The place was as advertised and worked well for our needs. All amenities were well met. The kitchen served nicely as it had induction stovetop, convection toaster oven, microwave, full refrigerator, and kuerig coffee maker. Bathroom was clean and access was good. She had outdoor lighting triggered for night time arrivals and comings and goings. The bed and furniture was more than adequate. Shower was spacious and well stocked. We had initial slight concern about accessing through the backyard, which we were told the dog used, but we only saw the dog once in our 3 day stay and it was quite calm and kept to it's own business and did not intrude upon us in any way so a non-issue in our opinion. As senior retirees we would stay here again and felt comfortable and safe.

Ann was a great host! She was super helpful and cared about our stay. There was a lot of us and she accommodated any additional materials we needed. Bathroom has great water heat and pressure, plenty of room to play games and the AC units worked really great!

Great space, would book again!

My husband and I had a wedding to attend nearby and wanted to have a weekend getaway for ourselves. The location was perfect, the home exactly what we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Awesome spot - my buddy Mitch and I were on the way to Myrtle and gold for the weekend - found this spot last minute and surpassed everything we could have imagined - great stay will book again in the future - relaxed environment and great restaurants near and of course GOLFING!! Thx again

Great safe place to stay! The neighborhood is gorgeous and lots of sidewalks for walking, running, etc. The living space is perfect for one person. Donna has the place stocked with everything you might need!! Great for long term stays and close proximity to hospital and dr offices for students on clinical rotations. So much close by to do and only 15 mins from the beach! Loved this place!

Very close to everything downtown yet was able to just relax in the peaceful surroundings. Very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Location was great. Close to everything. Bed was super comfortable, slept wonderfully. Kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. Leigh was very nice and communicated all information needed prior to the trip.

Beautiful and cosy apartment. Everything is like on the pictures, nice neighbourhood. Loved our stay here. I even took pictures to get some ideas how to rebuild my own house :)

This was only an overnight stay as we traveled to Maryland from Florida. We had our dog with us and this place is perfect. They have tried to think of everything someone might need traveling with a pet plus homemade cookies and snacks. We were here last year and came again this year. It will be our favorite stop on this route!

It was my son and his wife that stayed there as they went to a funeral. With unexpected trip costs, I paid for their trip. They really thought the place was nice and comforting and Karen to be a great host. This will definately be the place to stay when visiting. She even baked muffins! Above what any other host has ever done. Thank you Karen!

Kathy's place feels as comfy and cozy as being at our own home. Everything about it was just clean, fresh, and perfect! And the yard was beautiful. Would absolutely stay again!!

Great location. Walk to shops and restaurants. Really a great little place. Charming and a great use of space. Looked just like the pictures. Peaceful atmosphere.

Quiet, clean and comfortable place. Close enough to town and Bradshaw Performing Arts for us to drop off our luggage before our show that we were attending. Comfortable bed.

This place was perfect for me and my toddler! It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Jenn was an excellent host. She even set out toys and a blanket for my son, which was very thoughtful. I would absolutely stay here again.

we are familiar w/Southport, as my parents lived there in the 90s, & we’ve always spent family vacays @area beaches … we’ve also visited Fort Caswell, Bald Head & Wilmington … Ginga’s place perfectly suited my husband & me when we were in town to surprise my sister @the finish line of her 1st marathon … the studio-style space is very roomy & well-appointed, equipped w/all the right stuff (like Keurig AND drip coffeemaker options) without having too many things sitting out … we especially liked the high (beamed) ceilings, the large TV (that swiveled to either the bed OR loveseat) for watching movies when it rained 1 whole day, & the effective & user-friendly room-darkening shades … all of the basics were covered (working ice maker, plenty of hot water, appropriately-placed signage/instructions, designated parking spots, etc.) … the rental is just a couple minutes away from everything Southport has to offer & a short drive to Oak Island beaches & the Fort Fisher ferry … SPOTLESSLY CLEAN!

Great place for a weekend getaway! Loved the location as it was a middle ground between the beach and downtown area!

Scott and Liliana's place was lovely, and my family and I wish we could have spent longer than one night. Everything was just as described in the listing, and I loved the linens and all of the paintings/library. This was a peaceful retreat, for sure. I would encourage you to get there before the sun sets - despite great instructions from the hosts, it was still tricky to locate in the dark.

I just can’t even say how much we loved Matt and Haley’s place. I was there for work and they made my stay feel like a vacation. I immediately tried to book all my other work stays there! The place is so welcoming and comfortable. It’s close to everything and yet it feels like a retreat. They have incredible taste. Probably all of us have been to AirBnB’s that fit the “Guest Favorite” mold without being really special. This place is really special. It was nicer than any of the very nice hotels I could have stayed at. Every thing was considered and perfectly done. The neighborhood is a gem! And they’re just super nice. They really are the absolute best of what AirBnB represents itself as. We’ll stay there lots more I am sure.
