We had a fantastic stay! Pine Island is pretty remote, but the house is in a friendly/walkable neighborhood and it was so perfect we barely left all week! The diamond of this home is certainly the lanai and the extreme cleanliness of every single space indoors + out. The screens kept bugs away, the pool/hot tub were sparklingly clean, and outdoor furniture, fans and shade made it comfortable all times of day. We also utilized the kayaks and met a dolphin! Inside the house was amazing as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home (the nicest kitchenware/dishes of any rental we’ve been to), the grocery down the road is new+convenient, and the rest of the house was filled with options for fun + relaxation (PacMan?!?!). Finally, the bedrooms were super cozy and I think the tilework in the squeaky clean bathrooms couldn’t be beat! So pretty! Maybe not the right spot for beaches or big entertainment but absolute perfection for a relaxing week on the canal with our pups!

Valerie & Blair were fantastic hosts! They were super responsive and accommodating. Their place is beautiful, all recently remodeled, new & clean. We traveled with kids so the most important things to us were 1)being able to walk across the street to the beach 2) coming back and jumping into the pool 3) being able to grill and chill at home. The were several restaurants & shops nearby so easy access to anything. We went 1 direction to Ft Myers and the opposite direction to Bonita Springs! They had all the amenities you'd need and even provided beach supplies (cart & chairs & umbrella). We had such a great stay and will definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality!

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

We loved these accommodations! Loved that we were on a canal (so beautiful, and great for renting a boat for a few days), the lanai/pool was very spacious and inviting, and our experience from the very start was positive and friendly. The description mentioned 2 king beds, but there was 1, and the living room furniture isn’t what is pictured, but none of that caused any issues for us. We greatly appreciated the kitchenware that was available for use. Even though we didn’t make use of the grill, it was clean and available. So happy for the washer/dryer in the garage. Beds were very comfortable! We felt very safe - wonderful neighborhood. We’d be happy to return!

The house is in a great location as it’s very walkable to the Cape Coral beach. The house is also well stocked with plates, pots, glasses as well lots of beach chairs and toys for the kids. Overall A+

Maria had every thing you would need for your stay. All you needed to bring was the clothes on your back. Would love to stay there again

We loved this place! The house, location, pool, boatlift, driveway, ease of getting to inshore fishing, and so much more! Kelly is amazing and probably the most responsive host we’ve worked with. This place was perfect for us and we have already booked again!

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

This house was perfect for our spring break trip. It was beautiful and clean, in a great location and close to the beach. Aaron was a great host, very communicative and reminded us about important things. The wagon and beach chairs were very handy, and the private back yard pool was awesome! We walked to many places to eat and even to the grocery store one day. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We were so happy when we opened the door and seen a beautiful place, clean new and up to date on everything, the location is ideal for everything the area has to offer. Fort Myers Beach is making a huge comeback! Plenty to do! The owners are very responsive.Will be back!

Absolutely beautiful!! With a family of 7 the kids had a blast, there was so much to do between the game room, pool, beach and board games the kids were never bored. The location was perfect and just a few steps from the beach! We will be coming back next year! Johnathan was very responsive and welcoming which made the experience great.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, located within a short drive to the beautiful local beaches. We all enjoyed the heated pool, complete with floaties, and a fun basketball hoop for the kids. The home was clean, with many amenities. We all slept well in the comfortable beds. I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely home.

We couldn’t be more pleased with this property for our family vacation. The pictures included in the listing don’t do this place justice. Nestled in a neighborhood just across from the beach, it was the perfect location for a day ocean side or relaxing in the comfort of a private pool in the backyard. A fully equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable bedding, and peaceful enclosed porch makes this place a 10/10 for your FMB getaway.

10 of 10, Coral Breeze is beautiful inside and out. we loved our stay. The home is in a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The lanai and pool area are amazing, we loved every minute. It's your own mini resort! Diane was extremely helpful and kind helping us figure out the pool. The house was beautifully decorated and our beds were comfy. Thank you for making our Florida vacation so memorable!

Paul and Alicia's place was perfect for our spring break. The space was a good fit for our family of five, we had plenty of space to spread out and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. The front porch was a great place to relax in the afternoon and we enjoyed eating meals at the table in the back. It was a quick five minute walk to the beach and most restaurants were a 10-15 minute drive or less depending on traffic. A wagon, cooler, umbrella, and plenty of beach chairs were available for use.

Great location for us to get around Cape Coral and Fort Myers. Ubers were always available. Clean house, all the amenities. Hosts extremely responsive. Back yard/pool were great!! We had a really nice stay!!

We loved the house. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of living space, indoor and outdoors. Great pool and spa. Owner was very attentive. When an issue or two came up, she was quick to respond positively. Short drive to the CC public beach and local restaurants or to the bridge to Fort Myers. Cape Coral is a great place to visit and this property is worth the stay.

Loved our stay here is Cape Coral! House was clean and nice big beds for adults! The pool and hot tub were clean! We were surprised a little with how small the hot tub was but it still worked! Lots of fun items and beach items were available also! Our favorite part of the rental was the pontoon available for our use! Joe was very helpful with recommendations with the pontoon! We were able to navigate to sanibel and that was our highlight of the trip! Dolphins were also seen while we were close to the house as we toured the local canals! Both hosts were so very nice and helpful! Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Breanna's home. It looked just like the pictures - spotless, clean, everything seemed brand new. The (heated) pool and hot tub were amazing and our kids had a BLAST getting to swim right at the house. Check-in was a breeze and we were even able to check in a few minutes early which was great. Breanna was friendly and communicative from the start and even when I texted to tell her my daughter bumped a side table and broke a lamp (not the most fun text to send as the mom!!) but she was so understanding and we worked together to get a new one ordered to replace. It was a great stay, a beautiful and clean home, and we'd love to come back sometime!

Gorgeous home with adequate space for our family vacation. Easy entry and instructions for departure. Listening is exactly as stated but more beautiful than pictures.

Had a great stay, nice easy location and close to many great restaurants. The pool and hot tub were perfect temps! So very relaxing, would definitely recommend!

10/10 recommend Lauren’s Waterfront Bliss home! It was perfect for our last minute spring break trip with our two kiddos. The space was immaculate and matched the photos exactly! The pool was a bit deeper than we thought but there were plenty of toys and floatys that made it enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, ping pong table in the living room was a hit & we extra loved the remote controlled fans/lights in each room. Lauren was extremely responsive before & during our stay and we had no major hiccups. We would definitely stay here if we chose to stay in the Cape Coral area again!
