Location, location, location!! We loved Megan’s place! We stayed for 4 nights with our dog and we were in walking distance of so many great restaurants and a 20 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach! I also thought her place was much bigger in person than the pictures portrayed. We will definitely be sure to book Megan’s place again when we make our way back to Wilmington!

Stayed the weekend at the loft and was not disappointed. Everything was great and as shown in the listing. Other than the loud neighbors and their dog, everything was perfect. Wish we chose to stay longer :)

I am not a fan of old houses in general, but I gotta say this was an awesome place. Antique-ish with modern touches (loved all the charging supports). Everything was thoughtful and super clean. My partner LOVED it. We even cooked dinner one night just to stay in and enjoy it. Will come back again and next time use the screened in porch.

This was exactly what was described!! Perfect place for a getaway with your significant other. If you have small kids may be loud out times because of being in the middle of downtown but for us we don’t mind it as it was the night life we were looking for. The place was spectacular!!! Walking distance to all the attractions. Shopping, food, bars, even ice cream across the street. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in downtown!!

This is a great place to stay near Erwin and Dunn the house was clean, spacious and makes you feel at home. Definitely will be back here sometime in the future

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. Andrew's beach-side getaway was perfect for a mostly impromptu trip away from home. He was super responsive and took great care of us. Awesome view from the balcony and access to a beach that was perfect for the dog.

We honestly loved the place to begin with, it was relaxed and in a quaint setting, not too many people. The condo was amazing and stepping into it was a breath of fresh air. 10/10 would def come back!

What a great find! We loved the condo! We stayed for a month during winter and loved it. Just a few steps to the beach. We really enjoyed our walks with our dog on the beach. Very secluded and peaceful location, but at the same time close to all the amenities North Myrtle beach has to offer. Just what we were looking for. The condo is just like the photos, very comfortable and spacious, with a newly remodeled kitchen that had everything you need for cooking. Great for long stays. The balcony faces a natural reserve which makes the place very private. It was so convenient having direct access to the parking lot, with no steps, so we could bring our groceries straight from the car to the unit, using the carts the condo provided. Cristina is a great host, very responsive and friendly! Highly recommend renting from her. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Hope to come back next year!

New favorite downtown spot! Amazing location with great river views and in the heart of restaurants/ nightlife. The space has been tastefully renovated and has everything needed. Beds are super comfortable and back deck is a great place to relax. Host Cam was very helpful and I would recommend for anyone coming to town for a fun getaway!

We loved our stay in Myrtle Beach! The condo was perfect for 4 adults. The bedrooms/bathrooms were a little small and there wasn’t much storage space in the bedrooms. But it worked well for us to have our own space. The only negative thing about the condo was the washer. Some instructions on how to use it would have been very helpful. Other than that, everything else was absolutely wonderful! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the beach in a smaller building!

This was our second visit to this property and once again, it exceeded our expectations. This location is perfect for trips to Calabash, Sunset Beach, Myrtle Beach, Cherry Grove, and of course Little River. The hosts are extremely responsive and friendly. The area near the condo promotes a relaxed atmosphere and having use of the pool on property is an added bonus. The condo is exceptionally clean with a modern coastal vibe. If you are planning a trip to this area this condo is the perfect getaway for you!
