Beautiful place, lots of beds and couches and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you will need. Amazing master suite with incredible view. Great yard for the dogs. Only issue was we thought it was on the beach. It is not, there is a path down to the river/bay but you will need to drive (about 5 mins though) to the beach.

Nice place for rod run. Just out of town but right on main street. Perfect for what we wanted. Little older place maybe some would say dated but its a beach house.

Erin got us taken care of at the very last minute when our original reservation at a different house was canceled 24 hours before we were going to arrive. We are so appreciative of that! We worked with Shirley and she was terrific; I was slightly freaking out at that point. The house is in a great location, very clean, with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and the washer& dryer were so helpful traveling with three kids! Walking distance to the beach and/or a great little coffee shop. We would stay here again!

We had a relaxing stay in Tokeland. We really appreciated the 11am check in and 2pm check out. We felt like we got a lot more out of our time there, because of it. The covered car port made unloading easy. The beds were comfortable and the swivel chairs in the living room were great for visiting and taking in the view. There is a big swing between low and higher tides, so the view changed dramatically based on the tide. We enjoyed walking on the beach in Grayland and having brunch and dinner at the Wandering Goose. We even checked out the casino. This is a working class part of the state. So if you are looking for trendy - this isn’t it. Oh, nice to see the Tsunami tower so close… just in case. A relaxing weekend. Thank you!

We were looking for a place to stay with friends for our trip to Astoria for The Festival of Dark Arts. We normally stay in hotels within walking distance of the event, but with a bigger group, multiple hotel rings became cost prohibitive. We weren't too sure how we would like having to drive to/ from Astoria, but we are pleasantly surprised that the drive was pretty trivial and this property out us closer to Ft. Stevens for elk viewing and disc gold, Arnie's for great food and a short trail walk to a pleasant beach with bald eagles and sand dollars. Quiet, comfortable and a nice surprise!

A perfect house for 6 adults and 3 dogs. The house was very nice and Kristin has done a great job in making sure you have everything you need for your stay. A beautiful walk to a fantastic beach. I recommend it highly.

Nice place to stay with a big family. Bigger than it looks and lots of room for parking.

The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the edge of town with beach access and secluded yet conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants! I highly recommend staying at Erica’s place for anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning in ‘25 on my next trip!
