Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Impeccably clean. Extremely spacious. Tastefully decorated. Large and peaceful enclosed balcony. Two pools within minutes walking from doorstep. Easy parking. Large grocery store in under five minutes on foot. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed 6 days here and were so sad to come home. We didn’t want to stay downtown in fort Myers beach area and wanted something a little more quiet, this place was perfect. It’s situated in a great location, 15 min from fort myers beach and 10 min from Bonita springs if you want to get out and explore. Also right next to lovers key state park which was a must see. The condo was just as described and the views were amazing, we saw dolphins almost every morning while eating breakfast, it was magical! Very spacious bathroom and kitchen area. Bonus points came with beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn’t have to worry about renting at the beach. We would definitely come back to this rental!

Es begann sehr turbulent, weil das eigentlich gebuchte Apartement eine defekte Klimaanlage hatte, aber Scott hatte immer eine Lösung parat und auch bei weiteren auftretenden Problemen (für die der Vermieter keine Schuld trug) hat scott uns schnell geholfen. I stayed in the condo for two weeks with my parents and best friend in July. It was spacious, very clean, a beautiful lanai with comfy sitting areas and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook daily. We loved the 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach (great shelling!!) and the pool was maintained with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. I appreciated the attention to detail in every part of the home - from the closet full of beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella, to the extra linens and blankets, the actual beach towels in the laundry room, to the thoughtful nature of the items provided in the kitchen. Our hosts were extremely responsive to anything we needed or any question we had. The dryer broke during the 2nd week of our stay and they had a repair person at the condo with in hours of my email. The only critique had was the fitness room seemed to need some repairs for the equipment and more options for the actual weights. We loved our stay and we loved our hosts!

We were very happy with Amy's condo. It was absolutely spotless and supplied with everything anyone could need. We really enjoyed being out on the screened in porch, watching the boats come in and out of the marina. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

This place is great!! Safe and comfortable with a fantastic location for fishing. It is right on the water and a minute walk from the dock to be picked up by your boat. Just amazing! For the price, you will not find a better spot in this area.

Highly recommend!! Everything was so smooth and such a relaxing and nice weekend. The condo was spacious and homey with a lovely view, exactly as it was listed. The private beach and pool were the highlight of our trip. This is a hidden gem of a location and we will be back!

The house was so clean and very spacious. There was enough of bedding and towels. The backyard is amazing and the host was very descriptive with the rules to follow.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean, and Maria was incredibly responsive. She went out of her way to provide us with a second pack-and-play, which we really appreciated. She also allowed us to check in early since we had young children and an early flight—such a thoughtful gesture! This Airbnb is very kid-friendly, with plenty of toys and a much-appreciated pool gate for safety. The neighborhood is walkable, making it easy to explore. Amys place is very clean and cute. Fully stocked with everything you need and then some. The RV park is perfect for walking your dogs around. The pool area is nice and heated!! And the beach is minutes up the street. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!

Jack’s space was great for our group! Exceptionally clean and spacious. The view of the pool and canal are beautiful. Stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels, beach accessories & fun stuff to do (ping pong table, corn hole, games). Kitchen has tons of nice plates, glasses, pots/pans & cutlery/utensils. The kitchen did not have any food beyond cooking essentials such as oil, salt/pepper and a couple spices. You will need to bring all your toiletries as soap, shampoo/conditioner are not provided. The master bathroom is lovely and huge! The other bathroom could use a toilet tune up as the seat is loose. We never did figure out how to heat the spa tub which was unfortunate but perhaps user error. The home itself was very nice but we wish we could have transplanted it a bit closer to the nicer restaurants and marina areas- that would have made the entire experience perfect for our group. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is a great option!

We had a wonderful time in St. James City! The pictures on the listing did not do the interior justice - we thought it might be a bit dark inside but it was bright and airy inside and bigger than we thought! It was clean, bright, not cluttered at all and the amenities were as described. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The beds and linens were very nice (firm). The surrounding area was very quiet, we had numerous, pleasant interactions with the neighbors with offers to go boating and kayaking and advice on fishing spots and we got plenty of visits with the manatees that we passing through. We used the kayaks quite a bit as well as the fishing poles. We would definitely come back; great experience overall.

My mom and I loved our stay in Cape Coral at Paul’s house. The neighborhood was very nice and we enjoyed walking through it each morning. The house was beautiful and we loved the pool area. I would definitely recommend this area and specific house to others for a relaxing getaway to a lovely area of Florida.

Super responsive and helpful host. Home was great for a trip with the kids and grandparents- private bedrooms and a pool + canal to keep everyone busy. Host made us feel very welcome!

A great place with a million amenities for the family! We ended our vacation here and it was such a cute place! Great pool and fire pit. Nice large TV’s, comfy beds, and fully stocked kitchen! Edward was a great communicator, super friendly, and very responsive. We had a large family group that stayed at another place for most of our vacation and we moved to this place for the last two days after the rest of the family went home. I think it was safe to say this was our favorite of the two! It was also nice to be able to speak to the owner and not a corporate vacation rental management company.
