Easy to check in and out. It’s right next door to Mary Lou’s which made it easier to find and parking was free across the street. Nice location to downtown Cdale

Tammy was fantastic and kind. The place was great for a weekend of turkey hunting and close enough to get to the city to shop and find other things to do as well. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and the host was very responsive. It was very quiet .

This air b n b was perfect! Lots of extras given that weren't even listed! Coffee, creamer, sugar, chips, snacks, ice, etc etc etc.... host was super friendly and very responsive. Will absolutely being staying here again !

This place was super cute if you like historic feeling homes! It’s was furnished with modern kitchen appliances and stocked well. Would definitely stay there again!

Gave all 5’s because it’s a great place to rent and sleep for someone taking the train or needing something less…concerning…than other nearby rentals. Window unit AC’s so be aware of that if such a thing affects your sleep (not a problem, just a personal flaw of MINE). Location isn’t next door to anything cool, but it’s Carbondale so that’s a good thing. It’s quiet and people aren’t drunkenly stumbling past your door.

Exactly as described! great location and beautiful views

This Airbnb was incredible cute, home like and cozy! The area was fun to explore and close to many local restaurants and brewery’s if you like trying and supporting local businesses. You will not be disappointed! Grace was also wonderful and quick to respond to all questions we had. Great experience! Would book again!

The unit was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the location. It was next to the river and there were many shops to visit in walking distance. Please note that the rating for value was based on the standard price. The night before the eclipse was very high, but so was every other property except the hotels being more reasonable, and they were all sold out. It’s also not fair to compare a hotel to a home which is so much nicer. It also makes sense to capitalize on a special event, so I don’t fault her for charging a high rate for that one night. She moved it right back down to normal for our second night of stay after the eclipse was over. I wasn’t sure if anyone would be able to see that rates for our trip, so I wanted to provide an explanation. If we ever had reason to be in that area again, we would certainly be happy to stay there.

Great location to get around town. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but overall, I'd stay here again if needed.

Accommodations are comfortable, extremely clean and equipped with everything one needs for a weekend or extended stay. Would definitely stay again.

Ashley and her lakefront rental were both amazing! She made check in and out so seamless and easy , place was juys wayt we needed As makanda girl I really enjoyed the peaceful private yet safe neighborhood feel a lot It was wonderful to sit on that bench and watch the sunset over the lake and was so serene Hope to stay there again sometime Ashley was great

Grace's place is nice, was perfect for a few days. Walkable to a couple restaurants, stores. Clean environment, good character in the building. Only negative is something unpreventable which is that the place is not easy to find, the GPS does not take you to the right location. So this made it difficult to get deliveries such as door dash.
