

Allison is a dream host. We stayed at the cottage for our engagement and proposal trip and couldn’t have picked a more perfect place for it. Allison created a magical Cape Cod experience full of beautiful details including fresh flowers, relaxing hammock, chill breakfast deck, whimsical treehouse, soft bedding and wonderful kitchen with views of nature. Everything is designed with fine taste and genuine care. Line of sights flow elegantly and framed beautiful views throughout the space. She left us handwritten notes and generously prepared the space for our engagement photoshoot. We had such a peaceful and romantic time at the cottage that it felt like a sweet home away from home. We left with lots of happy memories and inspirations. Thank you Allison. We truly loved the space and would come back again in a heartbeat!

The house is very suitable for people who love being close to nature. The view is beautiful and people in the neighborhood are very friendly. Hope we can come back soon!

Having never visited the USA before this was a place like l always see in the movies. Nestled in a quiet secluded cul-de-sac it was like being at home. Lovely welcoming aroma on entry. The bed was soooo comfortable with soft throws, lovely pillows and cushions. Kitchen was well equipped to cook and if you order take out plenty of cutlery. Also, plenty of towels and makeup flannels. Although, above a garage the noise of when it is used was noted but was not an issue as overall the stay was peaceful. Please note, there are no shops that are walking distance so a vehicle is needed. Cosy is the definition of this place an arriving on a snowy evening this setting was absolutely perfect and so romantic. Thank you for the hosting!

Joe’s place was wonderful private and very well appointed. Highly recommended for a getaway in a lovely neighborhood. You can also put on a light backpack and hike down to the beach, which is a short hike. Please tell them that Greg sent you.

We had a lovely time at Lori’s!!! The location was perfect and allowed us to walk almost everywhere in the city. Hope to stay again soon!

We had a great stay at Cristian and Yuri Paola's place. It was just like the pictures and very quiet and relaxing but near to everything Cape Cod has to offer. Thanks so much for all your help during our stay!!

This was a very cute cottage! Edward and his wife were very friendly. They let us check in early, the place was very clean. They have chairs and beach accessories, a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, cookware…etc. There is laundry and a cute little work space if you need to work. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We chose this Airbnb based on location, along with the size and price for our needs, for a 3 night stay. Everything was super clean and our stay was comfortable and easy. Mike was very helpful when I had questions, replying very fast. We had everything we needed, and what we forgot to pack was easily obtained from the grocery/big box store nearby. The only thing I would mention is that the Airbnb is a full addition behind the homeowner's garage that you cannot see from the street, so it threw us off a bit in determining if we had found the right place, plus it was really dark out - but Mike replied right away and assured us that we were indeed in the right spot, and explained where to park. Very happy with our experience and we would stay again if the need arises, as well as recommend to anyone else!
